Effect of coal dust on the air-methane mixture combustion in the Swiss-roll burner
The 2-D numerical model has been developed to simulate the combustion of lean coal-methane-air mixture in βSwiss-rollβ burner and investigate the effect of coal particles content and mixture feed rate on the stable burner operation. Five homogeneous and three heterogeneous chemical reactions are considered. The Eulerian model for gas phase and the discrete particle model (Lagrangian) for particle phase taking into account the radiation are used in this study. Simulations are performed for the two turns βSwiss rollβ burner with heat insulated outer wall, channel width of 6 mm and inner wall thickness of 2 mm. It is shown that the presence of coal particles in a lean methane-air mixture expands the range of stable operation of the "Swiss-roll" burner. It is found that an increase in the content of coal particles reduces the combustion time of the particles by in-creasing the combustion temperature, changes the shape of the reaction zone, and shifts it to the burner inlet

Communication of COVID-19 consequences in the Baltic States inforsphere
This article seeks to describe the dynamics of COVID-19 in the Baltic States and to analyse the ways of communicating the threat and its consequences. Particular attention is paid to the media strategies pursued in the study area. The research is based on Russian and English texts from the Baltic media, WHO official documents and datasets, as well as initiatives of the Baltic Sea region organisations (2020) counteracting COVID-19. A combination of these sources builds up an objective view of the situation and demonstrates how the pandemic and its consequences are represented in public consciousness given a certain pragmatic goal. The pandemic is a new type of threat; its consequences demonstrate a tendency towards negative synergy and a category shift from soft threats to hard ones. The research shows that several key strategies - counter-active, projective, conservative, mobilising, resilient, and reflective - are used to communicate the threat and its consequences in the media

Economic concept of food development of Russian market
At present, the Russian economy is developing in the conditions of imposed sanctions on high-tech means of production by foreign countries.
In this situation, the development vector is the formation of import substitution policies and the solution of food safety issues for various types of food products that are strategically important for human life.
Meeting the needs of the country's population with its own production is a priority for the development of the agrarian market, which makes it possible to develop the production agrarian sector, the processing and trade sphere, to create additional jobs, thereby improving the quality and standard of living of people.peer-reviewe

