    The creative industrial park : formation path and evolution mechanism

    This paper has built a three-stage assumption of creative industrial park on the base of evolutionary economics, which are the gather of units, the construction of interface and the development of network. The gather of units is a reflection of resource search, the construction of interface is a need of identity, and the development of network is a result of multi-dimensional expansion.In the three-stage evolution, the creative industrial park increases constantly their evolution level from the simple geographic gathered to the division and cooperation of labor, until the formation of novel systems. Then this paper analyzes the 798 creative industrial park using the three-stage assumption. This paper finds the main problem of 798’s self-destructing after the low level development of the third stage is the exclusion of the commercial prosperity to the art production. Accordingly,the paper puts forword four modes of promoting the integration between art and commerce. At last, this paper argues the different characteristics of the creative industrial park from other industrial parks. On the angle of formation path, the essence of creative industries is integration of culture and economy, technology.     Twist-3 distribution amplitudes of the pion and kaon from the QCD sum rules

    Twist-3 distribution amplitudes of the pion and kaon are studied in this paper. We calculate the fist several moments for the twist-3 distribution amplitudes (\phi_{p,\sigma}^\pi and \phi_{p,\sigma}^K) of the pion and kaon by applying the QCD sum rules. Our results show that, (i) the first three moments of \phi_p^K and the first two moments of \phi_p^\pi and \phi_\sigma^{\pi,K} of the pion and kaon can be obtained with 30% uncertainty; (ii) the fourth moment of the \phi_p^\pi and the second moment of the \phi_\sigma^K can be obtained when the uncertainty are relaxed to 35%; (iii) the fourth moment of the \phi_\sigma^\pi can be obtained only when the uncertainty are relaxed to 40%; (iv) we have m_{0\pi}^p=1.10\pm 0.08 {\rm GeV} and m_{0K}^p=1.25\pm 0.15 {\rm GeV} after including the \alpha_s-corrections to the perturbative part.     In the title compound, [Cd2(C7H3NO4)2(C13H8N4)2(H2O)2], the CdII ion is six-coordinated by two N atoms from a 1H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline (IP) ligand, one N atom and one O atom from a pyridine-2,3-dicarboxyl­ate (pdc) ligand, one O atom from another pdc ligand and one water mol­ecule in a distorted octa­hedral geometry. Two CdII ions are bridged by a pair of pdc ligands, forming a centrosymmetric dinuclear structure. Neighboring dinuclear units are linked by the coordinated water mol­ecules through O—H⋯N and O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, forming a layer parallel to (011). The layers are further linked into a three-dimensional network through N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. π–π inter­actions between the IP ligands further stabilize the supra­molecular structure [centroid–centroid distances = 3.579 (3), 3.686 (3), 3.710 (3), 3.766 (3) and 3.841 (3) Å]

    A Robust Recursive Filter for Nonlinear Systems with Correlated Noises, Packet Losses, and Multiplicative Noises

    A robust filtering problem is formulated and investigated for a class of nonlinear systems with correlated noises, packet losses, and multiplicative noises. The packet losses are assumed to be independent Bernoulli random variables. The multiplicative noises are described as random variables with bounded variance. Different from the traditional robust filter based on the assumption that the process noises are uncorrelated with the measurement noises, the objective of the addressed robust filtering problem is to design a recursive filter such that, for packet losses and multiplicative noises, the state prediction and filtering covariance matrices have the optimized upper bounds in the case that there are correlated process and measurement noises. Two examples are used to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed filter
