TRADISI BELANJAKAN DALAM MASYARAKAT SASAK MASBAGIK DI KABUPATEN LOMBOK TIMUR

The Belanjakan tradition is one of the traditions carried out as a form of recreation in the Sasak tribe. The area that is famous and believed to be the originator of this tradition is Masbagik District, East Lombok Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out the process of implementing the Belanjakan Tradition and the values contained in the Belanjakan tradition in Masbagik District, East Lombok Regency. This research uses a qualitative research approach with an ethnographic type of research. The data collection techniques used were semi-structured interview techniques, non-participatory observation and documentation. The results of the research show that the Belanjakan tradition celebration in Masbagik District, East Lombok Regency has three steps of implementation, namely the pre-implementation, implementation and post-implementation. Each step has activities to be carried out. The celebration of the Belanjakan tradition in Masbagik District is now carried out at certain events such as the Masbagik Festival which is held every year. The uniqueness of this tradition lies in its movements, where the only attacks that are allowed are attacks using kicks, whether sideways or forward kicks. Apart from that, the Belanjakan tradition celebration has several values contained in it. These values include; Patriotic values, Beauty values, and Sportsmanship value

Pengembangan Produk Olahan Singkong Dan Gula Aren Desa Mekarsari Kecamatan Gunungsari

Abstract: Each region must have assets or potential that can be developed, including Mekar Sari Village, Gunungsari District, West Lombok Regency. One of the assets owned by the people of Mekar Sari Village is cassava and sugar palm plantations. Where the plantation products produce cassava roots and palm sugar. The management is still in the form of intact goods that have not been managed further with a very small selling value. Processed products from cassava roots and palm sugar are numerous and varied. The assistance that will be carried out in this community service activity is the development of processed products from superior raw materials into cassava chips, palm sugar pudding, and palm sugar briquettes. Assistance is provided starting from production, packaging, and marketing. Assistance is carried out on an ongoing basis until the resulting product has a high selling value. Pengelolaannya masih berbentuk barang utuh yang masih belum dikelola lebih jauh dengan nilai jualnya sangat kecil. Produk olahan dari akar singkong dan gula aren itu sangat banyak dan variasi. Pendampingan yang akan dilakukan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pengembangan olahan dari bahan baku unggulan menjadi produk keripik singkong, puding gula aren, dan gula aren briket. Pendampingan dilakukan mulai produksi, pengemasan, dan pemasaran. Pendampingan dilakukan secara berkelanjutan sampai produk yang dihasilkan bernilai jual tinggi.
