Total Bakteri Dan Sifat Organoleptik Minuman Sari Tempe Dengan Variasi Waktu Penyimpanan

Juice tempeh (Misape) processed from raw materials soybean tempeh.unhygienic processing will lead to the emergence of bacteria that are pathogenic contaminants so that the need for supervision to ensure food safety . The purpose of the study was to analyze the total bacterial and organoleptic properties Misape with duration of storage of 0 , 3 , 6 , 9 , and 12 days at a temperature of 5-8o C with 5 replicates , were tested in duplicate analysis. Obtained from the study showed that the total bacterial misape row is 1.1 x 101 , 1.7 x 101 , 4.1 x 101 , 3.4 x 101 , 3.6 x 101 . Total bacteria increased from day storage 0 to 6 , then on day 9 began to decline . ANOVA test results it is concluded no effect of storage time on the total bacteria in misape . Based on organoleptic test panelists could still receive the color , aroma , consistency and flavor during storage misape 0 , 3 , 6 , 9 and 12 days . Friedman Test results on organoleptic properties showed no effect of duration of storage on the flavour, viscosity and taste misape

Analisis Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Harga Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen di CV Pesona Utama Semarang

Tujuan dari penelitian ini : 1). Untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di CV Pesona Utama Semarang. 2). Untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di CV Pesona Utama Semarang. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen di CV Pesona Utama Semarang, sebanyak 71 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sensus dimana semua populasi sebagai sampel. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan analisis yang digunakan regresi linier berganda dengan data deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa : 1). Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di CV Pesona Utama Semarang. 2). Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di CV Pesona Utama Semarang

Sales force has very important role in life of banking in reaching its target. A good Management of sales force has important influence to reach effectiveness sale of company. Meanwhile, previous research mention that it is important to examine some performance of sales force factors with selling growth. This research hypothesized performance of sales force tactors influence to the effectiveness of selling of company. According to the literary review about sales force control system, the strenght of sales force, trust to wards the sales force influence the result performance of sales force and its relation with effectiveness sale of company this research propose four hypothesis, they are: H1-the sales force control systems have an positive effect on to performance result of sales force, H2-sales force reliability have an positive effect on to trust to sales force, H3-the trust at sales force have an positive effect on performance result of sales force, H4-performance result of sales force have an positive effect on effectiveness sale of company. To test the hypothesis research uses 105 questionnaires in this study. The population in this research sales force at Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) in eks. Karesidenan Semarang. The datas is then analysed by means of SEM of AMOS to test the causality relation of hypothesis. From result of the analysis have fulfilled Criteria Goodness-of-Fit. Chi-Square (107.203). Probability (0.052), RMSEA (0.050), CMIN/DF (1.262), TLI (0.955), and CFI (0.963) so that can be told this model competent to be used. Examination of raised hypothesis indicate that hypothesis 1,2,3, and 4 have up to standard which determined that is value of CR > 2.00 with the SEM propose theoretical implication that result performance of sales force can have implication on effectiveness sale of company. This reseach also propose implication of managerial is that factors variable which influence the result performance of sales force and its relationship with selling effectiveness of company is positively increasing the result performance of sales force trough sales force ability which is had by Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR). What Constitutes "Complement" in Systemic Functional Grammar: Its Theoretical Problems and Implications

Despite the wide-range application of Systemic Functional Grammar (SFG) for various kinds of text analyses, SFG theory poses significant syntactic problems which have not been touched much. These syntactic problems are basically the result of its fundamental theoretical construct, i.e. the semantic perspective in approaching grammar. In fact, this theoretical construct seems to mix up the syntactic function and the semantic role analysis, two out three levels in syntactic analysis. It results in a serious inconsistency in labeling the syntactic unit of analysis in a clause and in defining many terms as well. This paper roughly explores both syntactic and semantic problems which appear in Mood system, particularly the label ‘Complement’. This paper does not discuss each problem in detail and in a systematic way; rather it will only show us that there are still many works to do in the theory of SFG itself. Thus, there should be more scholars and advocates of this school of grammar focusing their investigations on the theoretical level of grammatical/syntactic issues

Pelaksanaan Pendekatan Penginjilan Kontekstual

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of contextual evangelism in Salatiga City. The main focus is people who do not believe (with the term Focus people). The research method used by the author in the preparation of this paper is descriptive qualitative research method. The researcher uses descriptive qualitative to better understand the contextual evangelism process and explain the factors that encourage contextual evangelism in Salatiga City. The results showed that the evangelism conducted in the city of Salatiga using the CPM (Church Planting Movement) contextual evangelism method was very effective and easy to carry out. This is evident from the response of the people being served while communicating with the evangelists. The people who are served accept and are willing to study with the evangelists and there are some who believe in Jesus. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pelaksanaan penginjilan kontekstual di Kota Salatiga. Fokus utamanya adalah orang-orang yang belum percaya (dengan istilah orang Fokus). Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam penyususnan tulisan ini yaitu Metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Kualitatif deskriptif peneliti gunakan untuk lebih memahami proses penginjilan kontekstual dan menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang mendorong terjadinya penginjilan kontekstual di Kota Salatiga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penginjilan yang dilakukan di kota Salatiga dengan menggunakan metode penginjilan kontekstual CPM (Church Planting Movement) sangat efektif dan mudah untuk dijalankan. DINAMIKA PENGARUSUTAMAAN GENDER PADA PENDIDIKAN TINGGI ISLAM

Gender equality has not been realized in practical terms in public life. Factors that influence it; socio-cultural, political, economic, religious, and others. State policy to overcome them on gender mainstreaming in the form of Presidential Decree 9 of 2000. Praxis has lasted 14 years, socialization and implementation is mostly done, but it needs evaluation. The reality of interesting research in higher education institutions of Islam, because the discourse and praxis which is still being debated, as well as the strategic position for the development and application of knowledge about gender relations. Interesting problem include; outlook leaders Islamic State University Walisongo on gender mainstreaming, the imple­men­tation of gender mainstreaming and its implications in the campus environment. This research is a qualitative descriptive case study with a gender perspective, which identifies the gender gap in multi aspect. The study's findings indicate that the views of leaders there Walisongo UIN integral and partially on gender main­streaming, Implementation PUG; there is a policy that opens the academic community to gain an important position in the hierarchy structure at UIN Walisongo. Research take gender issues openly and freely. Many women researchers examined a variety of themes, education and training to strengthen the capacity of women, and quantitative mapping of gender. Realitas tersebut menarik pe­nelitian pada lembaga pendidikan tinggi Islam, karena wacana dan praksis yang masih menjadi perdebatan, serta posisinya strategis bagi pengembangan dan penerapan ilmu pengetahuan tentang  relasi berkeadilan gender. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pandangan pimpinan UIN Walisongo ada yang integral dan parsial tentang pengarusutamaan gender, Implementasi PUG; ada kebijak­an yang terbuka civitas akademika untuk meraih posisi penting dalam struktur hierarkhi di UIN Walisongo.
