Este artículo analiza el particular modo en que algunos escritores actuales recrean universos narrativos que indagan en la realidad y el significado de la existencia humana. Sobresale el hecho de que esos autores utilicen el espacio de las tramas como el eje que guía las historias, y sobre el que recae toda la originalidad si se compara con el cronotopo recurrente en la ficción contemporánea. Se destaca el quehacer de Luis Mateo Díez quien, partiendo de un escenario rural infrecuente en la narrativa actual, plasma en distintas novelas y con variados matices una perspectiva sobre el destino humano y una épica de la supervivencia.______________________________ This article analyses the specific ways in which several contemporary writers create narrative worlds exploring the reality and meaning of human existence. The fact that these writers use the space of plot as the axis guiding their narratives stands out, and this axis, when compared with the recurring chronotope in contemporary fiction, explains their originality. The work of Luis Mateo Díez, in a salient instance, shapes in differing novels and with varied nuances a view of human destiny and an epic of survival

La evaluación en la enseñanza de la Lengua.

El trabajo se inscribe en el discurso reformista de los noventa. Partiendo del marco conceptual de la Reforma, se hace un análisis crítico de la evaluación, en un sentido general y con derivaciones para el área de Lengua y Literatura. La tesis central que se defiende en el trabajo es que la evaluación es una actividad esencialmente ética y al mismo tiempo, actividad crítica de aprendizaje. En la media que el ejercicio de la evaluación esté orientada por el sentido de la justicia, la evaluación será formativa, idea que aquí se defiende como principal responsabilidad docente frente a otros objetivos y otras funciones menos explícitas en su declaración, pero que condicionan y anulan aquellos propósitos tan nobles y fundamentalmente educativos. Análisis cognitivo en la preparación de un experimento de enseñanza acerca de variables estadísticas y sus escalas de medición

El ciclo de análisis didáctico (Gómez, 2002) se compone entre otros elementos del análisis de contenido, análisis cognitivo, análisis de instrucción y análisis de actuación. En el proceso de preparación del experimento de enseñanza se trabaja en el desarrollo de los primeros tres primeros elementos. Se describe de manera general los referentes teóricos relacionados con el ciclo de análisis didáctico específicamente el análisis cognitivo, en el cual según González y Gómez (2013) señalan que el foco de atención recae sobre el aprendizaje del estudiante, razón por la cual se especifican lo que se espera que aprendan los estudiantes acerca de las escalas de medición y la variable estadística, esto concretado en el planteamiento de competencias, objetivos y capacidades. Product design and innovation: manufacturing SMEs in Santiago de Chile

This descriptive review paper has been developed from an interdisciplinary approach. It focuses on the essence of the contribution and impact of design in permanent collaboration with economic science, both in its theoretical conception and application in the company. The authors whose works were revised for this paper, declare design as a project activity from areas such as entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation, which are essential for the change of the productive matrix, taking Chile as a study reference. It is concluded that design is a projective discipline that manages creative processes within the company in order to introduce concepts of innovation that directly affect the product, and from there to develop strategic content in SMEs that facilitate the work of the entrepreneur in guiding added-value processes that generate opportunities for expansion and growth in the market.Campus Lima Centr

The profitability of value-added products in dairy farm diversification initiatives

A more open and competitive dairy market has encouraged certain dairy farms to adopt value-adding strategies in order to achieve a higher profitability, which may be important for farms’ survival. This paper investigated the role of some product characteristics in the profitability of value-added products in these farms. For this purpose, we used a unique database of 265 different products commercialized by 49 Spanish dairy farms that offers information on nine attributes of each product. Using hedonic models as a baseline, we examined the influence of these attributes on the margin per liter (ML) of the products. The results of the regression indicated that cheese and yogurt generated 0.688 and 1.518 € more of margin per liter than liquid milk. Similarly, we found a set of attributes that have a positive influence on ML, including possession of a certificate of protected designation of origin (PDO), the milk-type composition (proportion of sheep milk), a longer expiration period, and involvement in direct marketing strategies (DMS). However, other recognized attributes such as organic labeling, maturation period, size of the sales unit and returnable packaging did not have a significant influence on ML. Our findings also showed that firms producing more elaborated products as cheese and yogurt need a lower percentage of their production to cover the fixed costs associated to transformation and commercialization. Overall, our results revealed that the elaboration of value-added dairy products improves the profitability of dairy farms

Reflexión crítica sobre la intervención con mujeres víctimas de violencia de género

Work with victims of violence against women confronts us with a reality that is not at all pretty. Laws passed to address the problem have not succeeded in capturing its essence. We could say that social consciousness has been raised, but the gaps and failures in treating these cases are still evident. A multitude of professionals from all disciplines who work in this area experience a high degree of frustration since the problem has only grown. Simultaneously, the feminization of the professional sector that aids the victims acts as an amplifier which helps make intervention with women more complex. The shadow of a feminine identity tied to the ideas of care and selflessness is making work with victims difficult. Only a pact among women in search of new models of reference can guarantee a real change and be a hope for the future
