Research on Demonstration Curriculum-Based Political and Virtuous Awareness Construction of Introduction of International Chinese Language Education Course
The course Introduction to International Chinese Language Education occupies a central position in the undergraduate curriculum in the major of Chinese International Education, significantly influencing the cultivation of talent in this domain. This research paper systematically examines the present condition of course delivery, discerns the multifaceted factors that contribute to suboptimal teaching outcomes, and utilizes a case study approach, focusing on our university’s exemplary ideological and political education course. The case study provides a comprehensive overview of the course’s role in promoting ideological and political education. It elucidates the strategies and initiatives implemented in the context of ideological and political education development. Drawing on the empirical results derived from curriculum reforms, this study synthesizes a coherent model and a well-defined pathway for curriculum enhancement (365 Model)
Bamboo Wear and Its Application in Friction Material
Sliding wear behaviour of bamboo (Phyllostachys pubescens) was investigated in the cases of dry friction. The wear volume of bamboo was a function of the sliding velocity, the normal load and the relative orientation of bamboo fibres with respect to the friction surface. And tribological properties of the Bamboo Fiber Reinforced Friction Materials (BFRFMs) were tested on a constant speed friction tester. The results showed that the wear volume increased with the increase of sliding velocity and normal load. The normal-oriented specimens (N-type) showed sound wear resistance in comparison to the parallel-oriented ones (PS- and PI-type), and the outside surface layer (PS-type) showed sound resistance in comparison to the inner later (PI-typ). The friction coefficient of BFRFMs (reinforced with 3 wt.%, 6 wt.% and 9 wt.% bamboo fibers) were higher than those of the non-bamboo fiber reinforced friction material with identical ingredients mixed with and process conditions during the temperature-increasing procedure. The friction coefficients of the specimens containing 3 wt.% bamboo fibers were higher than that of other specimens. The wear rate of BFRFMs increased with the increasing of test temperature, and the wear rates of specimens containing 3 wt.% bamboo fibers were lower than that of others specimens
CA2: Cyber Attacks Analytics
The VAST Challenge 2020 Mini-Challenge 1 requires participants to identify
the responsible white hat groups behind a fictional Internet outage. To address
this task, we have created a visual analytics system named CA2: Cyber Attacks
Analytics. This system is designed to efficiently compare and match subgraphs
within an extensive graph containing anonymized profiles. Additionally, we
showcase an iterative workflow that utilizes our system's capabilities to
pinpoint the responsible group.Comment: IEEE Conference on Visual Analytics Science and Technology (VAST)

Adsorption of U(VI) onto Amidoxime-functionalized Hydrothermal Carbon in the Presence of Ca-U(VI)-CO3 Complexes
The aim is collecting uranium from groundwater in which uranium mainly exists in negative species, the amidoxime-functionalized hydrothermal carbon (AO-HTC) was synthesized. From the results of N2 adsorption-desorption and SEM, AO-HTC is a small spherical surface; FT-IR and Elemental analysis showed that the amidoxime group was successfully grafted onto the surface of the material; Zeta-potential measurement showed that the amino nitrogen atom is protonated in the oxime group. The optimum pH value of AO-HTC for uranium adsorption is 6.0, and the adsorption equilibrium is reached within 80 min, which is in accordance with the pseudo-second order adsorption kinetic model. The adsorption of uranium by AO-HTC accords with the Langmuir isotherm adsorption model, and the single-layer saturated adsorption capacity is 254.13mg·g-1. The thermodynamic parameters calculated by the adsorption isotherm indicate that AO-HTC adsorption of uranium is a spontaneous endothermic chemical process and Carbonate ion, calcium ion and humic acid concentration have great influence on uranium adsorption. The experiments results show that AO-HTC has the potential to elimination of U(VI) from groundwater
Water Resources Carrying Capacity Forecast of Jining Based on Non-Linear Dynamics Model
AbstractIn order to alleviate the problem of water resources shortage of Jining City, make reasonable use of water resources, and improve the water resources capacity of Jining City, the methods of the water resources capacity are researched. The system dynamics method is choosed to forecast the Water Resources Carrying Capacity (WRCC) of Jining City in the next 20 years. Three plans are taken, and the predicted results are analyzed. It has a certain significance to practice