Electrophysiological Parameters of Sinus Node Function in Patients with Paroxysmal Tachyarrhythmias
to analyze the indicators of the function of the sinus node in patients of young age with paroxysmal tachycardia. Methods: study included 11 patients with suspected paroxysmal tachycardia, with an average age of 17Β±28. The basis for holding transesophageal electrophysiological study (TE EPS) was the clinical and electrophysiological characteristics of paroxysmal tachycardia. According to the results of Holter monitoring ECG (HM ECG) analyzed the minimum and maximum heart rate, number of ventricular and supraventricular arrhythmias, presence of pauses, rhythm and episodes of paroxysmal tachycardia. According to CHP, EFI estimated the initial heart rate (HR), recovery time of sinus node function (RTSNF), corrected recovery time of sinus node function (CRTSNF), point of Wenkebach (p. W), duration of the effective refractory period of the atrioventricular connections, presence of aberrant complexes and episodes of paroxysmal tachycardias before and after administration of atropine at a dose of 0.02 mg/kg. Results: Complaints characteristic of the tachyarrhythmia was diagnosed in 9 patients, episodes of heart rate more than 150 beats per minute in 7 patients. When conducting TE EPS obtained the following results: episodes of supraventricular tachycardia provoked in 8 patients (in two cases of paroxysmal tachycardia managed to provoke only after administration of atropine). Three of them have shimmer and atrial flutter episodes reciprocal tachycardia in five. Three patients provoke paroxysmal tachycardia failed, but they showed a shortening of the PQ interval and the appearance of aberrant QRS complexes when stimulated. In patients with paroxysmal SVT signs of sinus node dysfunction was detected in 6 patients, in the form of episodes of sinus arrhythmia (4 patients), migration pacemaker the atria (4 patients), sinoatrial blockade of II degree (3 patients), blockade of legs of bunch of gisa (2 patients), atrioventricular block degree II-III (1 patient), RTSNF more than 1500 MS in 1 patient, CRTSNF greater than 500 msec in 3 patients. Conclusion: in 6 of 9 patients with supraventricular paroxysmal tachycardia revealed signs of sinus node dysfunction, probably has a vagotonic in nature
PEDAGOGICAL FRAMEWORKS OF EDUCATION POLICY FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF THE EURASIAN SPACE
Introduction. In the context of the widespread environmental degradation as recorded in UN documents, the issues of environmental protection are under active consideration at the international level; the measures for ensuring ecological safety are taken both within the countries and in the global space. It is possible to resolve these issues vital for further human existence only by forming ecological culture and conscientious careful attitude to the nature and environmental conditions among the population; in turn, the questions listed above could not be undertaken without fundamental re-examination of the content of education. The aims of the research presented in the publication are the following: to highlight the main directions of education policy in the Euroasian space; to define key problems of education in behalf of sustainable development of society.Methodology and research methods. Methodological framework of the research is based on the concepts of humanistic pedagogy; holistic and activity approaches to education; principles of nature conformity and co-evolution. The methods of theoretical analysis, synthesis, generalization and modeling were applied in the course of the research. Results and scientific novelty. The authors define the concept of βsustainable development of societyβ. The main problems that disrupt such development are identified; the main problem is that the declared statements, scientific-theoretical and scientific-practical results in the sphere of sustainable development and noospherism are in contradiction with the existing system of the industrial civilization. The philosophical and pedagogical foundations for formation of noospheric ideology among new generations as alternatives to destructive consumer anthropocentrism are briefly stated. Against this background, the common objectives of βsustainableβ education development for the states of Eurasia are outlined; the conditions with an influence on its qualitative characteristics are singled out. These conditions are related to the basic principles proposed by the International Commission on Education that reflect target educational tendencies of the 21st century: βlearning to know, learning to do, learning to live together, and learning to beβ. It is emphasized that only the constant methodological line of development of social and economic consciousness is adherence to the principle of co-evolution β optimum ratio and coherence between co-development of elements within the triad βperson-society-natureβ. The institute of education is ascribed the primary role in joint creative evolutionary-gradual process as it is intended to bring up and form the identity of the responsible citizen of the Earth. The possibilities for creation of the educational ecosystem environment functioning are shown by the experience of the Republic of Kazakhstan where the Green Economy Transition (GET) is actively implemented.Practical significance. The authorsβ version of an educational ecosystem structure, its way of construction and regulation are demonstrated. It is offered to use anthropo-ecocultural practices-events as educational tools.ΠΠ²Π΅Π΄Π΅Π½ΠΈΠ΅.

Context-dependent roles of cellular senescence in normal, aged, and disease states.
Cellular senescence is a state of irreversible cell cycle arrest that often emerges after tissue damage and in age-related diseases. Through the production of a multicomponent secretory phenotype (SASP), senescent cells can impact the regeneration and function of tissues. However, the effects of senescent cells and their SASP are very heterogeneous and depend on the tissue environment and type as well as the duration of injury, the degree of persistence of senescent cells and the organism's age. While the transient presence of senescent cells is widely believed to be beneficial, recent data suggest that it is detrimental for tissue regeneration after acute damage. Furthermore, although senescent cell persistence is typically associated with the progression of age-related chronic degenerative diseases, it now appears to be also necessary for correct tissue function in the elderly. Here, we discuss what is currently known about the roles of senescent cells and their SASP in tissue regeneration in ageing and age-related diseases, highlighting their (negative and/or positive) contributions. We provide insight for future research, including the possibility of senolytic-based therapies and cellular reprogramming, with aims ranging from enhancing tissue repair to extending a healthy lifespan.Work in the authorsβ laboratory is supported by
