Research on maintenance decision making based on vibration data

    Get PDF
Based on vibration data monitoring, by factors including vibration intensity and fault probability, system health state can be characterized, factors’ weight coefficients can be calculated, and health state function can be established, which are formal representation of system health state. Health state is divided into five levels, each level obtains its membership function by analyzing the characteristic of each factor. Using system health state as input of maintenance decision-making, predictive maintenance decision can be established. Good maintenance decision can efficiently reduce the maintenance cost and improve system availability. In this thesis, research on function expression of system health state based on vibration data was conducted. Then, using opportunity-group maintenance function based on system health state, maintenance decision was made

Background: Astragali Radix has long been used to improve immune function in traditional Chinese medicine. However, its main active components and potential immunomodulatory or anti-inflammatory activities have not been elucidated. In the present study, the immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory activities of total flavonoids of Astragalus (TFA) isolated from Astragali Radix were evaluated by using in vivo animal models and in vitro cell models.Materials and Methods: The in vivo Immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory activities of TFA were assessed by measuring macrophage phagocytic index, delayed type hypersensitivity, serum hemolysin level and immune organ index in mice, ear edema test in mice, paw edema test in rats, vascular permeability test in mice and granuloma test in rats. The in vitro Immunomodulatory and  anti-inflammatory activities of TFA were assessed by examining its effect on cytokine and mediator production in un-stimulated and LPS-stimulated murine RAW 264.7 macrophages. Results: The results of in vivo experiments showed that TFA enhanced macrophage phagocytic index, delayed type hypersensitivity, serum hemolysin level and immune organ index in mice, and attenuated mouse ear edema, rat paw edema, mouse vascular permeability and rat granuloma formation. The results of in vitro  experiments showed that TFA stimulated the production of NO and cytokine TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6 and IFN-γ in un-stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophages, and inhibited the overproduction of these inflammatory mediators in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophages in a dose-dependent manner without exerting cytotoxicity. Conclusion: These results of this study indicate that TFA have potential immunostimulatory and anti-inflammatory effects.Key words: Total flavonoids of Astragalus (TFA), Immunomodulation,  Anti-inflammation, In vivo, In vitr

<p>Abstract</p> <p>Background</p> <p>Embryonic morphogenesis of vascular and muscular systems is tightly coordinated, and a functional cooperation of Mtmr8 with PI3K in actin filament modeling and muscle development has been revealed in zebrafish. Here, we attempt to explore the function of Mtmr8 in vasculature development parallel to its function in muscle development.</p> <p>Results</p> <p>During early stage of somitogenesis, <it>mtmr8 </it>expression was detected in both somitic mesodem and ventral mesoderm. Knockdown of <it>mtmr8 </it>by morpholino impairs arterial endothelial marker expression, and results in endothelial cell reduction and vasculogenesis defects, such as retardation in intersegmental vessel development and interruption of trunk dorsal aorta. Moreover, <it>mtmr8 </it>morphants show loss of arterial endothelial cell identity in dorsal aorta, which is effectively rescued by low concentration of PI3K inhibitor, and by over-expression of <it>dnPKA </it>mRNA or <it>vegf </it>mRNA. Interestingly, <it>mtmr8 </it>expression is up-regulated when zebrafish embryos are treated with specific inhibitor of Hedgehog pathway that abolishes arterial marker expression.</p> <p>Conclusion</p> <p>These data indicate that Mtmr8 is essential for vasculature development in zebrafish embryos, and may play a role in arterial specification through repressing PI3K activity. It is suggested that Mtmr8 should represent a novel element of the Hedgehog/PI3K/VEGF signaling cascade that controls arterial specification.</p

