Paradigm of a New Type of Engineer Training in Earth Sciences
This paper attempts to define key trends observed in new-generation mining engineer training today. A comparative analysis, which looked at recent developments in teaching concerned with innovative technology and transformation of scientific knowledge in general, indicates the need for a new educational paradigm. Actual interaction between humans and their environment was taken as a hypothesis about professional knowledge and skills. The role of the axiological components of the new paradigm was revealed in the light of the communication nature of the society. A methodology was developed to build a new-generation engineer model. The paper reveals the role of a learner's metacognitive ability in the development of new teaching techniques. The paper highlights how important it is that an engineer was striving for environmentally friendly technology. The authors defined the effect of the altered environment on engineering. The paper substantiates why one can only be said to have hard and soft skills if one is able to apply critical and creative thinking. It was found that training an engineer under the new paradigm is inevitably related to the ability to reflect. Analysis of the linguistic modality serves to support this statement. Efficiency of coccidiostat combined with probiotic for treatment of coccidiosis in rabbits
The purpose of the research is to determine the efficiency of coccidiostat combined with probiotic for treatment coccidiosis in rabbits in a comparative aspect.Materials and methods. Rabbits suffering from eimeriosis were treated with coccidiostat and probiotic. The anticoccidial drug of the benzeneacetonitrile group, Diclacox 2.5%, the active ingredient of which is diclazuril, and probiotic Mucinolextra, which is a freeze-dehydrated biomass of Bifidobacterium globosum, Enterococcus faecium, B. subtilis, and B. licheniformis at a concentration of 1010 CFU/g were used as preparations. Feces from the rabbits were examined every 3 days by the FΓΌlleborn method to identify coccidia oocysts and determine the infection intensity and prevalence. On the first and last experiment days, the rabbits were weighed to assess the dynamics of live weight. The experiment duration was 15 days.Results and discussion. Coccidiostat Diclacox 2.5% combined with probiotic Mucinol-extra proved to be highly effective against coccidiosis in rabbits

Synthesis of Heteroannulated Indolopyrazines through Domino N-H Palladium-Catalyzed/Metal-Free Oxidative C-H Bond Activation
A convenient approach to [1,2,5]oxadiazolo[3β²,4β²:5,6]pyrazino[2,3-b]indoles and their heteroannulated analogues bearing various aryl substituents in the backbone has been developed. This synthetic protocol is based on Pd-catalyzed Buchwald-Hartwig and subsequent annulation by intramolecular oxidative cyclodehydrogenation. Knowledge management and knowledge regenerating: Main risks of modern liberal arts education
The article is devoted to analyzing the status of modern liberal arts education. Based on research of Russian educational system development general conditions, prerequisites to necessary development of new federal governmental educational standards, their advantages and disadvantages, are have been identified. It is particularly stressed that communicative society as a whole actualizes the problematic of subject-subjective relationships in social sphere and accordingly increases the meaningfulness of solving all educational problems within general logic of country development. In this event, the reverse determination is meaningful: the subject of educational process impacts on the status of those social spheres, in which he is incorporated. In this connection, the estimation is expressed that presently the educational system represents the dialectical unity of generating knowledge and the processes of regulating them. In this context, the attempt is undertaken to conceptualize main risks of liberal arts education. The meaningfulness of interdisciplinary investigations is shown on critical reflection peculiarities, subjectβs linguistic field, status of academic knowledge. Ecology and application of haloalkaliphilic anaerobic microbial communities
Haloalkaliphilic microorganisms that grow optimally at high-pH and high-salinity conditions can be found in natural environments such as soda lakes. These globally spread lakes harbour interesting anaerobic microorganisms that have the potential of being applied in existing technologies or create new opportunities. In this review, we discuss the potential application of haloalkaliphilic anaerobic microbial communities in the fermentation of lignocellulosic feedstocks material subjected to an alkaline pre-treatment, methane production and sulfur removal technology. Also, the general advantages of operation at haloalkaline conditions, such as low volatile fatty acid and sulfide toxicity, are addressed. Finally, an outlook into the main challenges like ammonia toxicity and lack of aggregation is provided.This work was performed in the TTIW-

Microwave-assisted palladium-catalyzed C-C coupling versus nucleophilic aromatic substitution of hydrogen (SN H) in 5-bromopyrimidine by action of bithiophene and its analogues
5-Bromopyrimidine reacts with 2,2β²-bithiophene, [2,2β²:5β², 2β³]terthiophene and 2-phenylthiophene in the presence of a palladium catalyst to give 5-(het)aryl substituted pyrimidines due to the palladium-catalyzed aryl-aryl C-C coupling. However 5-bromo-4-(het)aryl- pyrimidines have been prepared from the same starting materials through the SN H-reaction catalyzed by a Lewis acid. Conditions for both types of reactions were optimized. All components of the reaction mixtures, including by-products, have been elucidated by gas-liquid chromatography/mass- spectrometry. Evidence for the structure of 4- and 5-bithiophenyl-substituted pyrimidines has first been obtained by means of X-ray crystallography analysis.
