Green productivity application for improving productivity and environmental performance through the selection of the best solution scenario in the Agroindustry
Improving productivity and environmental performance is very important for agroindustry to improve performance and competitiveness.The application of the green productivity (GP) can help the company to be able to increase productivity and environmental performance in the same time. The purpose of this research is to improve the productivity and the environmental performance through improvement in the system of production by selecting alternative scenario as the best solution from some of alternative solution scenarios. The method of the research is conducted in several stages that are measuring process productivity and early environmental performance, arrangement of the improvement scenario system that can increase productivity and environmental performance simultaneously and provide suggestions for refurbishing and improving productivity and environmental performance. The result of the calculation from early productivity level is obtained the average of the past 7 period is 139.4%. While the value of early environmental performance is 0.69 which means that the quality of waste has met the standard of regulations, although they are still relatively small so they still needs to do restitution and improvement. The measurement value of green productivity index (GPI) is obtained that the existing condition, the scenario 1, the scenario 2 and scenario 3 are 1.39, 1.43, 1.45 and 1.41. Design of Green Industry Performance Measurement and Evaluation Systems
Sustainability become the target of long-term development in national industry. One of efforts in order to sustain the industry is by applying the concept of green industry that is part of Industrial Ecology. This study aims to design system of measurement and performance evaluation of green industry. Weighting aspect and KPI (Key Performance Indicator) based on the Guidelines of Green Industry Reward from the Ministry of Republic of Indonesia. The results of the analysis of 3 aspects, namely the production process, performance of waste/emissions management, and company management, that based on the strategic objectives of each aspect, the number of KPIs is obtained in a row, namely the production process of 26 KPIs, the performance of waste/emissions management of 5 KPIs, and company management 8 KPI, so that from all aspects obtained 39 KPIs. Penerapan Konsep Balanced Scorecard dan Objective Matrix Untuk Perancangan Sistem Pengukuran Kinerja Perusahaan
Salah satu faktor penting yang harus dimiliki sebuah perusahaan adalah kemampuan beradaptasi dalam mengikuti perkembangan zaman dan tuntutan pasar yang semakin kompleks, kemampuan beradaptasi inilah yang nantinya akan menentukan posisi perusahaan pada peta persaingan. Perancangan sistem pengukuran kinerja dapat membantu pimpinan dalam memonitoring dan memperbaiki kinerja perusahaan. Metode pengukuran kinerja yang paling populer saat ini adalah Balanced Scorecard (BSC). Metode tersebut tidak hanya mempertimbangkan aspek finansial saja namun juga aspek non finansial, sehingga lebih komprehensif dan perusahaan dapat memperoleh gambaran mengenai performansinya secara akurat.Pada studi ini, dari keempat perspektif pada BSC tersebut diperoleh 17 key performance indicator (KPI). Hasil analisis menggunakan metode Objective Matrix (OMAX) dan Traffic Light System (TLS) terdapat 13 KPI kategori hijau (sangat baik), 3 KPI kategori kuning (baik), dan 1 KPI kategori merah (buruk) dengan total indeks pencapaian kinerja sebesar 7,604 yang artinya kinerja perusahaan saat ini cukup baik namun perlu ditingkatkan agar dapat mencapai target perusahaan. Hasil perancangan sistem pengukuran kinerja dengan metode Balanced Scorecard (BSC) menghasilkan 12 tujuan strategis. Dari 12 tujuan strategis yang telah ditetapkan didapatkan 17 Key Performance Indicator (KPI). Hasil pembobotan antar perspektif, perspektif keuangan mendapat bobot tertinggi yaitu 0.554, perspektif pelanggan 0.262, perspektif proses bisnis internal 0.103, dan perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan 0,081 yang artinya perspektif dengan bobot tertinggi lebih diutamakan daripada perspektif lainnya
Perencanaan Perbaikan Kualitas Layanan Jasa Wisata Menggunakan Pendekatan Integrasi Servqual dan Quality Function Deployment
