Sources on the History of Ethnic Entrepreneurship of the Republic of Adygea and the Black Sea in the Early 1990s

The necessity of expanding the corpus of sources is substantiated when analyzing the processes of forming entrepreneurship in the early 1990s among ethnic groups of the Adygei of the Republic of Adygea and the Black Sea coast of the Caucasus (Shapsugs). The study is based on archival materials (State treasury institution of the Republic of Adygea “National Archive of the Republic of Adygea”), acts of federal law, media publications (“Kommersant Power”), and interviews of representatives of the Shapsug community. The main attention was paid to identifying general trends and regional specifics of privatization of municipal and state property, and the creation of private enterprises. Based on the analysis of archival documents and determination of their informative capacity, it is shown that, in general, the privatization of municipal enterprises and agricultural facilities took place in accordance with Russian federal legislation. Based on a comparative analysis of all the involved sources, their informative capacity was determined, the specifics of privatization of large state enterprises (lack of decisions of federal departments) and agricultural enterprises on the Black Sea coast without land privatization were revealed. It is concluded that privatization, having laid the foundation for the formation of ethnic entrepreneurship and the layer of entrepreneurs, did not contribute to the achievement of other tasks in mono-and multi-ethnic enclaves: improving the efficiency of enterprises, social development of regions and social protection of the population

On Problem of National Self-Determination of Autochthonous Peoples by Example of Southern Russia Regions (Late 1980s — Early 1990s)

The article considers the problem of national self-determination among the autochthonous peoples of Russia as a component of the ethnopolitical processes of the late 1980s and early 1990s. The relevance is determined by the need to study the manifested ethnic interests, inter-ethnic tension and separatist tendencies that have passed from a latent state to an open form among a number of autochthonous peoples. On the basis of comparative analysis, research of archival documents of state, departmental, personal archives and historiographical data, general trends and regional specifics of Khakas, Adygs, Shapsugs, Shors, and Teleuts are revealed. The ethno-political processes on which the ideas of national self-determination were based include the growth of ethnic consciousness, “the politicization” of ethnicity, the change of ideological paradigms, the institutional activity of national elites, the formation of national revival programs, and myth-making. The author reveals the significant commonality of myths (“search for the enemy,” “loss” of national culture and other theses) and differences based on the historical and ethnic memory of each nation. Special attention is paid to the problem of autonomy. It was seen as an emerging component in attempts to implement the idea of national self-determination. The experience of normalization of social relations was considered in the analysis of the tactics used by national elites in achieving political goals, decisions made by regional authorities, and the reaction of various segments of society

Origin of Pure Spin Superradiance

The question addressed in this paper is: What originates pure spin superradiance in a polarized spin system placed inside a resonator? The term "pure" means that no initial coherence is imposed on spins, and its appearance manifests a purely self-organized collective effect. The consideration is based on a microscopic model with dipole spin interactions. An accurate solution of evolution equations is given. The results show that the resonator Nyquist noise does not play, contrary to the common belief, any role in starting spin superradiance, but the emergence of the latter is initiated by local spin fluctuations. Crystallization kinetics of Al86Ni8Gd6 amorphous alloy

We study structure and crystallization kinetics of melt-spun Al 86Ni8Gd6 amorphous alloy. The X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy detect pronounced nanoscale clusters in the structure of the amorphous state. Differential scanning calorimetry analysis shows complex three-stage crystallization of the amorphous alloy at different heating rates. The high temperature X-ray diffraction analysis reveals crystallization mechanism with competing reactions of intermetallic compounds formation. Summarizing the experimental data, we introduce multiversion non-linear kinetic model that describes the crystallization process completely and allows us to determine kinetic parameters with high accuracy. The activation energies obtained reveal relatively stable amorphous state. © 2013 Elsevier B.V

Nonlinear Spin Dynamics in Ferromagnets with Electron-Nuclear Coupling

Nonlinear spin motion in ferromagnets is considered with nonlinearity due to three factors: (i) the sample is prepared in a strongly nonequilibrium state, so that evolution equations cannot be linearized as would be admissible for spin motion not too far from equilibrium, (ii) the system considered consists of interacting electron and nuclear spins coupled with each other via hyperfine forces, and (iii) the sample is inserted into a coil of a resonant electric circuit producing a resonator feedback field. Due to these nonlinearities, coherent motion of spins can develop, resulting in their ultrafast relaxation. A complete analysis of mechanisms triggering such a coherent motion is presented. This type of ultrafast coherent relaxation can be used for studying intrinsic properties of magnetic materials.Comment: 1 file, LaTex, 23 page
