The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among work-related stress, health status, and physical activity participation of the nurses in teaching hospitals in Taipei, Taiwan. A quantitiative research design was used in this study. Participants were 420 female nurses systematically selected from 5 teaching hospitals. The participants were asked to complete a survey package including 4 instruments (Nurse Stress Scale (NSS), SF- 36 Health Survey, Stage of Exercise Scale (SOES), Seven-Day Physical Activity Recall Questionnaire and a demographic questionnaire. The results showed that among the 7 factors of nursing stress, work load was rated the highest by the participants. The result of MANOVA showed a relationship between age groups and levels of job-related stress. The nurses under 20 years old reported more stress than those who were over 21 years old. The nurse participants had evidenced negative correlation between nursing stress and nurse\u27s physical (r = -.251) and mental (r = -.30) health status. This result showed that higher levels of nursing stress related to lower levels of mental and physical health. Logistic Regression showed that health was predicted by job related stress in nursing. The current study showed that physical activity was positively correlated with both physical and mental components of nurses\u27 health. Correlation statistics result showed that there was a positive relationship between physical activity and physical (r = .10) and mental (r = .12) health status. The result of MANOVA confirmed that the participants who had not participated in exercise during the 6-month period experienced lower physical and mental health than those who had participated in exercise and physical activity in the same period. Higher levels of physical activity participation were associated with lower levels of nursing stress. The result of the standard regression in this study indicated that the activity level of the 7 Days Physical Activity contributed a negative relationship (fi = - .199) to prediction of nursing stress scores. Nurses participated in higher level of physical activity related to lower level of stress

Objective:To provide reasonable and effective clinical applications scheme of antibiotics treatment and control infection while delaying the development of Acinetobacter baumannii(AB) drug resistance or multidrug resistance by analyzing change of AB drug resistance and infection distribution retrospectively during 5 years. Methods: From Jan 2010 to Dec 2014,the whole clinical data of 162 patients with AB infections in department of burn and plastic surgery were analyzed, the drug resistance and the characteristics of the infections were summarized. Results:The detection rate of AB in burn ward is increasing year by year; The result of 162 AB infection detected specimens was following: there were 116 (71.6%) strains isolated from the wound secretions,25 (15.4%) strains from sputum,16 (9.9%) strains from blood,5 (3.1%) strains from deep intravenous catheter. Consistent with other AB researchers ,no AB strain was isolated from feces or urine; 76 patients was detected with AB in ICU, 12 cases died, and relatively high mortality ; AB still maintains a relatively high sensitivity(98.3%) with polymyxin B , The drug resistance rates with imipenem and minocycline were increasing in recent years , respective sensitivity from 50% fell to 28% , 75% to 35.3%, AB had nearly 100% resistance rate for the third generation cephalosporins and other 6 kinds of antibiotic, serious extensive drug resistant phenomenon. Conclusion: Understanding the distribution and drug resistance of AB with patients in our burn wards despite of regional and hospital differences, providing better guidance for clinical medication.

The transport network structure plays a crucial role in transport dynamics. To better understand the property of the bus network in big city and reasonably configure the bus lines and transfers, this paper seeks to take the bus network of Beijing as an example and mainly use space L and space P to analyze the network topology properties. The approach is applied to all the bus lines in Beijing which includes 722 lines and 5421 bus station. In the first phase of the approach, space L is used. The results show that the bus network of Beijing is a scale-free network and the degree of more than 99 percent of nodes is lower than 10. The results also show that the network is an assortative network with 46 communities. In a second phase, space P is used to analyze the property of transfer. The results show that the average transfer time of Beijing bus network which is 1.88 and 99.8 percent of arbitrary two pair nodes is reachable within 4 transfers

ABSTRACT The multi-pulse Shilnikov orbits and chaotic dynamics for a parametrically excited, simply supported rectangular buckled thin plate are studied by using the extended Melnikov method. Based on von Karman type equation and the Galerkin's approach, two-degree-of-freedom nonlinear system is obtained for the rectangular thin plate. The extended Melnikov method is directly applied to the non-autonomous governing equations of the thin plate. The results obtained here show that the multipulse chaotic motions can occur in the thin plate

DiffusionTalker: Personalization and Acceleration for Speech-Driven 3D Face Diffuser

Speech-driven 3D facial animation has been an attractive task in both academia and industry. Traditional methods mostly focus on learning a deterministic mapping from speech to animation. Recent approaches start to consider the non-deterministic fact of speech-driven 3D face animation and employ the diffusion model for the task. However, personalizing facial animation and accelerating animation generation are still two major limitations of existing diffusion-based methods. To address the above limitations, we propose DiffusionTalker, a diffusion-based method that utilizes contrastive learning to personalize 3D facial animation and knowledge distillation to accelerate 3D animation generation. Specifically, to enable personalization, we introduce a learnable talking identity to aggregate knowledge in audio sequences. The proposed identity embeddings extract customized facial cues across different people in a contrastive learning manner. During inference, users can obtain personalized facial animation based on input audio, reflecting a specific talking style. With a trained diffusion model with hundreds of steps, we distill it into a lightweight model with 8 steps for acceleration. Extensive experiments are conducted to demonstrate that our method outperforms state-of-the-art methods. The code will be released
