Iklim Organisasi, Kompetensi dan Kompensasi pada Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Kontrak Pemerintahan
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational climate, competence, and compensation on job satisfaction of contract employees. This research was conducted at Bappeda Litbang Bali with 60 employees, with a saturated sample method. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis processed using SPSS. Based on the results, organizational climate, competence, and compensation have a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of contract employees. This shows that the more conducive the organizational climate is, with the competencies possessed by contract employees in the form of knowledge and the better the compensation system is implemented, the higher the level of job satisfaction of contract employees
