4 Abstrakt Diplomová práce se zabývá kvalitou pracovního života osob s vrozeným a se získaným zrakovým postižením, kdy skupina osob se zrakovým postižením není v podmínkách českého trhu práce příliš zkoumána. Cílem diplomové práce je zjištění kvality pracovního života osob se zrakovým postižením pracujících na chráněném trhu. Pro naplnění cíle diplomové práce je využita nejen rešerše dostupné literatury, ale i kvalitativní empirické šetření realizované metodou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru vlastní konstrukce a s využitím Indikátoru subjektivní kvality pracovního života (SQWLi) od Jiřího Vinopala. V rámci diplomové práce bylo zjištěno, že subjektivní kvalita pracovního života osob s vrozeným zrakovým postižením a osob se získaným zrakovým postižením se liší, kdy osoby s vrozeným zrakovým postižením hodnotí svou subjektivní kvalitu pracovního života výše než osoby se získaným zrakovým postižením. Dále bylo zjištěno, že nejdůležitějšími aspekty pro obě skupiny respondentů jsou pracovní vztahy a seberealizace a nejméně důležité jsou finance a podpora zaměstnávání zrakově postižených ze strany státu a dalších organizací. Zároveň jsou ale obě skupiny respondentů nejméně spokojeny právě s aspekty financí a podpory jejich zaměstnávání ze strany státu a dalších organizací zaměřujících se na zrakově postižené....5 Abstract The thesis deals with the quality of working life of people with congenital and acquired visual impairment, where the group of people with visual impairment is not much studied in the conditions of the Czech labour market. The aim of the thesis is to determine the quality of working life of people with visual impairment working in the sheltered market. In order to fulfil the aim of the thesis, not only a search of the available literature is used, but also a qualitative empirical investigation carried out using the method of semi-structured interview of own construction and using the Subjective Quality of Work Life Indicator (SQWLi) by Jiří Vinopal. The thesis found that the subjective quality of working life of persons with congenital visual impairment and persons with acquired visual impairment differ, with persons with congenital visual impairment rating their subjective quality of working life higher than persons with acquired visual impairment. It was also found that the most important aspects for both groups of respondents are working relationships and self-realization, and the least important are finances and support for employment of the visually impaired by the state and other organisations. Cílem této práce je identifikace a analýza bariér a rizik, které jsou s profesí asistenta pedagoga spojovány. První část práce se věnuje komparaci klíčových kompetencí učitelů a asistentů pedagoga, jejich motivaci k výkonu dané profese a jejich seberealizaci. Druhá část práce se věnuje samotné profesi asistenta pedagoga, konkrétně kvalifikačním předpokladům, osobnostním požadavkům a náplni práce. Třetí a čtvrtá část se zabývají zaměstnáváním asistentů pedagoga a jejich postavením na trhu práce. Spadá sem legislativa, zřizování pozice asistenta pedagoga, konkrétní rizika vyplývající z tohoto povolání, dále pak financování celé pozice a rozmístění asistentů pedagoga v rámci České republiky. Poslední část práce zpracovává kvantitativní empirické šetření realizované metodou dotazníku. Jejím cílem je identifikace bariér a zjištění subjektivního vnímání problémů, které mohou bránit seberealizaci v profesi, profesnímu a profesionálnímu uplatnění. Za dílčí cíl si klade zjistit současnou situaci zaměstnávání asistentů pedagoga. Zjištěné bariéry spočívají především v pracovně-právních vztazích, a to konkrétně v zaměstnávání na dobu určitou, zkráceném pracovním úvazku a nedefinovaném času na nepřímou pedagogickou činnost. The last part of the thesis carries out a quantitative survey using empirical data from a questionnaire published online and handed to the real teaching assistants. The main aim of the survey is to identify the real barriers and to see the true perception of the problems which may hinder the self-realization in the profession as well as the professionalism and the overall attitude to the profession. Antibacterial activity, quality and stability study of creams with new potential silver(I) complexes and in vivo case report

The aim of this study was to evaluate the antibacterial activity, quality and stability of creams (at 1 % concentration) prepared with synthesized silver(I) complexes: [Ag(Nam)2]NO3·H2O (AgNam), [Ag2(HGly)2]n(NO3)2n (AgGly) (Nam– nicotinamide, Gly – glycine) and silver(I) sulfadiazine (AgSD), which is commercially available. Antibacterial activity was evaluated by agar well diffusion method and in in vivo case. The pure silver(I) complexes as well as all three tested creams loaded with AgGly, AgSD and AgNam showed antibacterial potential. Moreover, the creams loaded with AgGly and AgNam showed higher antibacterial effects against S. aureus and B. subtilis than the cream loaded with AgSD. In terms of appearance, all cream samples were opaque and odourless, and no phase separation was observed. Creams were soluble in water (o/w emulsions) and they had a pseudoplastic behaviour. The pH of the creams was in the range of 4.87–5.75. No visible changes were observed in the case of commercially used AgSD cream during one month testing period at conditions –16 ± 1 °C; 6 ± 1 °C and 56 % relative humidity; 20 ± 1 °C and 58 % relative humidity and 40 ± 1 °C and 75 % relative humidity. However, creams containing AgGly and AgNam changed their colour depending on the tested conditions

Impact of working from home during the COVID-19 pandemic on employees and employers

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of working from home during the COVID-19 pandemic, when the Home Office benefit gradually became a necessity for the daily functioning of some employees. The aim of the thesis is to determine the impact of the various government measures introduced in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic on employees and employers. To achieve the objective, in addition to a literature review, a quantitative and qualitative research is used in a selected banking organization examining the specific impacts on its employees and on the organization itself. The thesis has revealed that communication, financial and material support for employees and employers and the related appropriate allocation of employer resources are crucial in times of crisis. At the same time, the thesis showed that employees maintain their productivity when working from home and that the turnover rate of the selected employer during the COVID-19 pandemic was lower than that of the specified comparison period.Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou práce z domova během pandemie COVID-19, kdy se postupně z benefitu v podobě Home Office stala nutnost pro každodenní fungování některých zaměstnanců. Cílem diplomové práce je zjištění dopadů jednotlivých zaváděných vládních opatření v souvislosti s pandemií COVID-19 na zaměstnance a zaměstnavatele. Pro naplnění cíle je kromě rešerše literatury využito kvantitativní a kvalitativní šetření ve vybrané bankovní organizaci zkoumající konkrétní dopady na její zaměstnance a na ni samotnou. Diplomová práce přinesla zjištění, že pro zaměstnance i zaměstnavatele je v krizové době stěžejní komunikace, finanční a materiální podpora zaměstnanců a s ní související vhodná alokace zdrojů zaměstnavatele. Zároveň práce ukázala, že si zaměstnanci při práci z domova zachovávají svou produktivitu a že fluktuace vybraného zaměstnavatele během pandemie COVID-19 byla nižší než ve stanoveném srovnávacím období

The thesis critically evaluates the existing knowledge on the importance of rodents as an important pests of agricultural crops. The main part of this thesis, i.e. the literature review, focuses on a brief description of the damage caused by rodents in the global context, and subsequently in the Czech Republic. The thesis focuses on the possible causes of this damage. Furthermore, the thesis mentions rodent species and their distribution according to food consumption, followed by a description of economic and sanitary damage. The thesis also mentions preventive measures against rodents, monitoring, methods of damage control and their economic impact. The thesis concludes by mentioning possible gaps in knowledge of the impact of annual crops on damage levels and potential alternative options for rodent damage control
