Analysis of Validity Decisions General Meeting of Shareholders Limited Liability Company in Circulation

The General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) held by the company is an important organ in taking various policies in the company. The GMS in practice is set forth in an authentic deed made before a notary and or made in minutes of meetings in the form of a deed under the hand, and then the deed is set forth in the form of an authentic deed and this practice is known as the deed of the decision of the meeting. In this context, the responsibility of a notary in making the deed of declaration of decision of general meeting of shareholders of circular limited company should be studied further, since a Notary is a public official who has authority to make authentic deed of all acts, agreements and stipulations ordered by general regulations or requested by the parties making the deed. Notary as a public official in every execution of his duties should not be out of the "signs" that have been regulated by the applicable law. Based on the results of research can be concluded that the making of Deed of Shareholders General Meeting of Shareholders which made in circulation has been regulated in Law Number 40 Year 2007 and has been allowed, so have legal validity and strength. However, in the verdict the judge has overturned the ruling of the general meeting which was made in circulation regarding the transfer of ownership of the shares, because the judge considered that in making the decision there is one element that has not been completed, namely the signature of several parties. With the cancellation of the decision, it will affect the return of share ownership from the defendant to be returned to the party, and this also affects the notary who participated in making the deed of decision of the general meeting that the notary is required to obey and comply with the stipulated decision

Analisis proses pembelajaran pai di kelas viii SMP Negeri 11 Palangka Raya

Penelitian ini bertolak dari standar proses pembelajaran yang mengacu pada standar proses SISDIKNAS.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan Analisis Proses Pembelajaran PAI Di Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 11 Palangka Raya. Dengan fokus pada penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pelaksanaan Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti di SMP Negeri 11 Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Untuk mengetahui Proses Pembelajaran PAI di kelas VIII disekolah SMP 11 Palangkaraya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 11 Palangka Raya. Subyek penelitian ini adalah Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam, sedangkan informannya yaitu Guru bagian kurikulum. Data dikumpulkan melalui metode wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Untuk mengetahui keabsahan data penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi dengan memanfaatkan penggunaan teknik triangulasi sumber. Data dianalisis dengan analisis interaktif dengan langkah-langkah reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data peneliti memperoleh temuan sebagai berikut: (1) Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam memiliki dokumen perencanaan pembelajaran berupa silabus dan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) yang dibuat pengurus Kelompok Kerja Guru Agama Islam tingkat Kota Palangka Raya yang selanjutnya dikembangkan secara mandiri sesuai dengan kebutuhan pembelajaran. (2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru pendidikan agama Islam, jumlah peserta didik sudah memenuhi jumlah minimum rombongan belajar satuan pendidikan berjumlah 20 siswa, buku pembelajaran sudah menggunakan buku K13. Guru Agama Islam dalam pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran telah memenuhi ketentuan pendekatan saintifik melalui kegiatan praktikum membaca Al Quran dengan baik dan benar guru memfasilitasi kegiatan mulai dari menanya, mengamati, mengeksplorasi, mengasosiasi dan mengkomunikasikan. Penerapan berbagai pendekatan atau metode pembelajaran sudah berjalan dengan baik meskipun masih ada beberapa kendala. ABSTRACT The background of this research is the learning process standard that accordance with the SISDIKNAS processes. The purpose of this research is; to describe the learning process of Islamic Education at grade VIII SMPN 11 Palangka Raya. The focuses of this research are; to recognize the planning and implementing of Islamic Education and moral values at SMPN 11 Palangka Raya. This research aimed to recognize the learning process of Islamic Education at grade VIII SMPN 11 Palangka Raya. The research method used was descriptive qualitative. It was carried out at grade VIII SMPN 11 Palangka Raya. This research was started on September 12th, 2019. The subjects were; Islamic Education teacher and the curriculum committee as informant. The data collections techniques used were; interviews, documentation, and observation.The data were validated by triangulation techniques of sources. The data analyses used were; data reduction, data description and data verification. Based on the results of this research were acquired that; (1) Islamic education teacher had documents of learning plan (syllabus and lesson plan) that had been made by Islamic Education teacher committee in Palangka Raya City. These documents were developed independently by teachers based on learning needs. (2) The implementation of learning was done by Islamic education teacher. The total number of participants had fulfilled the minimum number of study group. The group consisted of 20 students. The process of learning used 2013 curriculum books. In implementing of learning process, Islamic education teacher had fulfilledthe scientific approach. It was implemented by reciting Qur’an practice carefully and correctly. The teacher assisted students by asking questions, observing, exploring, associating and communicating. Some learning approaches and learning methods were implemented effectively although there were some obstacles

Enforcement of the Economic Rights of Crime Victims in Indonesia from the Perspective Pancasila

Objective: Enforcement of civil rights for criminal victims in Indonesia can be achived in three ways, that is a combination of compensation cases, lawsuits against the law, and requests for compensation for restitution and protection of witnesses and victims. However, these efforts can only be carried out if there is a request from the victim, if there is no request then this effort cannot be carried out. This resulted in a separate obstacle for the victims of crime to obtain compensation from the perpetrators of the crime.  This condition shows that the value of justice in Pancasila has not yet been implemented at the criminal justice. Methodology: Using normative juridical research methods by seeking data sourced from regulations relating to the civil rights of crime victims. Findings: This research concludes several efforts and ways for victims of crime to receive compensation
