Pada skripsi ini penulis mengangkat permasalahan Tinjauan Yuridis Memorandum Of Understanding Sebagai Dasar Hukum Dalam Kontrak Kerjasama Produksi Dan Penggunaan Merek So Kressh. Pilihan tema tersebut dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya fakta bahwa para pelaku bisnis dalam melakukan suatu kontrak kerjasama produksi dan penggunaan merek menggunakan Memorandum of Understanding sebagai dasar hukum kontrak tersebut. Penggunaan merek seharusnya menggunakan dasar perjanjian lisensi. Memorandum of Understanding hanya merupakan perjanjian pendahuluan, isi dari Memorandum of Understanding banyak dijumpai tidak memenuhi syarat sah dalam sebuah kontrak. Kontrak dalam kerjasama sangatlah penting yang tujuannya agar para pihak memiliki alat bukti dan mendapat perlindungan hukum.Kata Kunci : Memorandum of Understanding, Dasar Hukum, Kontrak, Kerjasama Produksi, Penggunaan Mere

Commodity and product identification for value chain analysis.

This commodity and product identification research was undertaken in the context of the CGIAR Research Program on Aquatic Agricultural Systems (AAS). AAS seeks to reduce poverty and improve food security for the millions of small-scale fishers and farmers who depend on the world’s floodplains, deltas and coasts. The objective of this research is to strengthen the capacity of AAS to undertake value chain studies with high potential impact on smallholders. The capacity-building aspect of this research was focused on the process of commodity and product identification for value chain analysis. Its scope was limited to fish and other aquatic animals and products in the Tonle Sap area identified for AAS intervention. The result of the identification process was the selection of a number of commodities and products that were deemed to involve a high number of smallholders along the value chain and that have high market development potential

One the goals of learning is learning achievement who achieved by students. The low student achievement in Bahasa Indonesia is a common problem that experienced by teachers and school. Learning achievement is influenced by several things, one of wich is a learning method. There are various kinds of cooperative learning methods are usually used in the teaching, one of cooperative method is Round Robin. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of cooperative learning methods Round Robin on student achievement at the Bahasa Indonesia study of high school students, this study is an experimental research with randomized two group design post-test only. The analysis showed that F 48.783 with significance 0.000 and t value 6.241 with significance 0.000. The result showed that cooperative learning methods Round Robin can affect the achievement of learning in students in Bahasa Indonesia
