THE MATHEMATICAL MODELING OF THE COMBINED PROCESSES AND OPTIMIZATION OF THE TECHNOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE CAST-ROLLED STOCK MODULES

The principles of building and the complex of the mathematical models and the software, describing all stages of the integrated through technology on the base of modeling of the variation of the thermomechanical state of the band in all elements of the cast-rolled stock module, have been developed. This complex ensures the search of the optimum solutions for each stage of the through technology, and allows to evaluate the efficiency of the technological solutions for the cast-rolled stock module as a single integrity.
