    Batas wilayah atau batas daerah merupakan salah satu unsur yang dijadikan dasar bagi eksistensi suatu daerah, baik itu dalam lingkup negara maupun administrasi yang tingkatannya lebih rendah. Oleh sebab itu dalam mewujudkan ketegasan batas wilayah diperlukan survei pemetaan yang baik dan benar serta memenuhi standar dan aturan kartografis. Penetapan dan penegasan batas wilayah akan sangat ditentukan oleh ketelitian dan ketepatan pengukuran titik koordinat geografis dalam Survei dan Pemetaan. Penetapan batas daerah di darat adalah proses penetapan batas daerah secara kartometrik di atas suatu peta dasar yang disepakati. Prinsip dan mekanisme pada proses penetapan batas daerah di darat, terdiri atas tiga tahapan kegiatan, yaitu: Penelitian Dokumen Batas, Penentuan Peta Dasar, dan Pembuatan Peta Batas Kartometrik. Dalam setiap tahap kegiatan penegasan batas daerah di lapangan dilakukan oleh Tim Teknis PPBD Pusat bersama Tim Teknis PPBD tingkat Daerah yang saling berbatasan. Prinsip dan mekanisme pada penegasan batas daerah di darat, terdiri atas lima tahapan, yaitu : Tahap Penelitian Dokumen Batas, Tahap Pelacakan Batas, Tahap Pemasangan Pilar Batas Daerah, Tahap Penentuan Posisi Pilar Batas dan Pengukuran Garis Batas, dan Tahap Pembuatan Peta Batas.     Random Time Forward Starting Options

    We introduce a natural generalization of the forward-starting options, first discussed by M. Rubinstein. The main feature of the contract presented here is that the strike-determination time is not fixed ex-ante, but allowed to be random, usually related to the occurrence of some event, either of financial nature or not. We will call these options {\bf Random Time Forward Starting (RTFS)}. We show that, under an appropriate "martingale preserving" hypothesis, we can exhibit arbitrage free prices, which can be explicitly computed in many classical market models, at least under independence between the random time and the assets' prices. Practical implementations of the pricing methodologies are also provided. Finally a credit value adjustment formula for these OTC options is computed for the unilateral counterparty credit risk.Comment: 19 pages, 1 figur

    : Aging is a condition that's occurs in human thats not only starting from a certain time but also starts from the beginning of life. Globally the elderly population continues to increase. Globally the elderly population continues to grow. The increasing elderly is accompanied by health problems faced. Degenerative process in the elderly cause deterioration in the physical,social,and pshycologi. One of the effect of physical experienced by elderly is the occurrence of sleep disturbances and cognitive function. Purpose this study was aimed to identify clearly about relationship of sleep quality and cognitive function in elderly at BPLU Senja Cerah, North Sulawesi Province. Design research using cross sectional study which is data related to the independent variables and dependent variable that will be collected at the same time. Sampling using sampling Jenuh / Total Sampling with total sampel of 38 people. Statistical Test Results chi square with 95% (α=0,05) confidence level and p value 0,027 < 0,05 optained. Conclusion There is Relationship Sleep Quality with Cognitive Function in the elderly at BPLU Senja Cerah North Sulawesi Province

    PT. lndosat merupakan perusahaan yang menyelengggarakan jasa dan fasilitas telekomunikasi dan informasi. Kinerja perusahaan selama ini hanya dinilai dengan rasio- rasio keuangan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kinerja perusahaan dengan Economic Value Added. Manfaat penelitian adalah memberikan baban pertimbangan kepada perusahaan mengenai analisis kinerja perusahaan apabila diukur dengan economic Value added. Sehingga peneliti merumuskan masalah, "Apakah Economic Value Added dapat diterapkan perusahaan sebagai alat ukur kinerja pada PT. lndosat Medan"? Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan rugi-laba dan laporan neraca dari PT. lndosat sejak berdirinya pada lahun 1967-2010. Sampel penelitian diambil tahun 2008-2009. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode deskriftif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendapatan perusahaan pada tahun 2008 adalah sebesar Rp 33.947.776.000.000 dan pada tahun 2009 sebedar Rp 41.807.184.000.000 dari pendapatan usaha tersebut perusahaan memperoleh laba bersih pada tahun 2008 Rp 6.614.568.000.000 dan pada tahun 2009 sebesar Rp 7.993.566.000.000. Untuk nilai EVA perusahaan pada tabun 2008 memperoleh nilai yang negatif sebesar Rp (735.6 13.140.000). Dan pada tahun 2009 perusahaan juga mcmperoleh nilai yang negatif sebesar Rp (606.856.200.000). Berdasarkan nilai EVA tersebut berarti manajemen tidak berhasil menciptakan nilai tambah bagi pemegang saham dan pihak kreditur. Ada pun saran yang dapat diberikan adalah perusahaan hendaknya untuk periode - periode berikutnya lebih meningkatkan kinerja manajemennya, agar nantinya bisa menghasilkan EVA yang positif bagi pemegang saham dan pihak kreditur dan sebagai perusahaan yang telah go public, untuk mengetahui kinerja manajemen perusahaan dengan lebih baik, hendaknya perusahaan menggunakan ukuran-ukuran lainnya seperti economic value added dan lainnya

    Quantification of DNA-associated proteins inside eukaryotic cells using single-molecule localization microscopy

    Development of single-molecule localization microscopy techniques has allowed nanometre scale localization accuracy inside cells, permitting the resolution of ultra-fine cell structure and the elucidation of crucial molecular mechanisms. Application of these methodologies to understanding processes underlying DNA replication and repair has been limited to defined in vitro biochemical analysis and prokaryotic cells. In order to expand these techniques to eukaryotic systems, we have further developed a photo-activated localization microscopy-based method to directly visualize DNA-associated proteins in unfixed eukaryotic cells. We demonstrate that motion blurring of fluorescence due to protein diffusivity can be used to selectively image the DNA-bound population of proteins. We designed and tested a simple methodology and show that it can be used to detect changes in DNA binding of a replicative helicase subunit, Mcm4, and the replication sliding clamp, PCNA, between different stages of the cell cycle and between distinct genetic backgrounds

    Statistical-mechanical lattice models for protein-DNA binding in chromatin

    Statistical-mechanical lattice models for protein-DNA binding are well established as a method to describe complex ligand binding equilibriums measured in vitro with purified DNA and protein components. Recently, a new field of applications has opened up for this approach since it has become possible to experimentally quantify genome-wide protein occupancies in relation to the DNA sequence. In particular, the organization of the eukaryotic genome by histone proteins into a nucleoprotein complex termed chromatin has been recognized as a key parameter that controls the access of transcription factors to the DNA sequence. New approaches have to be developed to derive statistical mechanical lattice descriptions of chromatin-associated protein-DNA interactions. Here, we present the theoretical framework for lattice models of histone-DNA interactions in chromatin and investigate the (competitive) DNA binding of other chromosomal proteins and transcription factors.     The Jones polynomial and graphs on surfaces

    The Jones polynomial of an alternating link is a certain specialization of the Tutte polynomial of the (planar) checkerboard graph associated to an alternating projection of the link. The Bollobas-Riordan-Tutte polynomial generalizes the Tutte polynomial of planar graphs to graphs that are embedded in closed oriented surfaces of higher genus. In this paper we show that the Jones polynomial of any link can be obtained from the Bollobas-Riordan-Tutte polynomial of a certain oriented ribbon graph associated to a link projection.
