The purpose of this research was to compare Life Satisfaction in coronary artery patients and healthy individuals. It is an experimental control study. The experimental group was 50 men and women having coronary artery disease, referring to heart clinic in Motahari Hospital located in Fooladshahr. The control group was healthy men and women living in three sites of Fooladshahr. Experimental and control group were similar regarding gender and they were all married. They were all selected by available sampling. The data was gathered using Feriseh’s Life Satisfaction Questionnaire. The evidence related to its validity was studied by using simultaneous validity and to its reliability by cronbach’s alpha which were both accepted. Multi variable variance analysis, controlling age and education, showed that Life Satisfaction in experimental group was significantly lower than control group. Since, the results showed that Life Satisfaction was significantly lower in coronary artery patients in terms of factors like physical health, self- esteem, work, play, money, love, spouse are lower in heart chronic patients, it is understood that Life Satisfaction is a related factor to this disease. Also, the result clarified there were not significant differences in factors such as goals and values, learning, creativity, helping, children, relatives, home, neighborhood and communit

Background: The development of the career path is a topic that has been widely studied in the scientific texts of psychology and has been mentioned in the theories related to occupational psychology. Also, several studies have been conducted on the developmentof children's career paths, but no specific research was found that provided a model for the developmentof children's career paths. Aims: The current research was conducted with the aim of modeling the development of children's career path based on a grounded theory study. Methods: The current research was carried out with a qualitative approach, on a grounded theory method is of the emergent type. The statistical population of the research included all specialists related to the subject of the research who had a scientific background and related experience, and 18 of them participated in this research using theoretical sampling. Also, in order to collect data, semi-structured in-depth interview method was used. The interviews continued until reaching the saturation of the categories and forming the essence of the basic domain. At the same time as the interviews, data analysis was performed and validated with the emergent method including substantive coding (including open and selective coding) and theory using ATLAS.ti8 software. Results: In the data analysis, 306 non-repeated codes, 29 fundamental codes and finally 9 categories and 3 theoretical codes emerged. According to the participants in the research, in general, the Developmentof children's career path is formed as a path from adaptation to adaptability and includes factors, process and competencies. Conclusion: According to the findings, it seems that the development of children's career path is a complex and continuous process that is influenced by several factors, including family background, gender, culture, school experiences, and personal interests and abilities. Therefore, to effectively guide and support the development of children's career paths, a holistic approach that includes various components is necessary

Background: During adolescence, due to the lack of stability in the mental state of adolescents, they mainly face many problems that can lead to the emergence of emotional/behavioral problems in them. Aims: In the present study, the comparison of the effects of Mode Deactivation therapy(MDT) and emotion regulation therapy (ERT) on the reduction of internalizing and externalizing symptoms in adolescent girls. Methods: The current research is a semi-experimental type with a pre-test-post-test with a control group. Among the teenagers visiting the clinics of Isfahan city, 30 people were diagnosed with behavioral/emotional problems through interviews, and they had the conditions to enter the research, they were selected and placed in three groups (10 people) MDT, ERT, and control, the subjects in the intervention groups received 8 sessions of 90 minutes for 8 weeks, and the individuals in the control group were placed on a waiting list and did not receive any intervention during this period. Before and after the intervention, all participants answered the adolescent Behavior Inventory Questionnaire (Achenbach & Rescular, 2002). Data were analyzed using a multivariate analysis of covariance. Results: The findings showed that ERT intervention had significant differences in the variables of internalization syndrome, anxiety/depression components, withdrawal, and externalization syndrome compared to MDT and control groups (P0.05) Conclusion: The results showed that ERT intervention is more effective than MDT in reducing the emotional and behavioral problems of adolescents due to the provision of objective and tangible training

Trauma needs special attention during the sensitive period of adolescence, which already involves its own psychological challenges and vocational tasks. Coping with trauma requires adaptation. From the perspective of the career construction model of adaptation, career adaptability provides psycho-social resources that promote adaptation. Using this model, the aim of the present study was to investigate the relationship between personality and post-traumatic growth via career adaptability. A total of 266 Iranian adolescents who had experienced the sudden death of a parent recruited. They then completed the Big Five Questionnaire, Post-traumatic Growth Inventory, and Career Adapt-abilities Scale. The results showed career adaptability partially mediated the relationship between neuroticism and openness and post-traumatic growth. In addition, the findings confirmed the full mediator role of career adaptability in the relationship between conscientiousness and post-traumatic growth. The results also indicated a direct relationship between extraversion and post-traumatic growth, but no relationship between agreeableness and post-traumatic growth. These results emphasized the essential role of career adaptability in empowering traumatized adolescents

Abstract Utilizing both medium enrichment and a thermos-responsive substrate to maintain the cell-to-cell junctions and extracellular matrix (ECM) intact, cell sheet technology has emerged as a ground-breaking approach. Investigating the possibility of using sodium selenite (as medium supplementation) and PCL-PEG-PCL (as vessel coating substrate) in the formation of the sheets from rat bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (rBMSCs) was the main goal of the present study. To this end, first, Polycaprolactone-co-Poly (ethylene glycol)-co-Polycaprolactone triblock copolymer (PCEC) was prepared by ring-opening copolymerization method and characterized by FTIR, 1 H NMR, and GPC. The sol-gel-sol phase transition temperature of the PCEC aqueous solutions with various concentrations was either measured. Next, rBMSCs were cultured on the PCEC, and let be expanded in five different media containing vitamin C (50 ”g/ml), sodium selenite (0.1 ”M), vitamin C and sodium selenite (50 ”g/ml + 0.1 ”M), Trolox, and routine medium. The proliferation of the cells exposed to each material was evaluated. Produced cell sheets were harvested from the polymer surface by temperature reduction and phenotypically analyzed via an inverted microscope, hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) staining, and field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM). Through the molecular level, the expression of the stemness-related genes (Sox2, Oct-4, Nanog), selenium-dependent enzymes (TRX, GPX-1), and aging regulator gene (Sirt1) were measured by q RT-PCR. Senescence in cell sheets was checked by beta-galactosidase assay. The results declared the improved ability of the rBMSCs for osteogenesis and adipogenesis in the presence of antioxidants vitamin C, sodium selenite, and Trolox in growth media. The data indicated that in the presence of vitamin C and sodium selenite, the quality of the cell sheet was risen by reducing the number of senescent cells and high transcription of the stemness genes. Monolayers produced by sodium selenite was in higher-quality than the ones produced by vitamin C
