Career Aspirations of SMA Students Based Socio-Economic Status and Gender. This research is a descriptive study about career aspirations aimed to describe the career aspirations of students by socio-economic status and gender in SMA Negeri 1 Batujajar. The method used the quantitative descriptive method. Respondents in this study are students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Batujajar that are at the stage of self-orientation. At this stage people start selecting, establishing and looking for alternatives on the planning himself and his work. Selection of the sample using purposive sampling techniques so that the respondents in this study were 234 students. In general, the career aspirations of students 10.3% were in the low category, which is the category of being as much as 63.2%, and 26.5 % At the high category. Based on the socio-economic status of education last seen parents are in the moderate category. Based on parent income in middle category. Meanwhile, based on the gender ratio of the career aspirations of learners battery and men do not have a difference, with a probability value of 0.53

Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Gairah Belajar Warga Belajar Program Kesetaraan di PKBM Mitra Riau Jaya Cemerlang Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai Kota Pekanbaru

This research aimed to understand the influence of the student learning passionfor the program equivalence of education at PKBM Riau Jaya, MarpoyanPekanbaru. The type of research is descriptive with quantitative approach. Thesamplewas the30 participants of the program equivalence at PKBM Mitra Jaya,with 3 programs: PAKET A = 7, PAKETt B = 11, and PAKET C = 12PARTICIPANT. To collect the data, the questionaire is used wit four alternativeunswers. Theresewarch indicators are divided into two parts; that are intrinsicsand extrinsicks. The result shows that the extrinsic aspects is more influencing tothe student learning passion rather than intrinsic aspect. As the whole, the resultdescribe that the student learning passion at the program equavalence of educationis pretty good

Desain Konseptual Speech Recognition di Komunikasi Pesawat untuk Mengurangi Kesalahan Komunikasi Penerbangan

Penyebab utama kecelakaan penerbangan adalah human error (55%) dengan salah satu penyebab adalah miskomunikasi. Miskomunikasi menjadi penyebab kasus kecelakaan terbesar di dunia seperti kecelakaan antara Pan Am dan KLM, Garuda dengan nomor penerbangan 152, dan kecelakaan yang baru-baru ini terjadi antara Batik Air dan Transnusa. Selain itu, KNKT pernah mengalami kebingungan saat menginvestigasi cockpit recorder Air Asia QZ8501. Saat miskomunikasi terjadi, instruksi sering kali sulit dipahami dan diperlukan pengulangan komunikasi, yang mempersempit waktu pengambilan tindakan. Penelitian ini ingin mengembangkan konsep speech recognition dengan sistem voice sign and text untuk prosedur pengecekan komunikasi kru penerbangan. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah kajian pustaka dan perancangan sistem. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah penambahan prosedur komunikasi dengan sign dan teks yang diperoleh dengan bantuan speech recognition. Pesan teks berasal dari ucapan yang diterjemahkan oleh speech recognition menjadi teks, kemudian teks akan diubah menjadi sign. Lalu sign dan teks akan ditampilkan dan dilihat langsung oleh pilot. Dengan penambahan sistem sign dan teks disamping komunikasi melalui suara diharapkan kesalahan dapat diminimalisir, pengambilan keputusan dapat dilakukan dengan cepat, dan kecelakaan dapat dihindari. [Speech Recognition Conceptual Design in Aircraft Communications to Reduce Flight Communication Mistake] The main cause of aviation accidents is the human error (55%) in which one of its factor is the miscommunication. Miscommunication involved in the most accidents in the world including Pan Am and KLM accident, Garuda flight 152 (the biggest accident in Indonesia), and that was recently occurred between Batik Air and Transnusa Airline. Moreover, NTSC was confused when investigating the Air Asia QZ8501 cockpit recorder. When miscommunication occurs, the repetition of communication is prominently required due to the difficulty in understanding the instruction, which later narrowed the time to take any action. This study is intended to develop the concept of speech recognition with voice sign and text system for flight crew communication checking procedure. The methodology that is used in this research is the combining of literature review and system design. The results of this study is the addition of communication procedure by means of sign and text that obtained from speech recognition process. The text is produced from the translation of voice by speech recognition and converted into sign afterwards. Both of sign and text will be displayed, thus can be seen by the pilot. In addition to communication by voice, the implementation of sign and text is expected in minimalizing the error, supporting faster decision making, and avoiding the accident

Pengaruh Sektor Pariwisata terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Daerah dan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat Kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Bali

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sektor pariwisata terhadap kinerja keuangan daerah dan kesejahteraan masyarakat kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Bali (2001-2010). Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Provinsi Bali dan Biro Keuangan Setda Provinsi Bali. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis faktor dan analisis jalur. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa sektor pariwisata berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan daerah dan kesejahteraan masyarakat kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Bali tahun 2001-2010 Penelitian ini juga memperoleh hasil bahwa kinerja keuangan daerah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Bali. Dengan analisis jalur diketahui bahwa sektor pariwisata berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui kinerja keuangan daerah kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Bali. Parents Involvement In Children's Education At SD Islam Al-kautsar Kelurahan Simpang Baru Kecamatan Tampan

This research is motivated lack of parental involvement in children's education in SD Islam Al-Kawthar Simpang Baru Village District of Tampan. The research problems are Is parental involvement in children's education in SD Islam Al-Kawthar village Baru Simpang sub-district Charming. The purpose of this study was to determine the involvement of parents in the education of children in elementary Islam Al-Kawthar Baru Simpang Village District of Handsome. The population in this study were 106 parents and samples of this study 31 parents with a critical level of 10%, the sample used is random sampling. Data collection instruments, namely a questionnaire with 109 statements and after the trial lived 85 valid statement to be made in the instrument of research. Data analysis through quantitative descriptive analysis. Presentation of the answers obtained from the calculation results based on the indicators of cognitive expressed a positive attitude adolescent negative 89.24% and 2.25%. While based on affective aspects declare a positive attitude adolescent negative 44.21% and 47.51%. Furthermore, it can be seen from the aspect conative stating positive attitude adolescent negative 43.67% and 47.63%

Growth Response of Calopogonium Caeruleum and Centrosema Pubescens Ground Cover Crops Toward Inoculation of Bradyrhizobium, Aeromonas Punctata, and Acaulospora Tuberculata

Planting of leguminous cover crops is a standard practise in preparing land for oil palm and rubber plantations. The synergism capability of Bradyrhizobium, Aeromonas punctata (phosphate solubilizing bacteria) and Acaulospora tuberculata (AM fungi) to increase growth of leguminous cover crops (Calopogonium caeruleum and Centrosema pubescens) was studied in a glass house experiment using polybag (10 x 10 cm) containing acid soil with low level nutrition of Ciomas, Bogor. Research results showed that Bradyrhizobium, A. punctata and A. tuberculata inoculation on C. caeruleum signifycantly enhanced plant height, and number of leaves. However, the treatment did not increase biomass and N, P, and K uptake of plant. Number of nodule were increase when the plant was inoculated with A. tuberculata alone or in combination with Bradyrhizobium and A. punctata. Centrosema pubescens gave good response when inoculated with A. tuberculata. However, dual inoculation of the two bacteria Bradyrhizobium and A. punctata with A. tuberculata signifycantly enhance plant height, plant biomass, N, P, and K plant uptake