Competition of tourism business in Malang makes the recreational park management to improve their innovations. Innovation intended to how the management can increase the quality of service which is able to give significant advantages and differs from the others recreational park. Sengkaling Recreational Park is one of tourist destination in Malang which is quite a lot visited by tourists. But since the exist of another competitor the Jatim Park, causes the decreased of the number of visitors of the Sengkaling Recreational Park. Therefore research was needed to be done to know what kind of service attributes wanted by tourists and how is the difference condition between perceptions and tourist expectations to quality of service given. A planning method which applicable to translate the customer needs become the action plan form for company is QFD. This step can be use to evaluate and plan the improvement of service quality. To sharpen the identification of service quality attributes that need to be applied therefore QFD approach is integrated with Servqual approach. At the Servqual approach found nine service attributes which have negative gap (difference) between perceptions and tourist expectations, that is security and safety guarantee of the play arena, the complete of the play arena, availability of toilet, hygiene and less time to pass on the toilet, comfortable route tourism object, supporting facilities for health and safety, environmental safety of tourism object, availability of dangerous area guide, and hygiene environment of tourism area. To plan the improvement of service quality, through QFD approach from result of analysis HOQ is got from priority consumer desire based on percentage rating of Normalized Raw Weight which is the complete of plays arena (15.09%), comfortable route of tourism object (13.10%), security and safety guarantee of plays arena (12.45%) and availability of the toilet (11.73%). While technical response which given high priority to be repaired and improved to fulfill satisfaction of Sengkaling Recreational Park visitors that is elegibility test of plays arena equipments and supporting facilities in routine (97.323), renovation of toilet building (96.513), addition of toilet in strategic locations (93.697), installation of commemoration fringes or sign in all area of the tourism object (70.033), location of officer cleaning service effectively (66.227) and addition of arena facility plays at (57.982)

Elizabeth Situbondo can become company of which can exploit system measurement of performance by using method of balanced scorecard to increase company performance on an ongoing basis so that can give required service consumer swiftly is, effective, inwrought, and professional. At this research of concept which is used in designing system measurement of performance balanced scorecard. As for in perspective which used in this research cover five in perpective that is finance, cutomer or client, internal business process, study and growth, and benefit to society. From this in perpective fifth is later then developed to become performance indicators able to be measured to utilize to know level attainment of Hospital performance. Pursuant to determination of performance indicator is later then conducted measurement by using ill obtained datas from home every its indicator, this measurement use objective matrix (OMAX), where hospital periodical can do planning and control to attainment of performance. In measurement use OMAX, included also wight element of each measured indicator, where in determination of wight every the indicator use analytical hierarchy process ( AHP). Full Day School dan Perkembangan Psikologis Anak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep full day school di SD Plus Tahfizhul Quran (PTQ) Annida Salatiga dan di SDIT Nidaul Hikmah Salatiga serta perkembangan psikologis anak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dan bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data meliputi sumber primer yaitu hasil wawancara kepala sekolah, guru, siswa, dan wali siswa, serta sekunder berupa observasi dan dokumentasi kegiatan di sekolah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan kepada kepala sekolah, guru, murid, dan wali murid. Obesrvasi ini dilakukan secara non-partisipan dengan mengamati suasana sekolah, proses belajar mengajar, implementasi budaya 5S yang meliputi salam, senyum, sapa, sopan dan santun, dan pembiasaan makan siang bersama. Dokumentasi dilakukan pada kondisi fisik sekolah dan prestasi siswa. Analisis data pada penelitian adalah reduksi data, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan teknik trianggulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua sekolah tersebut merupakan sekolah yang melaksanakan program full day school dengan konsep pada tatanan alokasi waktu lebih lama, yaitu pagi sampai sore. Kedua sekolah tersebut mengintegrasikan antara kurikulum nasional dan lokal. Mata pelajaran tahfizh sebagai bentuk ciri khas dari sekolah. Karakteristik dari kedua sekolah tersebut adalah adanya pembiasaan-pembiasaan islami setiap hari. Proses pembelajarannya didesain dan dikemas secara menarik baik di kelas maupun di luar kelas. Masing-masing sekolah siswa-siswinya mengalami perkembangan psikologis secara berangsur-angsur baik dari segi aspek perkembangan kognitif, perilaku, emosi, sosial, dan keagamaan. Kendala yang dialami oleh guru dan siswa dari kedua sekolah tersebut adalah terkait dengan hal-hal yang sifatnya teknis, bukan karena dampak program full day school
