Reflection of national and cultural values of paremiological fund in russian and english languages

The rationale of the problem in hand is caused by insufficient study of a question of paremiological resources of English and Russian languages. The purpose of the article consists in studying, description and comparison of substantial signs of paremiological units in English and Russian languages. Served as the leading methods to research of this problem: method of phraseological identification; continuous sampling method. As a result of comparison paremiological resources of English and Russian languages it is possible to claim that similarity between them is observed in fundamental values of both a moral and utilitarian order. Distinctions concern the plan of expression, distribution and combination theory of norms, and degree of their relevance for these cultures. Materials of article can be useful during developing linguo-didactic bases of the national focused textbooks, manuals, dictionaries references of the compared languages

Oath as a pragmalinguistic phenomenon of the professional discourse

The article presents the author's view on pragmatic and linguistic parameters of the oath as a performative speech genre, the authors identified and analyzed components of oath as a communicative act: con-situation, semantic context, presupposition and speech. The comparative analysis of Russian and English texts of oaths revealed isomorphism of the composition of an oath as a non-fiction type of text comprising three parts: introduction (predominantly realized in an introductory phrase), the main part and conclusion. The analysis pursued demonstrated isomorphism of stylistic means of Russian and English texts of the oath manifesting itself in repetitive infinitives, the main function of which is to focus on the actions of the sender and adherence to professional duty

System analysis of generic and specific properties evaluation functions in the economy

Topic/theme Properties of evaluation functions in the economy, their system analysis, multidimensional process of change of status and the impact of socio-economic facilities to one-dimensional criterion. Objectives/targets To systematize the properties of naturally-market and expert-analytical Metrology state of the organizational systems, to divide them into generic-mu and species trait. Methodology In this work we used simulation methods-semantic modeling in complex with the methods of statistical and analytical analysis. Discussing the possibility of creating an expert system, reproducing the generic and specific properties of the Islands natural market Metrology, formation of universal evaluation functions and comparable measures of performance for a variety of particular indices. Results The developed model integration evaluation indicators providing a rating assessment of various organizational structures and processes. Conclusions/significance It is concluded that under the conditions of multi-directed indicators the most viable scheme of management of organizational systems is to reduce the multidimensionality of the processes to one dimensional uniform criterion
