Software for Image Processing of Infrared Thermograms of the Lower Limbs of Diabetic Patients

The aim of this paper is to present a software that deals with the automatic processing of the thermal images of the soles of the lower limbs. This software allows to judge some important temperature details, which can help a lot during the clinical diagnosing of the diabetic foot disease or the other foot problems, such as neuropathic arthropathy or charcot arthropathy. In this paper, it is possible to find a description of the algorithm of the software as well as a presentation of the results of the analyzed thermal images

Analysis of the Technological Process

Import 26/06/2013V úvodu bakalářské práce je shrnutá historie, základy automatizace a základní pojmy z oblasti automatizace a řízení systémů. Součástí úvodu je stručně nastíněn cíl práce, kterým je analýza technologického procesu regulace tlaku plynu pro spotřebič, kterým je vysoká kroková žíhací pec a vazby z daného procesu do informačního systému. V druhé části se předložená práce zabývá samotnou analýzou technologického procesu, který tvoří regulace tlaku plynu, na jejímž základě se reguluje teplota vysoké krokové pece a pro rychlejší dosažení této teploty se předehřívá vzduch v rekuperátoru. V poslední části práce je popsána struktura a vazby informačního systému z uživatelského pohledu. Součásti bakalářské práce jsou principy snímání, ukládání a další zpracování vstupních a výstupních veličin.In the introduction to the bachelor's thesis summarizes the history, basics automation and basic concepts of automation and control systems. The part of the introduction is briefly outlined the aim, which in an analysis of the technological process control gas pressure to the appliance, which is the high walking beam furnace annealing and links from the process into the information system. In the second part of this thesis discusses the analysis of the technological process, which consists of gas pressure regulation, based on which regulates temperature and high walking beam furnace for faster reaching the temperature preheated air in the heat exchanger. The last part describes the structure and bond information system from the user's point of view. Práce se zabývá kariérou šlechtického důstojníka v období napoleonských válek, která je zkoumána na základě životního osudu Jana Nepomuka, říšského hraběte Nostitze-Rienecka. Průběh služby je rozčleněn na tři základní okruhy. Počátek kariéry, hlavní služba a závěr, přičemž práce je zpracovávána chronologicky podle válek s revoluční a napoleonskou Francií. Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na „Výrobní procesy ve firmě“. Problematika je rozčleněna do tří částí. V první části je teoretické východisko, které je zaměřeno na základní terminologii strojírenské výroby a obrábění. Následuje praktická část, jež se věnuje představení strojírenské firmy, rozboru výrobních procesů a strojního vybavení. Třetí část je zaměřena na analýzu konkrétního pracoviště, což vede k definování ekonomických závislostí na produkci.The bachelor´s thesis is focused on „Production Processes in Condition a Firm“. The matters divided into three parts, In the theoretical part the basic terms in engineering production and machining are defined. The following practical part deals with the introduction of the company, analysis of production processes and machinery. The third part is focused on the analysis of a particular workplace, which leads to the definition of economic dependence on production.

Contactless thermography in clinic medicine

Tato práce se zabývá teorií termografie v medicíně a její následnou praktickou aplikací při vytváření programu. V rámci diplomové práce byly provedeny rešerše na téma termovizní zobrazovací techniky, jejího využití především v klinické medicíně a také rešerše v oblasti zpracování obrazových dat. Teoretické poznatky jsou sepsány do prvních tří kapitol obsažených v této práci. Další kapitola se zabývá návrhem webové aplikace pro analýzu termografických snímků pacientů s cévním postižením dolních končetin a programovým prostředím PHP s jeho náležitostmi. Ve druhé polovině práce je podrobně rozebrán způsob praktického vytvoření zmíněné aplikace v prostředí PHP s využitím některých jeho knihoven. Jedna kapitola je rovněž věnována pojednání o způsobu pořízení termografických snímků pro testování vytvořené aplikace a statistickému vyhodnocení získaných dat. Práce je celkově rozdělena do 8 odlišných kapitol a dále členěna na řadu podkapitol.This thesis deals with the theory of infrared thermography in medicine and its subsequent practical application in the creation of the program. As part of this diploma thesis, researches were carried out on the topic of thermovision imaging techniques, its use mainly in clinical medicine and also research in the field of image data processing. Theoretical knowledge is written into the first three chapters of this thesis. The next chapter deals with the design of a web application for the analysis of thermographic images of patients with vascular disease lower limbs and the PHP program environment with its particulars. In the second half of the thesis there is a detailed description of the practical creation of the mentioned application in PHP environment with the use of some PHP libraries. One chapter is also devoted to the discussion of the method of obtaining thermographic images for testing the created application and to the statistical evaluation of acquired data. This thesis is divided into 8 different chapters and also into many sub-chapters.

