On an extension of a theorem by Ruelle to long-range potentials
Ruelle's transfer operator plays an important role in understanding
thermodynamic and probabilistic properties of dynamical systems. In this work,
we develop a method of finding eigenfunctions of transfer operators based on
comparing Gibbs measures on the half-line and the whole line
. For a rather broad class of potentials, including both the ferromagnetic
and antiferromagnetic long-range Dyson potentials, we are able to establish the
existence of integrable, but not necessarily continuous, eigenfunctions. For a
subset thereof we prove that the eigenfunction is actually continuous

Synthesis and analgesic activity evaluation of derivatives of 2-[(1,4-dioxo-1-amino-4-arylbutyl-2-en-2-yl)amino]-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrobenzo[b]thiophene-3-carboxylic acid

Available online: 22.11.2021.The synthesis of new derivatives of 2-[(1,4-dioxo-1-amino-4-arylbutyl-2-en-2-yl)amino]-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrobenzo[b]thiophene-3-carboxylic acid is described. Starting 2-{[5-aryl-2-oxofuran-3(2H)-ylidene]amino}thiophene-3-carboxylic acids were obtained by intramolecular cyclisation of substituted 4-aryl-4-oxo-2-thienylaminobut-2-enoic acids in acetic anhydride. New derivatives of 2-[(1,4-dioxo-1-amino-4-arylbutyl-2-en-2-yl)amino]-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrobenzo[b]thiophene-3-carboxylic acids were obtained via decyclization reaction of 2-{[5-aryl-2-oxofuran-3(2H)-ylidene]amino}thiophene-3-carboxylic acids. The structure of the compounds obtained was confirmed by the 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy, IR spectrometry and elemental analysis methods. Analgesic activity of new compounds has been studied by the “hot plate” method on outbred white mice of both sexes with intraperitoneal injection. It was found that derivatives of 2-[(1,4-dioxo-1-amino-4-arylbutyl-2-en-2-yl)amino]-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrobenzo[b]thiophene-3-carboxylic acid possess analgesic effect exceeding the effect of the comparison drug metamizole.The research was supported by the Perm Research and Education Centre for Rational Use of Subsoil, 2021
Results the use of minimally invasive surgical methods for the treatment of patients with polytrauma in the Fergana branch of the Rncemp
Retrospective analysis of the anatomical and functional outcomes of surgical treatment of 1024 patients with polytrauma was performed in the trauma department of the FBRSCEMA for the period from 2005 to 2020. High-tech methods of minimally invasive osteosynthesis have been increasingly used in recent years in order to improve the results of treatment of patients with polytrauma. 1340 operations were carried on 1024 (76.4%) patients. The share of minimally invasive surgical interventions was 83.4% (854 operations). In comparison with traditional osteosynthesis, the introduction of new minimally invasive osteosynthesis technologies provides the possibility of earlier performing of surgical fixation of bone fragments, reduces the likelihood of postoperative complications due to minimal surgical trauma, creates optimal conditions for accelerating the healing of fractures, provides early support for the limb and the ability to start an early stage development of movements in the joints of the injured limbs
Physical-Mechanical Properties of Superhard Nanocomposite Coatings on Base Zr-Ti-Si-N
Hard and super hard coatings of Zr-Ti-Si-N of from 2.8 μm to 3.5 μm thickness were fabricated using a vacuum arc source with high frequency stimulation. The samples were annealed in vacuum and in air at 1200 °C. It was found that films with a high Zr and Ti content were thermally stable up to 1180 °C. At the same time, a thin oxide layer of 180 nm to 240 nm was found on the surfaces, which protected the sample from destruction. Below 1000 °C annealing temperature in vacuum, changing of phase composition is determined by appearing of siliconitride crystallites (ß-Si3N4) with hexagonal crystalline lattice and by formation of ZrO2 oxide crystallites. Size of grains of a substitution solid solution (Zr, Ti)N varied from (10 – 12) nm to 25 nm, but Ti concentration in the solid solution increased. In the process of annealing, hardness of the best series of samples increased from (39.6 ±1.4) GPa to 53.6 GPa, which seemed to indicate that a spinodal segregation along grain interfaces was finished.

Synthesis, recyclization under the action of methanol and analgetic activity of N'-(5-aryl-2-oxofuran-3(2H)-ylidene)furan-2-carbohydrazides

Available online: 01.12.22.The synthesis method for obtaining methyl 5-aryl-1-(furan-2-carbonyl)-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylates developed.Five new compounds not previously described in the literature were obtained.Some of the compounds obtained have been found to have significant analgetic effects.New methyl 5-aryl-1-(furan-2-carbonyl)-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylates were obtained via decyclization reaction of N'-(5-aryl-2-oxofuran-3(2H)-ylidene)furan-2-carbohydrazides under the action of methanol. Starting N'-(5-aryl-2-oxofuran-3(2H)-ylidene)furan-2-carbohydrazides were obtained by intramolecular cyclization of substituted 4-aryl-2-[2-(furan-2-ylcarbonyl)hydrazinylidene]-4-oxobutanoic acids in propionic anhydride. The structure of the compounds obtained was confirmed by the 1H NMR spectroscopy, IR spectrometry and elemental analysis methods.
