    The article reveals the main directions of the state policy of regional development of Russia. It is concluded that, despite the measures taken, the adoption of regulatory legal documents of strategic importance, the horizon of innovative development of the subjects of the Russian Federation today continues to remain uncertain: significant socio-economic differences do not decrease, but increase, problems remain in regional and intraregional labor markets, disparities in the standard of living of the population of the regions increase. It is proved that innovations do not automatically improve the quality of life of the population of regions.     The necessity of actualization the concepts in part of stomatological practice in a changing economic paradigm is substantiated. A conceptual apparatus has been developed that reflects the role, place and functionality of dental practice in the economy of our country. The semantic load of the specified categories corresponds to the prevailing economic conjuncture and established norms of economic practice. The use of specified categories in professional activities will allow scientists and practitioners to avoid misunderstandings, to achieve mutual understanding regarding the interpretation of organizational, economic, regulatory, medical, dental, and other aspects of the studied type of activity.     The necessity of updating the organizational and economic mechanism of the functioning of the dental clinic in accordance with the requirements of the contemporary economic situation and the rules of the existing dental practice is substantiated.     Calculation and Construction of Load Diagrams and Static Characteristics of Multi-Motor Electric Drive System Using Methods of Equivalent Forces and Reduced Moments

    This paper includes the calculations and construction of load diagrams and static characteristics of individual mechanisms of a mining combine, which form a combined multi-motor electric drive system, using methods of equivalent efforts and reduced moments. The operating forces of idle and on-load mechanisms are calculated, operation time intervals and a complete working cycle are determined. The load diagrams of mechanisms are constructed and their kinematic diagrams are designed. Based on the calculations made, asynchronous motors with a short-circuit rotor, which have the closest power values and are suitable in terms of voltage and operating mode, were selected from the catalogue. The gear reduction ratio is calculated, static resistance moments and operating speeds to the motor shaft are specified.     Polyethylene films containing 0.1-1.5% of mass of n-SiΠ‘ and n-Si nanoparticles have been produced by the extrusion method. Using the spectral analysis method, it was found that the obtained films absorb UV radiation in the range 200-400 nm, which is harmful to organic substance. The average particle sizes and the quality of their dispersion in the films were determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. Using differential scanning calorimetry and physical and mechanical tests, it was found that nanoparticles did not affect the formation of the internal structure of the matrix polyethylene. The degree of crystallinity, the melting point and crystallization remain unchanged. The properties of the film surface, studied by the tribological, triboelectric methods and the determination of the wetting angle, remain constant and do not differ from the properties of PE films with nanoparticle content 0.1-1%. At 1.5% n-SiC content, a change in the surface microrelief is diagnosed, leading to a slight increase in the friction coefficient of the films.     Abstract: In this research and development, the extrusion method was used to obtain polyethylene films containing 0.1–1.5 wt % n-SiC and n-Si nanoparticles obtained by the plasma chemical method. Using the spectral analysis method, it was found that the films obtained absorb UV radiation in the range of 200–400 nm, which is harmful to organic matter. The method of X-ray structural analysis was used to determine the average size of particles and the quality of their dispersion in the films. Differential scanning calorimetry and physicomechanical tests have shown that nanoparticles do not affect the formation of the internal structure of the polyethylene (PE) matrix. The degree of crystallinity, melting point, and crystallization point remain unchanged. The properties of the surface of the films, studied by tribological and triboelectric methods and determination of the contact angle, remain constant and do not differ from the properties of PE films with a nanoparticle content from 0.1 to 1%. At 1.5% nSiC content, a change in the surface microrelief is diagnosed, leading to a small increase in the film friction coefficient.
