    スクールカウンセラーと教員の連携・協働に関する現状と課題

    スクールカウンセラーと教員の連携に関する課題や協働の必要性が指摘されている中で、本稿は、日本心理臨床学会第33 回、第34 回秋季大会の発表論文集から、近年の学校現場におけるスクールカウンセラーと教員の連携・協働の現状や課題について検討することを目的とする。計11 本の発表論文から現状を整理した上で、スクールカウンセラーと教員の連携・協働を円滑にし、活性化に繋がるためのそれらの在り方について検討した。①教員がスクールカウンセラーと一緒に課題に取り組んでいるといった意識の向上のための働きかけ、②教員の主体的な取り組み等の学内の援助資源の活用、③スクールカウンセラーの職務や時間のマネージメントが、連携・協働の在り方として示唆された。連携・協働における課題として、教員側からみた連携・協働や、それらの過程に関する研究が十分ではない中で、スクールカウンセラーと教員の双方を研究対象とし、過程を明らかにするための実践調査の蓄積の必要性が考えられた

    相談資源の限られている地域における親の支援のあり方を模索する研究の一つとして、本稿では、子育てにおける親の内的資源に着目し、いくつかの概念に基づいた先行研究から親個人の機能や能力について整理していくことを目的とする。親のレジリエンスとエンパワメントに関する先行研究から考えられた親の内的資源は、①子どもに関する親の内的資源、②社会とのやりとりに関する親の内的資源、③親自身に関する親の内的資源に整理された。中でも、子どもに関する見通し、社会とのつながりといった親の内的資源が、外的資源の少ない環境において親を支援する際に特に注目する必要があることが考えられた

    Bite injuries frequently occur on human hands. Human bite injuries to the hand may lead to an infection because of limited soft tissue protection and wound contamination. However, no studies have reported severe bite injuries on hands treated by flaps. We report a case of an 80-year-old woman diagnosed with a major neurocognitive disorder. The patient accidentally had a self-bite injury accompanied with an open metacarpal fracture. Debridement and fixation of the first metacarpal fracture were performed. Afterward, skin necrosis occurred gradually on the dorsum of the hand. Therefore, a reverse posterior interosseous artery (PIA) flap was used, and the postoperative course was uneventful. Given the high risk of infection, human bite injuries, particularly hand bites, should be treated immediately. Delayed treatment for such injuries may lead to extensive soft tissue defects requiring reconstruction with flaps

    Immunogenic cancer cell death selectively induced by near infrared photoimmunotherapy initiates host tumor immunity

    Immunogenic cell death (ICD) is a form of cell death that activates an adaptive immune response against dead-cell-associated antigens. Cancer cells killed via ICD can elicit antitumor immunity. ICD is efficiently induced by near-infrared photo-immunotherapy (NIR-PIT) that selectively kills target-cells on which antibody-photoabsorber conjugates bind and are activated by NIR light exposure. Advanced live cell microscopies showed that NIR-PIT caused rapid and irreversible damage to the cell membrane function leading to swelling and bursting, releasing intracellular components due to the influx of water into the cell. The process also induces relocation of ICD bio markers including calreticulin, Hsp70 and Hsp90 to the cell surface and the rapid release of immunogenic signals including ATP and HMGB1 followed by maturation of immature dendritic cells. Thus, NIR-PIT is a therapy that kills tumor cells by ICD, eliciting a host immune response against tumor

    Response from piezoelectric elements appearing immediately after collisions with silver particles

    Ferroelectric lead zirconate titanate(PZT) elements were studied by directly bombarding them with hypervelocity silver particles. The mass and velocity of these hypervelocity silver particles ranged from 1to80pg and 2to6km/s, respectively. This report examines the pulsed signals observed immediately after collision. The first cycle of the pulse is discussed because the information on impact is presumably recorded on the wave form. The experimental data were analyzed using the wave form that was generated immediately after collision. Consequently, the following conclusions were made: (1) the sensitivity of the element is independent of the thickness of element, (2) the pulse height is proportional to the particle momentum over the measured range, and (3) the wave form is not explicitly related to the velocity of the particles at the time of collision. The potential of a single PZT element acts as a real-time detector for hypervelocity microparticles is discussed
