Education as a Condition for Social Well-being of Human
This article touches upon the idea of new educational models which are a guarantee of social well-being. We argue that a classical model of university should necessarily go through a series of changes due to many objective reasons. Contemporary epistemology is symbolizing renaissance. Nowadays knowledge is transformed into information. Hence, information may be interpreted as that, what changes us or as past experience. We bring to the attention different educational models such as: a model of world-class university, an elitist model, a mass model, a two-level model, a networking model, a university of the third age. University is more and more involved in solution of many problems of modern world such as, training of specialists, social elite education, and provision of universal level of education. We also argue that the key task of educational process now is pragmatic values formation instead of the development of inner world of a person through educational process. There are new criteria for understanding the level of developing society. We put particular emphasis and consider the educational model of lifelong learning as one that gives the opportunity to students of different ages to study in various fields of science. This is unlimited research process the sense of which is to find truth, discover new form of knowledge during whole life-time

The article analyzes possibilities to arrange cognitive process from the point of view of hermeneutic methods which are viewed not only as a craft to understand the text, but general cultural and historic method (Fr. Schleiermacher) based on the idea which is able to occur as a reconstruction of the author and the reader prejudices (Wilhelm Dilthey) and as a process of the readerβs getting into the authorβs lifeworld (Hans-Georg Gadamer). The paper specifies impossibility to restrict a person in receiving true knowledge by means of cognizer role only. The author draws a conclusion about specific integration of science and education as a result of applying hermeneutic method; that makes new knowledge to be perceived not as extraneous and planted outside but as selfobtained and outworn.Π ΡΡΠ°ΡΡΠ΅ ΠΏΡΠΎΠ°Π½Π°Π»ΠΈΠ·ΠΈΡΠΎΠ²Π°Π½Ρ Π²ΠΎΠ·ΠΌΠΎΠΆΠ½ΠΎΡΡΠΈ ΠΎΡΠ³Π°Π½ΠΈΠ·Π°ΡΠΈΠΈ ΠΏΡΠΎΡΠ΅ΡΡΠ° ΠΏΠΎΠ·Π½Π°Π½ΠΈΡ Ρ ΠΏΠΎΠ·ΠΈΡΠΈΠΈ Π³Π΅ΡΠΌΠ΅Π½Π΅Π²ΡΠΈΡΠ΅ΡΠΊΠΎΠΉ ΠΌΠ΅ΡΠΎΠ΄ΠΎΠ»ΠΎΠ³ΠΈΠΈ, ΠΊΠΎΡΠΎΡΠ°Ρ ΠΏΡΠ΅Π΄ΡΡΠ°Π²Π»Π΅Π½Π° Π½Π΅ ΡΠΎΠ»ΡΠΊΠΎ ΠΊΠ°ΠΊ ΠΈΡΠΊΡΡΡΡΠ²ΠΎ ΠΏΠΎΠ½ΠΈΠΌΠ°Π½ΠΈΡ ΡΠ΅ΠΊΡΡΠ°, Π½ΠΎ ΠΈ ΠΊΠ°ΠΊ ΡΠ½ΠΈΠ²Π΅ΡΡΠ°Π»ΡΠ½ΡΠΉ ΠΊΡΠ»ΡΡΡΡΠ½ΠΎ-ΠΈΡΡΠΎΡΠΈΡΠ΅ΡΠΊΠΈΠΉ ΠΌΠ΅ΡΠΎΠ΄ (Π€. ADF1 and BEAF-32 chromatin proteins affect nucleosome positioning and DNA decompaction in 61C7/C8 interband region of Drosophila melanogaster polytene chromosomes
The formation of interphase chromosomes is a multi-level process in which DNA is compacted several thousandfold by association with histones and non-histone proteins. The first step of compaction includes the formation of nucleosomes β the basic repeating units of chromatin. Further packaging occurs due to DNA binding to histone H1 and non-histone proteins involved in enhancer-promoter and insulator interactions. Under these conditions, the genome retains its functionality due to the dynamic and uneven DNA compaction along the chromatin fiber. Since the DNA compaction level affects the transcription activity of a certain genomic region, it is important to understand the interplay between the factors acting at different levels of the packaging process. Drosophila polytene chromosomes are an excellent model system for studying the molecular mechanisms that determine DNA compaction degree. The unevenness of DNA packaging along the chromatin fiber is easily observed along these chromosomes due to their large size and specific banding pattern. The purpose of this study was to figure out the role of two non-histone regulatory proteins, ADF1 and BEAF-32, in the DNA packaging process from nucleosome positioning to the establishment of the final chromosome structure. We studied the impact of mutations that affect ADF1 and BEAF-32 binding sites on the formation of 61C7/C8 interband β one of the decompacted regions of Drosophila polytene chromosomes. We show that such mutations led to the collapse of an interband, which was accompanied with increased nucleosome stability. We also find that ADF1 and BEAF-32 binding sites are essential for the rescue of lethality caused by the null allele of bantam microRNA gene located in the region 61C7/C8
Modelling the Level of the Enterpriseβ Resource Security Using Artificial Neural Networks
Significant attention is paid to increasing the efficiency of using resources by business entities due to the growing dependence between economic growth and the number of consumed resources, problems with access to various types of resources on the market, as well as their exhaustion in the face of growing needs. At the same time, various digitization tools are widely used to solve these problems. This paper considers artificial neural networks as a tool for modelling and forecasting the level of resource security in the economic activity of an enterprise, which is divided into separate functional blocks (production, personnel, finance). To this end, a multi-layer perceptron model (MLP) was used by constructing and training a network on several possible architectures in order to select the one with the highest classification quality. In the process of training, testing and verification of MLP networks, 32 indicators were used as input data, characterizing the state and efficiency of using various types of enterprise resources, for 85 enterprises over the five years of their operation. The initial data were the values of the safety zone, which were set separately for each indicator, subsystem and enterprise using economic-mathematical modelling on the basis of determining the acceptable limits of indicator fluctuations. As a result, four MLP networks were selected (one network for each of the three functional subsystems, as well as one for the enterprise as a whole), which were characterized by the highest value of quality at each stage of calculations (training, testing, verification). The performed calculations proved that artificial neural networks can be a useful and convenient tool for determining the security level of an enterprise in various directions of its economic activity (types of consumed or involved resources), and therefore can be more widely used by business entities to increase the validity of management decisions
