The development and implementation of the strategy for organizational reconfiguration of a digital heat and power supersystem to streamline the processes of providing structured technological zones with heat is the basis for creating a coordinated system for optimizing the tariff and price load on heat and electricity consumers in the Russian economy. The reform of the industry creates opportunities to form market financial sources for the implementation of investment projects in the heat power industry of Russia, as well as to modernize the production capacities of the heat power system and district heating systems. The introduction in the industry of a mechanism for regulating the processes of providing heat energy services based on the transition to the system of Unified Heat Supply Organizations and providing a return on investment of the price trend in the heat market with the possibility of transferring departmental reporting and analytics to a single regulatory legal basis allows you to regulate the work of the power industry as a subsystem of the Russian energy sector with general information technology platform of fuel and energy complex. The inclusion of Unified Heat Supply Organizations in market relations and the formation of game rules in the market using the principle of tariff setting according to the alternative boiler house rule allow you to create conditions for emergence of the heat market. Unified Heat Supply Organizations, being, on the one hand, a market structure, and, on the other hand - the basis for further consolidation of the efforts of stakeholders in supplying consumers with energy, become the basis of the “intellectual settlement” and in the future, the digital agent of the industrial Internet.Unified Heat Supply Organizations provide, therefore, the digital modernization of power engineering. It becomes the material and information base for the formation of regulatory relations not only in heat supply, but with the development of automated systems for monitoring and accounting of energy resources in the field of electricity and gas supply and hot water supply, that is, Unified Heat Supply Organizations become the basis of a single information space for energy supply

Purpose: the main goal of the article is to study the possibilities of increasing the sustainability of world economic development to the crisis fluctuations of national economies and their aggregated groups under conditions when the fluctuations induced in the global crisis by the global crisis manifest coherence features. Methods: the analysis of coherent interaction processes of a set of discrete macroeconomic cycles is performed to compare the individual data of managed economic systems with the possibilities of regulating the degree of coherence of fluctuations of key processes in the national economy. Results: the necessity of transition from consideration of a separate macroeconomic cycle as a discrete process to a coherent-resonant multicyclic paradigm of economic development under which chaotic crisis phenomena are represented as external manifestations of macroeconomic nonlinear synchronization of quasiharmonic oscillations within the framework of cyclic dynamics of various processes of economic development is substantiated. Stabilization in these conditions is achieved by forming optimal values of the package of investments that form the regions of stabilization synchronization in the economy through the "damping" of the amplitude of destructive cycles and the creation of conditions for their asymmetry, depending on the intensity of crisis fluctuations. The necessity of establishing procedures for the international coordination of the anti-crisis policies of individual states within the framework of international clusters is substantiated using the coherent resonance model arising from the synchronization of cyclical and acyclic crisis fluctuations. Conclusions and Relevance: the influence of the dynamic properties of a multicyclic system on the behavior of its local elements (cycle synchronization, cyclic and acyclic dynamics, etc.) with respect to the dynamics of compound evolutionary (including degrading) subsystems determines the probability of transitions between stationary states of the system as a result of iterative successive losses Sustainability of economic development, etc. As a result, it is possible to maintain the sustainability of economic development at various levels of governance in the world economy. The considered administrative technology is proposed as an integral part of technologies for managing economic systems as subsystems of the world economy

The author analyzes problems of using artificial intelligence based of monitoring systems and management, as well as the opportunities of operating performance parameters of networks transporting energy resources within a quasi-integrated electric power super-system of the gigawatt level, the space part of which consists of distributed satellite formations as quasi-integrated segments of orbital power stations. In this case, you must consider the increasing presence of intelligent control devices (e.g., cyber-physical device conversion and switching energy, intelligent management system, open service platform, etc.). The author offers to predict the dynamic characteristics of the integrated quasi-integrated electric power super-system when analyzing the interrelations of metastable states in the processes of obtaining energy from objects of space power generation in the microwave, laser or other mode and converting it into electric power by ground installations

The problems of forming a digital economy supersystem have been analyzed by the authors using a key business model of sharing digital assets by organizational agents based on the convergence of telematic, computing and information services with the final output of a complex of managed digital objects to a new quality control based on the M2M principle integration. The integration of standardized network infrastructures allows the transformation of traditional linear-hierarchical chains of management transactions in a network of transactions of digital objects that perform intelligent interaction without human intervention through IP-like connections. The introduction of universal shells of any business process from the processing of primary data to processing in the deep region with the use of advanced multi-agent optimization algorithms of the next [after 3G] generation [based on 4G, 5G, etc.], implemented within the electronic micro-, meso-and macrocontent allows us to ensure the stability of the super system within the optimal values of the activities of controlled digital objects due to the increased possibilities of observation and control

