Microstructure, it´s Stability and Fatigue Properties of Ultra-Fine Grained Copper Prepared by ECAP Method

Tato disertační práce se zabývá únavovými vlastnostmi a stabilitou struktury ultrajemnozrnné (UFG) mědi připravené intenzivní plastickou deformací metodou „equal channel angular pressing“ (ECAP). Byl sledován vliv různých zatěžovacích režimů a teplotní expozice na vývoj mikrostruktury, experimentálně byly stanoveny křivky únavové životnosti pro jednotlivé způsoby zatěžování, byla zkoumána lokalizace cyklické plastické deformace a mechanismus iniciace únavových trhlin. Z naměřených výsledků vyplývá, že při zatěžování v režimu řízené síly v symetrickém i asymetrickém cyklu si struktura zachovává ultrajemnozrnný charakter. Zatěžování v režimu řízené amplitudy plastické deformace vede k vytváření bimodální struktury. K vytváření bimodální struktury vede i teplotní zatěžování od teploty 250 °C po dobu 30 minut. Žíhání na nižších teplotách po různou dobu nevede k hrubnutí struktury. Během únavového zatěžování vzniká na povrchu zkušebních těles povrchový reliéf ve formě skluzových pásů. Pro jednotlivé způsoby zatěžování se liší jejich hustota, rozložení a tvar na povrchu zkušebních těles. Byly prokázány rozdíly v mechanismu iniciace únavových trhlin v nízkocyklové a ve vysokocyklové oblasti. Společným rysem však je, že v místě výskytu skluzových pásů ani v okolí trhlin nebylo pozorováno hrubnutí struktury.This work deals with fatigue properties and stability of microstructure of ultrafine-grained (UFG) copper prepared by severe plastic deformation by means of equal channel angular pressing (ECAP) method. The effect of different fatigue loading regimes and thermal exposition on microstructural changes was investigated and the fatigue lifetime curves were experimentally determined. The research attention was focussed on localization of cyclic plastic deformation and fatigue crack initiation in UFG structure. Experimental results indicate that after stress-controlled fatigue loading (both symmetrical and asymmetrical) the microstructure remains ultrafine; no grain coarsening was observed. Contrary to this, strain-controlled fatigue loading results in formation of bimodal structure. Grain coarsening was observed also after thermal exposition at 250 °C for 30 minutes. Annealing at lower temperatures does not result in grain coarsening or development of bimodal structure. Fatigue loading results in development of surface relief in form of cyclic slip markings. Their density, distribution and shape differ for particular fatigue loading regimes. Differences in crack initiation mechanism in low- and high-cycle fatigue region were found. Nevertheless, the characteristic feature for all loading regimes was stability of UFG microstructure in the region of cyclic slip bands and fatigue cracks.

The work discovers influence of joint maikng technology on final watertightness effect. Fatigue Properties of Ultra-fine Grain Copper Produced by ECAP Method

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vlastnostmi ultrajemnozrnné mědi připravené metodou ECAP. Byl sledován vliv únavového zatěžování s nenulovým středním napětím na křivku životnosti, cyklické plastické chování a velikost zrna. Výsledky ukazují, že nenulové střední napětí snižuje životnost UFG mědi v porovnání se symetrickým zatěžováním. Během zatěžování dochází po převážnou část životnosti všech vzorků ke zpěvňování materiálu, ale není zřetelný vliv na orientaci ani stabilitu mikrostruktury.This diploma thesis describes properties of ultra-fine grain Cu prepared via ECAP procedure. The influence of fatigue loading with positive mean stress on S-N curve (i.e. fatigue life), cyclic plastic behaviour and grain size was investigated. It was found that tensile mean stress leads to shorter lifetime in comparison with fatigue loading with zero mean stress. During main part of the lifetime, significant hardening of UFG Cu was observed. There is no distinct effect on microstructural orientation and stability.

Poukazuje na spornosti, nejasnosti a nepřesnosti obsažené v nynějším občanském zákoníku. Práce se soustředí na zastoupení obecně a jeho jednotlivé druhy vycházející z občanského zákoníku. Dále obsahuje úpravu zastoupení v rámci obchodního zákoníku, který je zaměřen na zastoupení právnických osob a prokuru. Z rodinného práva čerpá úpravu zastoupení nezletilých a opatrovnictví, poručnictví.REPRESENTATION This theses focused on representation in term sof civil law, family law and business law. This issues is processed komplex and contains all the basic attributes of representation. Theses is based on current treatment of private law and it highlights the changes in new civil Code effective since january 2012. It evaluates legislation in comparison with future changes. It refers to mootness, uncertainties and inaccuracies contained in the current Civil Code. The work focuses on the representation in general and its different types based on the Civil Code. It also contains a modification in the representation of the Commercial Code, which focuses on representing corporate and procuration. CYCLIC PLASTIC BEHAVIOUR OF UFG COPPER UNDER CONTROLLED STRESS AND STRAIN LOADING

<em>The influence of stress- and strain-controlled loading on microstructure and cyclic plastic behaviour of ultrafine-grained copper prepared by equal channel angular pressing was examined. The stability of microstructure is a characteristic feature for stress-controlled test whereas grain coarsening and development of bimodal structure was observed after plastic strain-controlled tests. An attempt to explain the observed behaviour was made.</em

Mikulášské obchůzky na Hornolidečsku jako součást kulturního dědictví regionu

In the Czech Republic, St Nicholas door-to-door processions are among the most important traditions, being often considered the highlight of Advent. It also applies to the region of Hornolidečsko where the first masked figures appear after the All Souls´ Day and roam around villages until the St. Nicholas Day. Devils, who appear in Roman-Catholic villages, are an integral part of cultural heritage not only in the corresponding villages, but also in the entire region. This study describes not only the present-day form of the St Nicholas door-to-door processions and disguises used at it, but attention is also paid to the most significant changes that influenced the form of flying, and shifted the procession´s form to the present-day one. A part of the study deals with historical development of these traditions and figures, that appear in the processions, their role and symbolism within the procession. The goal of this study is to introduce the theme of the St Nicholas procession and its attributes, using the analysis of particular factors which influence its form even beyond the borders of the Czech Republic. In the course of the research, special attention was paid to several aspects that form this phenomenon, such as organization of the procession and identity of both active and passive participants. The study shows a research sample of this tradition´s bearers as well as motivating elements, thanks to which the tradition is still alive and passed down from generation to generation. In addition to these facts, the work looks into the form of support from the villages, but also into diverse opinions of inhabitants in the researched region regarding the inscription of the St Nicholas door-to-door procession on the List of Intangible Elements of Traditional Folk Culture of the Czech Republic. A part of the study answers the question to what extent is the tradition as a cultural heritage indelibly integrated in the region of southern Moravian Wallachia in its authentic and almost unchanged form. The contribution is an outcome of the GIS project in quantitative and qualitative analyses and interpretations of traditional folk culture, which is solved within the programme of Specific Research by the Institute of European Ethnology of the Faculty of Arts of Masaryk University

Marketing study of the Hotel Pytloun Liberec

The aim of this work is to assess the situation connected with establishment of new franchise company and the following implementation of franchising in the chosen hotel. The graduation thesis is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the theoretical definition of basic terms related to hotel services marketing and franchising. The second part of the graduation thesis is focused practically and also deals with marketing activities of the company. This part focuses on the process of building a franchising in practice, cost calculation and it also deals with advantages and disadvantages of franchising cooperation. Customer satisfaction with the services is verified by questionnaire survey. The final part of the graduation thesis contains proposals which are recommended to the target company.
