Change detection analysis on multi-temporal images using various methods have been developed by many researchers in the field of spatial data analysis and image processing. Change detection analysis has many benefit for real world applications such as medical image analysis, valuable material detector, satellite image analysis, disaster recovery planning, and many others. Indonesia is one of the most country that encounter natural disaster. The most memorable disaster was happened in December 26, 2004. Change detection is one of the important part management planning for natural disaster recovery. This article present the fast and accurate result of change detection on multi-temporal images using multistage clustering. There are three main step for change detection in this article, the first step is to find the image difference of two multi-temporal images between the time before disaster and after disaster using operation log ratio between those images. The second step is clustering the difference image using Fuzzy C means divided into three classes. Change, unchanged, and intermediate change region. Afterword the last step is cluster the change map from fuzzy C means clustering using k means clustering, divided into two classes. Change and unchanged region. Both clustering\u27s based on Euclidian distance

Purpose of this study is to determine the character formation of discipline and responsibility through cadet parenting that has been carried out at the Palembang Civil Aviation Polytechnic. The parenting pattern is carried out by applying a strict schedule to the daily activities of the cadets based on the Cadets Code of Conduct. The research method  is a qualitative research with a descriptive research model, to see how to strengthen the character of Palembang Civil Aviation Polytechnic cadets through parenting patterns. Collecting data by interview, observation and documentation. The results of the study show that the parenting pattern that is carried out can shape the character of discipline and responsibility for the Palembang Civil Aviation Polytechnic cadets. Based on this research, the formation of the character of discipline and responsibility of cadets can be formed through parenting patterns. So that parenting patterns can continue to be carried out with further development to shape future generations in the aviation sector in Indonesia

Sifat Fisis dan Mekanis Papan Partikel Hibrida dari Kayu Cepat Tumbuh dan Bambu dengan Perlakuan Perendaman Panas ( Physical And Mechanical Properties Of Hybrid Particleboard From Fast Growing Wood Species And Bamboo With Heat Immersion Treatment)

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the physical and mechanical properties of hybrid particleboard made from combination of sengon wood (Falcataria moluccana), jabon wood (Anthocephalus cadamba), and betung bamboo (Dendrocalamus asper) with hot water immersion treatment. Pretreatment with hot water immersion was carried out in water bath at 80 ºC for 2 hours. The boards were made using urea formaldehyde (UF) adhesive with (30x30x0.9) cm3 size and 0.6 g cm-3 target density. Physical and mechanical properties of hybrid particleboards were evaluated based on JIS A 5908-2003 standard. The results showed that the combination treatment with bamboo particles can increase the mechanical properties and dimensional stability of the particleboards especially when combined with jabon particles. Hot water immersion treatment can improve the mechanical properties (MOE, MOR and IB) of hybrid particleboards. However, hot water immersion treatment decreased dimensional stability (thickness swelling and water absorption) of hybrid particleboards
