Child protection in developing countries is, still today, an important social problem that continues to nourish preoccupations and debates on children’s future on the national and international levels. In spite of repeated interventions done by international organizations in the domain of child protection and advocacy throughout the world, the socioeconomic conditions of millions of children are worsening, leaving them with an astounding amount of despair for their future. The concern of helping these children in any given ways opened the path to the amplification of the international adoption phenomena throughout the world which seems to reflect a kind of international solidarity in favor of these children, but seems also to impose a sort of social protection of children that transcends national frontiers on the long run. In Haïti, the overload of poor life conditions, throughout it’s history for the majority, favored the onset, installment and perpetuation of a set of «helping hand strategies» based upon strong community links, that had a role of a buffer to help diminishing the impacts of poverty on the family and all of it’s members, but expending also, on some instances, on all the concerned community. In the particular Haitian dynamic, the child benefits of a sustained and durable attention. Thus, some members of the Haitian diaspora in North America, and most precisely in Montreal, have proceeded in adopting a child from their extended family still living in Haiti. The main objective of this study is to get an understanding of the inner motives for the Haitian within family adoption, and more specifically those realized by Haitians living in Montreal. More specifically, we wish to 1) understand the nature of the adoption decisions and it’s specificity in the context of the Haitian within family adoption for Québec adopting Haitian parents, 2) establish the steps and the context of adoption processes that characterizes the Québec Haitian parents and, 3) understand in which manner child protection is a concept within the concern of adoption from the standpoint of these adoptive Haitian parents. This study enabled us to understand that the Haitian Montreal within family adoption process is marked by a great diversity of motives like : wanting a child, saving a child, social contribution, child’s social success, access to a better education, social disengagement, concern of keeping at distance clan spirit and child donation. If these motives have to do for the most part with the concept of child protection, they are also linked within the Haitian culture that sees, in the child, a true glimpse of hope for the improvement of the parents’ life conditions in their old ages.Jouk jounen jodia, zafè pwoteksyon timoun nan peyi pòv yo, se yon gwo tèt chaje ki kontinye ap fè brase lide anndan peyi sa yo epi nan peyi etranje tou, sou ki sa timoun sa yo pral devni nan sosyete yo. Malgre anpil aksyon gwo òganis yo k ap travay nan zafè pwoteksyon timoun, kondisyon lavi plizyè milyon nan yo, nan sa ki gen pou wè ak kondisyon sosyal epi ekonomik ap vin pi mal chak jou pi plis. Nan lide pou pote sekou ak timoun sa yo, enpil fanmi nan peyi rich yo fè solidarite ak yo, pandan y ap adopte anpil nan yo. Konsa, fenomèn adopsyon entènasyonal la vin plis alamòd pandan lap enpoze l tankou yon modèl proteksyon timoun san limit. Nan peyi Ayiti, pou kontrekare sitirasyon move lavi a, moun yo rive mete en plas yon pakèt estratiji ki pèmèt youn ede lòt nan bon jan relasyon solidarite ki chita sou yon baz solid nan mitan yo nan kominote yo epi katye popilè yo, pou diminye chòk move lavi kapab genyen sou yo. Rezilta rechès sa a, pèmèt nou konprann gen yon pakèt rezon ki pouse moun yo al adopte ti fanmi yon an Ayiti. Rezon sa yo se volonte pou kèk nan moun yo gen timoun, retire yo nan yon sitirasyon danje, rekonesans yo genyen pou fanmi yo, pèmèt yo reyisi nan lavi yo, pèmèt yo jwenn pen levasyon, pèmèt moun k ap ede fanmi yo an Ayiti soulaje tèt yo, rive pèmèt moun yo kenbe espri gwoup ak fanmi yo an Ayiti epi bay yon fanmi yon timoun. Men tout rezon sa yo vize pwoteje timoun yo kont move lavi epi, men tou yo gen pou wè ak lakilti an Ayiti. Piske timoun se veritab espwa pou paran k ap mennen lavi difisil, paske se timoun ki pral pran responsablite yo lè yo paka travay ankò

A numerical study of Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) melt on its phase changesbehaviour in mold cavity was carried out. The aim of the study was to observe andunderstand the behaviour of the flow of shear thinning fluids through mold cavity. Threedimensional model simulation of polymer rheology in a dumbbell shape of mold cavitywas used. The ANSYS FLUENT 15.0 simulation software was used to demonstrateviscosity model (Cross Model). The effect of variation in process parameters such as mold temperature and cooling time on the rheological behaviour were studied. The mold temperature was found to have slightly influence on LDPE melt viscosity and flowin the mold cavity and also the phase changes or also known as “frozen skin” layer behaviour. The cooling time also gives the slightly effect on the crystallinity of LDPE in which cooling time plays a role as to determine the degree of crystallinity by giving a time for relaxation-orientation of molecular chains and align at tensile direction. This research was studied by several researchers but most of them did not do the experimental analysis as to compare with simulation results. The comparison between the simulation and experimental analysis must be made in order to determine the discrepancies between theoretical values and actual values and to strengthen the findings. A lot of parameters were considered in this study in order to determine the effect on phase changes and its contribution towards degree of crystallinity. The phase change behaviour was determined by comparing the maximum temperature of ejected specimen from mold in experimental and maximum temperature of specimen model after cooling time finished. Both simulation and experimental results are good and the theoretical and actual values does not show the significant different