Deep person generation has attracted extensive research attention due to its wide applications in virtual agents, video conferencing, online shopping and art/movie production. With the advancement of deep learning, visual appearances (face, pose, cloth) of a person image can be easily generated or manipulated on demand. In this survey, we first summarize the scope of person generation, and then systematically review recent progress and technical trends in deep person generation, covering three major tasks: talking-head generation (face), pose-guided person generation (pose) and garment-oriented person generation (cloth). More than two hundred papers are covered for a thorough overview, and the milestone works are highlighted to witness the major technical breakthrough. Based on these fundamental tasks, a number of applications are investigated, e.g., virtual fitting, digital human, generative data augmentation. We hope this survey could shed some light on the future prospects of deep person generation, and provide a helpful foundation for full applications towards digital human

Simulation model to determine ratios between quay, yard and intra-terminal transfer equipment in an integrated container handling system

This paper presents a generic simulation model to determine the equipment mix (quay, yard and intra-terminal transfer) for a Container Terminal Logistics Operations System (CTLOS). The simulation model for the CTLOS, a typical type of discrete event dynamic system (DEDS), consists of three sub-models: ship queue, loading-unloading operations and yard-gate operations. The simulation model is empirically applied to phase 1 of the Yangshan Deep Water Port in Shanghai. This study considers different scenarios in terms of container throughput levels, equipment utilization rates, and operational bottle-necks, and presents a sensitivity analysis to evaluate and choose reasonable equipment ratio ranges under different operational conditions

Variational quantum algorithm-preserving feasible space for solving the uncapacitated facility location problem

The Quantum Alternating Operator Ansatz (QAOA+) is one of the Variational Quantum Algorithm (VQA) specifically developed to tackle combinatorial optimization problems by exploring the feasible space in search of a target solution. For constrained optimization problems with unconstrained variables, which we call Unconstrained-Variables Problems (UVPs), the mixed operators in the QAOA+ circuit are applied to the constrained variables, while the single-qubit rotating gates RXR_X operate on the unconstrained variables. The expressibility of this circuit is limited by the shortage of two-qubit gates and the parameter sharing in the RXR_X, which consequently impacts the performance of QAOA+ for solving UVPs. Therefore, it is crucial to develop a suitable ansatz for UVPs. In this paper, we propose the Variational Quantum Algorithm-Preserving Feasible Space (VQA-PFS) ansatz, exemplified by the Uncapacitated Facility Location Problem (UFLP), that applies mixed operators on constrained variables while employing Hardware-Efficient Ansatz (HEA) on unconstrained variables. The numerical results demonstrate that VQA-PFS significantly enhances the success probability and exhibits faster convergence compared to QAOA+, Quantum Approximation Optimization Algorithm (QAOA), and HEA. Furthermore, VQA-PFS reduces the circuit depth dramatically in comparison to QAOA+ and QAOA. Our algorithm is general and instructive in tackling UVPs

The treatment of Spanish phraseology in China. An approach to Modern Spanish

As a branch of lexicology, phraseology has been widely recognized to be particularly important for foreign language learners. Phraseological resources are not only a key component of the linguistic field, but also an important part of a nation’s cultural wealth. For learners, mastering phraseological units means a higher level of language and closer knowledge to the culture. In this paper, basing on the previous achievements in this field, we investigated all types of the concept and briefly reviewed the domestic studies on such linguistic phenomenon. Through these studies, we noticed that most of the relevant studies focused on the linguistic comparison between Spanish and Chinese, however the didactics on phraseology were lack of consensus due to few studies on the teaching of phraseology in China. Therefore, we try to carefully analyze Modern Spanish, the most widely used manual in China, for the purpose of making a thorough review of the processing of collocations, idioms and phraseologisms in the discourse respectively. We found that the manual does not provide a unified criterion for cataloging the phraseological units, which would be detrimental to the understanding and application of phraseological units for Chinese learners. In addition, for the bilingual dictionaries published on the phraseological units of Spanish and Chinese, there is hardly an explicit explanation for the definition and classification of the discipline either in the introductory part or the body text. Therefore, we hope that the results of this paper can be helpful to the improvement of manuals and teaching of phraseology for Chinese students.Este trabajo se enmarca en el proyecto «La investigación sobre la fraseología en la enseñanza del español (SISU2019042)» financiado por la Universidad de Estudios Internacionales de Sichuan
