    Title: Change of muscle contraction rate before and after the application of sports massage Objectives: The aim of this work is to find out if sports massage of leg effects the muscle contraction rate of musculus vastus medialis and musculus vastus lateralis. Part of that aim is to compare differences of muscle contraction rate between men and women. Methods: The research was realized in a form of quaziexperiment and 8 probands took part in the research. Results were obtained from the TMG machine in the lab in department of physiology and biochemistry UK FTVS. First of all we measured proband's height and weight, after that we measured muscle contraction of musculus vastus medialis and musculus vastus lateralis on left leg. After the first measurement the proband had a sports massage of left leg. After the massage was the second measurement of muscle contraction of musculus vastus medialis and musculus vastus lateralis. Results: The muscle contraction rate of musculus vastus medialis of all probands before massage was 24,11 ± 1,87 ms and 24,35 ± 1,96 ms after massage, the muscle contraction rate of men before massage was 25,11 ± 1,5 ms and 25,59 ± 1,47 ms after massage, the muscle contraction rate of women before massage was 23,11 ± 1,65 and 23,1 ± 1,55 ms after massage. The muscle contraction rate...Název: Změna rychlosti kontrakce svalu před a po aplikaci sportovní masáže Cíle: Cílem práce je zjistit, zda kondiční sportovní masáž stehenní oblasti ovlivní rychlost kontrakce musculus vastus medialis a musculus vastus lateralis. Dílčím cílem pak je porovnání těchto změn mezi ženským a mužským pohlavím. Metody: Výzkum byl proveden formou kvaziexperimentu, kterého se zúčastnilo celkem 8 probandů.     Efficient Transport Logistics, An Approach for Urban Freight Transport in Austria

    To alleviate traffic congestion that results from the growth of e-commerce we propose an approach in the city of Linz, Austria by relying on shared distribution centers from different companies. We develop two algorithms to find out the optimal location for the hubs and calculate the shortest path between locations. Results showed that in an urban environment, the implementation of hubs results in a reduction of the number of delivery vehicles.     Title: The effect of sports massage on changes of muscle contraction after applied load Objectives: The aim of this work was to find out the scale of effect of sports massage on speed of muscle contraction of musculus vastus medialis and musculus vastus lateralis after previous exercise in form of squats and forward lunges. Methods: The research was realized in a form of Crossover design experiment and 7 probands took part in the research. Results were obtained by measuring muscle contraction velocity with tensiomyography method in the lab in department of physiology and biochemistry UK FTVS. We measured height and weight of every proband, after that they were randomly assigned either to control group or experimental group. In the control group we measured the speed of muscle contraction, after that the proband went through exercise in form of squats and forward lunges under certified supervision, then they had 5 minutes of passive rest and after the muscle contraction was measured again. The experimental group had a sports massage instead of 5 minutes rest. Results: The average muscle contraction velocity of musculus vastus lateralis of the control group in the second measurement was 25,47 ± 4,22 ms and the average muscle contraction velocity of the experimental group in the second measurement was...Název: Účinky sportovní masáže na změnu rychlosti kontrakce svalu po aplikované zátěži Cíle: Cílem práce bylo zjistit míru účinku sportovní masáže na rychlost kontrakce svalů musculus vastus medialis a musculus vastus lateralis po předchozí zátěži ve formě dřepů a výpadů vpřed. Metody: Výzkum byl proveden formou Crossover design experimentu, kterého se zúčastnilo 7 probandů. Výsledky byly získány měřením rychlosti kontrakce svalu metodou tensiomyografie v laboratoři na katedře fyziologie a biochemie UK FTVS. Každý proband byl změřen a zvážen, poté náhodně rozdělen buď do kontrolní skupiny, nebo experimentální skupiny. Kontrolní skupině byla změřena rychlost kontrakce svalů, poté provedli pod odborným dohledem zátěž, následovalo 5 minut pasivního odpočinku, po kterém proběhlo druhé měření rychlosti kontrakce. Experimentální skupina absolvovala to stejné s tím rozdílem, že místo 5 minutového odpočinku jim byla provedena kondiční masáž stehna. Výsledky: Průměrná rychlost kontrakce musculus vastus lateralis kontrolní skupiny ve 2. měření byla 25,47 ± 4,22 ms a průměrná rychlost kontrakce 2. měření experimentální skupiny byla 26,88 ± 2,92 ms.     The wide use of wireless networks in every aspect of our life has risen new challenges andsituations that affect the majority of the population around the globe. Issues such asinterferences between each network, fading or security attacks have to be bearded in mindwhen a wireless network is set up or when a user wants to establish connection with one.Therefore the goal of this study is the use and development of a mobile application that is ableto analyse the wireless networks that the device, a smartphone in this case. With theinformation obtained from the application the user should be able to find possible solution tothe challenges that may arise and to improve the quality of the service that he or she is usingin different environments with different characteristics. The testing of the application involvedthe obtainment of information in three different scenarios, the results of the three scenarioswere satisfactory.     Remote detection of alcohol vapours in moving vehicles

    W pracy przedstawiono oryginalną metodę zdalnego wykrywania par alkoholu w poruszających się samochodach przy pomocy urządzenia wykorzystującego wiązkę światła laserowego oddziaływującego rezonansowo z parami alkoholu. Zasygnalizowana została motywacja podjęcia przedstawionej tematyki. Przypomniano opis występujących zjawisk fizycznych. Pokazano wyniki wstępnych badań. Opisany został układ eksperymentalny, na którym przebadano możliwości proponowanej metody. Wyciągnięto wnioski odnośnie prowadzenia dalszych prac badawczych i budowy stanowiska prototypowego do wykorzystania na drogach.An original method of remote detection of alcohol vapours in moving vehicles is presented in the paper. The method is based on resonance interaction of laser light with alcohol vapours.The intention for undertaking the problem is signalized. Physical phenomena are briefly discussed and the preliminary investigation results are presented. Method capabilities were checked in the experimental stand which is also described.