Evaluation of the Selection and Adaptation Process of Employees in a Selected Organization

Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit procesy výběru a adaptace v organizaci XY pomocí zvolených metod a na základě získaných výsledků navrhnout doporučení pro zlepšení těchto procesů. Pro tento výzkum byly vybrány tři hlavní metody, díky kterým bylo dosaženo vytyčeného cíle, a to: polostandardizovaný rozhovor, dotazník a analýza interních dokumentů organizace. První část této práce je věnována popisu uvedených metod a teoretickým východiskům postupu obsazování volných pracovních míst, který zahrnuje procesy získávání, výběru, přijímání a adaptace zaměstnanců. V praktické části jsme nejprve pomocí rozhovoru s personalistkou organizace XY zmapovali současný stav procesů výběru a adaptace, přičemž jsme zjistili rozdíly v těchto procesech u technickohospodářských pracovníků a dělníků. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření byl zjišťován názor zaměstnanců na tyto procesy. Výběrový soubor se skládal z 28 zaměstnanců organizace. Ještě před samotnou tvorbou dotazníku, byly stanoveny 3 hlavní výzkumné otázky. Z výsledků, které z dotazníkového šetření vyplynuly, vychází, že zaměstnanci zjištěné procesy výběru a adaptace hodnotí kladně či spíše kladně. Nicméně byl zjištěn prostor pro zlepšení zvláště u procesu adaptace, proto jsme v poslední kapitole doporučili návrhy ke zlepšení.The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the processes of selection and adaptation in the organization XY using selected methods and based on the obtained results to propose recommendations for the improvement of these processes. Three main methods were chosen for this research, thanks to which the set goal was achieved, namely: a semi-standardized interview, a questionnaire, and an analysis of the organization's internal documents. The first part of this work is devoted to the description of these methods and the theoretical basis of the process of filling vacancies, which includes the processes of recruitment, selection, hiring staff and adaptation of employees. First, we mapped the current state of selection and adaptation processes through an interview with the personnel of the XY organization, while we found out the differences in these processes for technical and economic workers in the practical part. The employee's opinion was ascertained by means of a questionnaire survey on these processes. The sample consisted of 28 employees of the organization. Even before the creation of the questionnaire, 3 main research questions were set. The results of the questionnaire survey show that employees evaluate the identified selection and adaptation processes positively or rather positively. However, space for improvement was identified, especially in the adaptation process, so we recommended suggestions for improvement in the last chapter.115 - Katedra managementuvýborn

Testament - a comparative study of the italian and czech legal regulations

Ve své diplomové práci nazvané "Testament - komparace italské a české právní úpravy" se pohybuji v oblasti dědického práva a analyzuji právní úpravu tohoto institutu na území České republiky a Itálie. Obě právní úpravy jsou si velmi podobné. Závěť je jedním z dědických titulů, díky kterému je možné určit dědice. Závěť je právním jednáním mortis causa, tudíž důsledky tohoto jednání nastanou až po smrti pořizovatele závěti. Tato diplomové práce se kromě úvodu a závěru skládá ze sedmi kapitol. V první kapitole jsem se zaměřila na římskoprávní úpravu jednoho z nejstarších právních institutů - testamentu, která dala základy dnešnímu kontinentálnímu právu. Také jsem se zde věnovala historickému výkladu testamentu na území dnešní České republiky a dnešní Itálie. Ve druhé kapitole nazvané Dědické právo a testament jsem vymezila základní pojmy dědického práva a zařadila závěť do jeho kontextu. Také se zde věnuji osobě zůstavitele, jeho způsobilosti či nezpůsobilosti pořídit závět, a nakonec účinkům omylu při pořizování závěti. Ve třetí kapitole jsem popsala obsahové náležitosti závěti - předpoklady k dědění ze závěti a určení dědiců, včetně náhradníků a svěřenského nástupnictví. Také zmiňuji případnou dědickou nezpůsobilost a poté naopak ochranu nepominutelného dědice a určení jeho povinného podílu. Do téže kapitoly...In this final thesis "Testament - a comparative study of the italian and czech legal regulations" the author analyses the legal regulations of this institute in the Czech Republic and Italy. The testament is a last will that is a reversible legal transaction, in which a natural person yields over at least a quotiance of the inheritance, eventually also a legacy. This final thesis consists of seven chapters excluding the opening and the conclusion. In the first chapter I focus on the Roman Law regulations of this institute, where we find the elementals for contemporary continental legal regulations. I also devote to the history of the testament on the territory of today's Czech Republic and Italy. Next chapter deals with the elementary terms of the inheritance law and puts the last will into the context with this area of law. I also turn to the testator character, his capacity or non-capacity to make the last will and to the action of oversights while making the last will. In the third chapter there are described the essentials of the testament, the assumptions for for the succession, assignation of the heritors and the institute of trust. I also refer to the possible inheritance non-capacity and the patronage of the nonnegligible heritors. Next chapter deals with formal essentials of the testament.
