ANOMALOUS SCALING OF THE PASSIVE SCALAR

We establish anomalous inertial range scaling of structure functions for a model of advection of a passive scalar by a random velocity field. The velocity statistics is taken gaussian with decorrelation in time and velocity differences scaling as $|x|^{\kappa/2}$ in space, with $0\leq\kappa < 2$. The scalar is driven by a gaussian forcing acting on spatial scale $L$ and decorrelated in time. The structure functions for the scalar are well defined as the diffusivity is taken to zero and acquire anomalous scaling behavior for large pumping scales $L$. The anomalous exponent is calculated explicitly for the 4^{\m\rm th} structure function and for small $\kappa$ and it differs from previous predictions. Синусный гистиоцитоз (болезньРозаи - Дорфмана): клиническое наблюдение

The authors characterized a heterogeneous group of a rare disease - Langerhans and non-Langerhans cell histiocytosis, and analyzed key differential and diagnostic differences between these forms of the disease. A very rare case of non- Langerhans cell histiocytosis (Rosai-Dorfman disease) in a female patient aged 63 with the subsequent spontaneous regression of eruptions was described. Key skin manifestations of the Rosai-Dorfman disease included papular eruptions of the typical intense pink color with a yellowish and brown tint. Morphologic changes were characterized by proliferation of histiocytes and accumulation of different lipids and pentalamellar markers (S-100 protein, СD 14, СD 68, lysozyme) in their cytoplasm. Though the Rosai-Dorfman disease usually involves lymph nodes, this case was characterized by unaffected nodular structures.Охарактеризована неоднородная группа редких гистиоцитозов лангергансового и нелангергансового типов; проанализированы их основные дифференциально-диагностические различия. Описано чрезвычайно редкое наблюдение гистиоцитоза нелангергансового типа (болезнь Розаи - Дорфмана) у пациентки 63 лет с последующим спонтанным регрессом высыпаний. Основные кожные проявления болезни Розаи - Дорфмана были представлены папулезными высыпаниями типичного насыщенного розового цвета с желтовато-коричневым оттенком. Морфологические изменения характеризовались пролиферацией гистиоцитов и накоплением в их цитоплазме различных липидов, пенталамеллярных маркеров (протеин S-100, СD14, СD 68, лизоцим). Несмотря на то что болезнь Розаи - Дорфмана, как правило, протекает с поражением лимфоузлов, отличительной особенностью данного наблюдения явилось отсутствие вовлечения нодулярных структур

Редкое наблюдение больной с кератозомфолликулярным и парафолликулярным,проникающим в кожу (болезнь кирле)

The article presents a literature review and case study of a rare form of dermatitis in a female patient aged 61 - Kyrle disease (hyperkeratosis follicularis et parafollicularis in cutem penetrans). It also provides a detailed description of the clinical picture and differential diagnostics of the disease. The following typical changes were observed based on the results of histological examination: epidermic invaginations filled with corneous masses and areas of focal parakeratosis. Essential improvement in skin process dynamics was achieved against the background of treatment with Acitretin.Представлены анализ литературы и описание наблюдения крайне редкого дерматоза - болезни Кирле (кератоз фолликулярный и парафолликулярный, проникающий в кожу) у больной 61 года. Подробно описывается клиническая картина и дифференциальная диагностика заболевания. При гистологическом исследовании обнаружены типичные изменения: заполненные роговыми массами инвагинации в эпидермисе, участки фокального паракератоза. На фоне лечения ацитретином достигнуто значительное улучшение в динамике кожного процесса