The problems of the development of the national technological base and specific engineering industries, requiring a radical change in the approach to the organization of scientific and technological development in the Russian industry. The focus of the pool of Sciences (scientific and engineering disciplines) allows to structure the organizational core of scientific (innovative) associations, which allows to raise the question of the layout of the long-term structure of organizational relations and support of leading scientific, as well as educational, design, industrial, etc. organizations. Structuring the "functional core" of enterprises and organizations concentrating key digital technologies in the total mass of economic entities determines the need for the formation of matrix scientific and industrial structures as a kind of associations [on the basis of an information network using elements of artificial intelligence] within the relevant management strategies implemented by machine-building enterprises

Investigation of the double ramp in hypersonic flow using luminescent measurement systems

Compression ramp flows in supersonic and hypersonic environments present unique flow patterns for shock wave-boundary layer interaction studies. They also represent the generic geometry of two-dimensional inlets and deflected control surfaces for re-entry vehicles. Therefore, a detailed knowledge of the flow behaviour created by such geometries is critical for optimum design. The flow is made more complicated due to the presence of separation regions and streamwise Görtler vortices. The objective of the current research is to study the behaviour and characteristics of the flow over the double ramp model placed in hypersonic flow at freestream Mach number of 5. Three different incidence angles of 0°, −2°, and −4° are studied using colour Schlieren and luminescent paints consisting of anodized aluminium pressure-sensitive paint (AA-PSP) and the temperature-sensitive paint (TSP) technique. The colour Schlieren provides description of the external flow while the global surface pressure and temperature distribution is obtained through the AA-PSP and TSP methods. The TSP technique also proves that it is very effective in identifying the location and properties of the Görtler vortices; revealing the effect of incidence on the magnitude and pattern of Görtler vortices formed

    Non-Abelian Vortices, Super-Yang-Mills Theory and Spin(7)-Instantons

We consider a complex vector bundle E endowed with a connection A over the eight-dimensional manifold R^2 x G/H, where G/H = SU(3)/U(1)xU(1) is a homogeneous space provided with a never integrable almost complex structure and a family of SU(3)-structures. We establish an equivalence between G-invariant solutions A of the Spin(7)-instanton equations on R^2 x G/H and general solutions of non-Abelian coupled vortex equations on R^2. These vortices are BPS solitons in a d=4 gauge theory obtained from N=1 supersymmetric Yang-Mills theory in ten dimensions compactified on the coset space G/H with an SU(3)-structure. The novelty of the obtained vortex equations lies in the fact that Higgs fields, defining morphisms of vector bundles over R^2, are not holomorphic in the generic case. Finally, we introduce BPS vortex equations in N=4 super Yang-Mills theory and show that they have the same feature.Comment: 14 pages; v2: typos fixed, published versio

Instantons and Yang-Mills Flows on Coset Spaces

We consider the Yang-Mills flow equations on a reductive coset space G/H and the Yang-Mills equations on the manifold R x G/H. On nonsymmetric coset spaces G/H one can introduce geometric fluxes identified with the torsion of the spin connection. The condition of G-equivariance imposed on the gauge fields reduces the Yang-Mills equations to phi^4-kink equations on R. Depending on the boundary conditions and torsion, we obtain solutions to the Yang-Mills equations describing instantons, chains of instanton-anti-instanton pairs or modifications of gauge bundles. For Lorentzian signature on R x G/H, dyon-type configurations are constructed as well. We also present explicit solutions to the Yang-Mills flow equations and compare them with the Yang-Mills solutions on R x G/H.Comment: 1+12 page

Objectives: The aim was to characterise age-and sex-specific severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus disease-2 (SARS-CoV-2) RT-PCR sampling frequency and positivity rate in Greater Helsinki area in Finland during February & ndash;June 2020. We also describe the laboratory capacity building for these diagnostics. Methods: Laboratory registry data for altogether 80,791 specimens from 70,517 individuals was analysed. The data included the date of sampling, sex, age and the SARS-CoV-2 RT-PCR test result on specimens collected between 1 February and 15 June 2020. Results: Altogether, 4057/80,791 (5.0%) of the specimens were positive and 3915/70,517 (5.6%) of the individuals were found positive. In all, 37% of specimens were from male and 67% from female subjects. While the number of positive cases was similar in male and female subjects, the positivity rate was significantly higher in male subjects: 7.5% of male and 4.4% of female subjects tested positive. The highest incidence/100,000 was observed in those aged >80 years. The proportion of young adults in positive cases increased in late May 2020. Large dips in testing frequency were observed during every weekend and also during public holidays. Conclusions: Our data suggest that men pursue SARS-CoV-2 testing less frequently than women. Consequently, a subset of coronavirus disease-2019 infections in men may have gone undetected. People sought testing less frequently on weekends and public holidays, and this may also lead to missing of positive cases. The proportion of young adults in positive cases increased towards the end of the study period, which may suggest their returning back to social behaviour with an increased risk of infection.