KEMBARA: AN ANDROID APPLICATION TO INCREASE ATTENTION SPAN OF CHILDREN WITH ADHD
This a project that first studies the criteria of activities and things those children with ADHD finds attractive. Those criteria will be used as a platform to develop a mobile application to assist children with ADHD increase their attention span. In order to achieve that, qualitative depth surveys were undertaken in the locations of the parents of children with ADHD. An expert in childhood studies was also interviewed. It is found out that, children with ADHD displayed high mobile phone usage as well as addictive behavior towards playing mobile phones, which indicates hyper focusing. This condition can be taken advantage of, turning mathematics into mobile applications. Solving simple numerical problems can promote thinking and learning in mathematics as well as in other areas. In addition, visual cues to help stimulate the thinking process of the children with ADHD. Initial survey showed that there is a market for mobile application for ADHD children
Pengukuran Risiko Kerja dan Lingkungan Fisik pada Departemen IT dengan Menggunakan Metode Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA)
The use of computers in PT X, especially in the IT department (Information and Technology) has reached 98% of work activities. In the results of the questionnaire using the Nordic Body Map and interviews with employees, it is known that employees experience back pain by 100%, neck 90%, waist 80%, and eye disorders caused by the physical environment. This study used the Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA) method as a measurement tool. ROSA is a quick analysis to measure work risks associated with computer use and determine the level of change in cases of worker discomfort. The measurement results show the final ROSA score is above 7. This means that IT work facilities are not in accordance with the standards of ergonomics, ROSA, and the Ministry of Health No. 48 of 2016 which is a very risky condition and can reduce work productivity. Proposed improvements to minimize workplace risks and increase productivity include improvements to working facilities such as chairs, document holders and tables, location and position of facilities, improvement of the physical work environment such as temperatures to 18 °C, lighting 350 lux, bright color walls of the room and improving employee work postures
PENGARUH PROMOSI MEDIA SOSIAL DAN WORD OF MOUTH (WOM) TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN KONSUMEN (STUDI DI TOKO BUKU LA TANSA GONTOR)
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social media promotion (online) and Word of Mouth (WOM) on consumer purchasing decisions at La Tansa Gontor Bookstore. This research is a quantitative research with data sources obtained from primary data in the form of the results of respondents' answers to La Tansa Gontor Bookstore consumers, and secondary data in the form of written information from the web and social media. Questionnaire data was collected using random sampling technique, with an infinite number of populations. The sample used is 300 respondents. The results showed: 1) Social media promotion (online) had a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at La Tansa Gontor Bookstore, this was because the social media admin of La Tansa Gontor Bookstore provided good and interesting and responsive information so that it could influence consumers. to make consumer purchasing decisions. 2) Word of Mouth (WOM) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions because consumers are satisfied with the service and product quality offered.Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi media sosial (online) dan Word of Mouth (WOM) terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Toko Buku La Tansa Gontor. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantutatif dengan sumber data diperoleh dari data primer berupa hasil jawaban responden konsumen Toko Buku La Tansa Gontor, dan data sekunder yang berupa informasi tertulis dari web dan media sosial. Pengumpulan data angket dilakukan dengan teknik random sampling, jumlah populasi yang tak terhingga. Sampel yang digunakan 300 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1)Promosi media sosial (online) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Toko Buku La Tansa Gontor, hal ini disebabkan karena admin media sosial Toko Buku La Tansa Gontor memberikan informasi yang baik dan menarik serta responsif sehingga dapat mempengaruhi konsumen untuk melakukan keputusan pembelian konsumen. 2)Word of Mouth (WOM) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian karena konsumen mnyatakan puas dengan pelayanan dan kualitas produk yang ditawarkan.
