    Character Education of Elderly Students Based on Pasan Tradition at Sepuh Islamic Boarding Shool Magelang

    In this millennial era, the elderly people are becoming increase marginally. This is due to the absence of character education specifically for the elderly people. For that, character education model specifically intended for elderly people is very important to be realized. The Pasan tradition as a basis for character education for elderly students at Elderly Islamic Boarding School Magelang is very important to be studied. This field of research uses a phenomenology approach which aims to examine the phenomenon of Pasan tradition with an Islamic education perspective. Based on the results of participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, there are three research results. First, the implementation of character education based on Pasan tradition at Elderly Islamic Boarding School Magelang has been relevant to the theoretical conception of character education, both in terms of principles and approaches. Second, the Pasan tradition at Elderly Islamic Boarding School Magelang is carried out through sixteen activities, both religious and daily activities. Third, there are fifteen character values produced through sixteen Pasan activities, namely religious, discipline, friendly, patience, likes to read, curiosity, caring for fellow Muslims, devoting to parents, responsibility, caring, cleanliness, tolerance, caring for the environment, caring for the social, honesty, and independen

    The enforcement efforts of Law Number 16 of 2019 on marriage performed in Temanggung are designed to minimize the divorce rate in Temanggung through the empowerment of Sakinah family ambassadors through pre-marriage education to actualize family resilience. The practical benefit of this study is that it can give insight to the ambassadors about the age limit of marriage and the consequences of early marriage. The ambassadors are meant to use the insight to take action against early marriage so that the number of cases of early marriage in the Tembarak district continuously decreases or even reaches zero. This study employs a descriptive qualitative research approach to explain the enforcement efforts of Law Number 16 of 2019 on marriage in Temanggung. The implementation of Marriage Law Number 16 of 2019 is carried out through a number of Focus Group Discussions (FGD): youth guidance, and ambassadors coaching to prevent early marriage; mentoring; monitoring and evaluation; and outcome exposure.     Latar belakang pada penelitian ini didasarkan pada proses pembelajaran Akhlak di SMP Muhammadiyah I Depok yang belum membangkitkan motivasi belajar dan mewujudkan internalisasi nilai pada diri siswa. Pembelajaran Akhlak di SMP Muhammadiyah I Depok cenderung mengedepankan prestasi belajar kognitif siswa, sehingga aspek afektif siswa menjadi terabaikan. Dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, SMP Muhammadiyah I Depok melakukan perubahan pola pembelajaran Akhlak dengan menggunakan pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL). Pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) yang diterapkan mampu membangkitkan motivasi belajar dan mewujudkan internalisasi nilai siswa, sehingga prestasi belajar Akhlak siswa meningkat. Prestasi belajar Akhlak tidak lagi hanya mengedepankan pencapaian kognitif belaka, akan tetapi juga sudah mengedepankan ranah afektif siswa. Oleh karena itu, peneliti merasa perlu untuk melakukan penelitian secara lebih mendalam mengenai pengembangan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) pada pembelajaran Akhlak di SMP Muhammadiyah I Depok dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiyah I Depok yang berjumlah 60 siswa, kelas VIII A sebanyak 30 siswa dan kelas VIII B sebanyak 30 siswa. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas data dilakukan dengan tehnik sampling. Penghitungan validitas dan reliabilitas data dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil analisis validitas instrumen menunjukan bahwa 30 butir angket yang diujikan kepada 29 siswa, 20 butir terbukti valid dengan taraf kesalahan 5%. Uji reliabilitas data yang dilakukan menunjukan koefisien reliabilitas sebesar 0,7403 dan dinyatakan reliabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) pada pembelajaran Akhlak siswa kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiyah I Depok sudah dapat meningkatkan motivasi, kualitas pembelajaran dan mewujudkan internalisasi nilai pada siswa. Uji SPSS terhadap nilai ulangan harian siswa dari sebelum dan sesudah penerapan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) menunjukan taraf signifikan sebesar 0,052 pada kelas VIII A dan 0,054 pada kelas VIII B. Kedua angka tersebut berada di atas α sebesar 0,05. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) pada pembelajaran Akhlak dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar Akhlak siswa kelas VIII di SMP Muhammadiyah I Depok secara signifikan

    Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian pustaka yang menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dokumentasi terhadap buku, jurnal, dan makalah. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis konteks, yaitu analisis yang mencoba menginterpretasikan data secara kontekstual. Ada 3 (tiga) latar belakang masalah yang menjadikan penelitian ini urgen dilaksanakan, yaitu tasawuf sebagai kekhasan pondok pesantren sangat relevan dijadikan sebagai basis pendidikan Islam di pondok pesantren, perlunya desain pendidikan Islam berbasis tasawuf pada pondok pesantren, sehingga mampu mewujudkan revitalisasi pondok pesantren sebagai pencetak kiai dan dai, dan diperlukannya nilai-nilai tasawuf untuk ditanamkan dalam pendidikan Islam berbasis tasawuf di pondok pesantren. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konsep tirakat sebagai bagian penting yang tidak terpisahkan dari tasawuf harus menjadi basis pelaksanaan pendidikan Islam di pondok pesantren. Tasawuf tidak bisa dilepaskan dari tirakat sebagai jalan yang ditempuh guna mencapai tujuan wushul kepada Allah Swt. Filosofi pendidikan Islam berbasis tasawuf yaitu pengembangan aspek spiritual santri guna menggapai wushul kepada Allah Swt. Nilai-nilai tasawuf yang ditanamkan dalam pendidikan Islam berbasis tasawuf antara lain muroqobah (mawas diri), mahabbah (cinta) kepada Allah Swt, khauf (takut) kepada Allah Swt, raja’ (berharap) kepada Allah Swt, ‘uns, dan yakin.     This Community Service Research was motivated by 4 background problems, namely the high prevalence of stunting in Indonesia which reached 27.7%, the high stunting rate in Ponorad Village and Tanjungsari Village, Tlogomulyo District, the need for stunting prevention methods in Ponorad Hamlet and Tanjungsari Village, Tlogomulyo District, Bina The Toddler Family (BKB) is a good stunting prevention method to be applied in Ponoradan Hamlet and Tanjungsari Village, Tlogomulyo District. The results of this study indicate a decrease in stunting rates in Ponorad Hamlet and Tanjungsari Village, Tlogomulyo District through the application of Toddler Family Development (BKB).
