Micropropagation of Chinese Plum (Prunus salicina Lindl.) Using Mature Stem Segments
An effective in vitro culture system for mature stem segments of Chinese plum (Prunus salicina Lindl. cv. ‘Gulf-ruby’) was established. The nodal segments of 1 cm were cut from young shoots in open field, sterilized and established in vitro. The successfully induced culture was achieved on woody plant medium (WPM) supplemented with 0.05-0.1 mg/l IBA, 0.5-1.0 mg/l BA, 30 g/l glucose, 5 g/l agar and 1.0 g/l Vc. The successful shoot multiplication was achieved on WPM with 0.05-0.1 mg/l IBA, 0.2 mg/l BA, 0.3 mg/l KT and 1.0 g/l casein hydrolysate. Elongation of the shoot in vitro was facilitated on WPM with 0.05 mg/l IBA, 0.3 mg/l KT/BA and 1.0 g/l casein hydrolysate. The shoots from microcuttings were rooted in 1/2 MS (half strength MS) supplemented with 0.2-0.5 mg/l IBA, 15 g/l sucrose and 20-40 mg/l phloroglucinol (PG). Regenerated shoots successfully acclimatized to greenhouse conditions and grew vigorously with no apparent phenotypic aberrations

It analyzed workers of different ages , different education level, and their differences in psychological needs structure characteristics and strength.The subjective turnover intention and job satisfaction are correlative of psychological needs. Adaptive Guaranteed-Performance Consensus Control for Multiagent Systems With an Adjustable Convergence Speed
Adaptive guaranteed-performance consensus control problems for multi-agent
systems are investigated, where the adjustable convergence speed is discussed.
This paper firstly proposes a novel adaptive guaranteed-performance consensus
protocol, where the communication weights can be adaptively regulated. By the
state space decomposition method and the stability theory, sufficient
conditions for guaranteed-performance consensus are obtained, as well as the
guaranteed-performance cost. Moreover, since the convergence speed is usually
adjusted by changing the algebraic connectivity in existing works, which
increases the communication burden and the load of the controller, and the
system topology is always given in practical applications, the lower bound of
the convergence coefficient for multi-agent systems with the adaptive
guaranteed-performance consensus protocol is deduced, which is linearly
adjustable approximately by changing the adaptive control gain. Finally,
simulation examples are introduced to demonstrate theoretical results
Composite Cyclotomic Fourier Transforms with Reduced Complexities
Discrete Fourier transforms~(DFTs) over finite fields have widespread
applications in digital communication and storage systems. Hence, reducing the
computational complexities of DFTs is of great significance. Recently proposed
cyclotomic fast Fourier transforms (CFFTs) are promising due to their low
multiplicative complexities. Unfortunately, there are two issues with CFFTs:
(1) they rely on efficient short cyclic convolution algorithms, which has not
been investigated thoroughly yet, and (2) they have very high additive
complexities when directly implemented. In this paper, we address both issues.
One of the main contributions of this paper is efficient bilinear 11-point
cyclic convolution algorithms, which allow us to construct CFFTs over
GF. The other main contribution of this paper is that we propose
composite cyclotomic Fourier transforms (CCFTs). In comparison to previously
proposed fast Fourier transforms, our CCFTs achieve lower overall complexities
for moderate to long lengths, and the improvement significantly increases as
the length grows. Our 2047-point and 4095-point CCFTs are also first efficient
DFTs of such lengths to the best of our knowledge. Finally, our CCFTs are also
advantageous for hardware implementations due to their regular and modular
