An analysis of human resource strategic planning in Zahedan University of Medical Sciences by applying SWOT model
Nowadays, one of the most significant elements of organizations' success depends on the role played by human resources in such a way that organizations without motivated and energetic human resources are changing into a inefficient and inactive organization. In recent years, human resources assumed a pivotal position in organizations and is considered as a strategic factor in administering organization. The present research is conducted to develop optimal strategies of human resources in one of the country's organizations. The research data were collected through questionnaires, interviews with managers and experts of the organization as well as studying available reports. In order to develop strategies of human resource SWOT, analysis methods were used. Also, Delphi test was used from the initial steps till developing strategies. In the analysis of the research results, there were10 internal positive points (strengths) against 12 negative points and also we observed 7 external positive effects (opportunities) against 9 negative effects (threats). However, we observed a total of 17 positive points (strengths and opportunities) against 21 negative points (weaknesses and threats) as limitation and bottleneck. In the process of entering human resources, the organization under study has a good condition in terms of internal and external factors and is above average level. In the process of output and preserving human resources, the organization is not in a good condition in terms of external factors and is lower than average level; therefore, it is recommended that the organization emphasize aggressive strategies in the process of entering human resources and emphasize defensive strategies in the processes of preserving and output. The findings of the research indicate that the organization in question can improve its performance and functionality by successful implementation of the proposed strategies. According to SWOT model, the graph is curved toward strengths and opportunities; i.e. SO. Therefore our strategies should be SO or maximum or competitive-aggressive

Enhanced Oil Recovery Using Modern Methods of Microbial and Electric Energy
Various research provided various definition about enhanced oil recovery but generally any method to move oil recovery would be named as enhanced oil recovery. It should be noted that sometimes enhanced oil recovery means third recovery. At the other hand there is agreement about secondary recovery as part of enhanced oil recovery. as most of Iran reservoirs passed second half age and by increase of age, recovery would became very hard, specific methods should be used. Therefore the best scientific and economic method should be selected among various methods
An analysis of the rate of customer's adoption of Sinai Bank's electronic services in Sistan and Baluchestan Province
During the 20th century, dramatic changes in telecommunications and computing have emerged as a result of major changes in banks and we have observed Electronic banking systems made it possible for the user to do all their bank affairs through landline, mobile phone (WAP), automated teller machines (ATM) or Internet quickly and easily. In order to be able to attract customers to e-banking, we must ensure them about it. Regarding the influence of multiple variables on the adoption of e-banking, it is necessary to examine their influence. The main objective of this study is to analyze the level of customers' adoption of electronic services of Sinai bank. Statistical population of this research were the costumers (those having credit cards) of Sinai bank. Research method is of the correlation type, which is analyzed by using questionnaires, statistical analysis of hypotheses and the correlation between variables under study. For data collection, the questionnaire used in similar studies was used after making necessary amendments to them. The alpha calculated for all variables in this study was 79%, which indicates the high reliability and validity of the questionnaire used. Among descriptive variables, using internet has the highest positive and meaningful correlation with the intention of using e-banking services in future and gender has the lowest positive and meaningful correlation with the intention of using e-banking services in future. Variables of relatives' influence, accessibility, reliability of e-banking services, compatibility, influence of family and colleagues and profitability, friends, social status, and readiness of e-banking services had positive and meaningful correlation with the adoption of e-banking services respectively. Also, in this research it was concluded that E-services system of Sinai Bank increased the level of customers' adoption. Lack of accessible points and unfamiliarity with using e-banking services influences the level of customer adoption negatively. Results of data analysis show that the main variable in justifying the purpose of using it are readiness and increasing accessible points; thus, banks are recommended to increase customers' access to e-banking services by increasing POS and ATMs. With regard to research results, banks and financial institutes should pay attention to the fact that if costumers have positive attitude to e-banking, they will use e-banking services. Thus, cultural infrastructure and making people familiar with the benefits of technology, training and facilitating the use of e-banking tools for everyone, further increase of system security and improving Internet connection quality can be effective in synchronizing country's banking system with modern global banking and growing use of it

Statistical Analysis of the Effect of Nanoparticles Volume Fraction on Turbulent Forced Convective Heat Transfer Coefficient of Nanofluid in a Circular Tube
In this paper, the statistical analysis of the effect of nanoparticles volume fraction on one of the most important thermal characteristics turbulent flow of nanofluid i.e. convection heat transfer coefficient, inside a circular tube with uniform wall heat flux is investigated numerically. Also, water as a base fluid and Al2O3 as suspended particles with a diameter of 36 nm are considered. Heat transfer characteristics are computed using the solution of elliptic equations based on discrete the finite volume method and the second order upwind. The relationship between pressure and velocity using SIMPLEC algorithm is established. In this study, the variation of volume fraction of nanoparticles is assumed in the range of 0 to 6%. The best probability distribution function of the heat transfer parameters are selected using chi square test that various probability distribution such as: Gamma, Normal, Lognormal, Gumbel, and Frechet are evaluated based on numerical analysis of tube flow. After reviewing the results, it was found that with increasing volume fraction of nanoparticles, the convective heat transfer coefficient increases. On the other hand, the convective heat transfer coefficients with regard to variation of volume fraction of nanoparticles follow Gumbel Max probability distribution function
The Framework of whistle-blowing in Iran's Government Organizations with the Approach of Grounded Theory
Abstract Organizational whistleblowing is a process used to report ethical and legal violations within an organization or work environment. On the other hand, ethical and legal violations in government organizations may occur in the form of corruption, abuse of power, and violations of laws. Therefore, organizational whistle-blowing in this area can play a very important role in identifying and dealing with these violations. This research is qualitative, developmental, interpretive and inductive, which was implemented with the foundation's data approach. The statistical population of the research consists of twelve university experts and participants who were whistleblowers themselves and were selected by a judgmental method. After selecting the participants, the research questions were answered through semi-structured interviews. After reviewing and analyzing the obtained interviews, 350 initial codes were obtained, of which 175 abstract concepts, 42 sub-categories and 17 main categories were obtained. In this way, the factors; individual and punitive policies as causal conditions; micro contextual factors, macro contextual factors and norming as contextual factors; Role players, incentives for whistle-blowing and disruptors as intervening factors, triple support, soft strategies, hard strategies, whistle-blowing protection policies, and regulatory bodies as strategies. Social-economic, individual-moral and organizational-legal consequences were identified as the consequences of whistle-blowing in Iran's government organizations. The presented model can be a basis for planning organizations to re-use the experiences, knowledge, expertise and skills of retirees in professional and non-professional jobs. Adopting organizational whistleblowing and creating a legal mechanism to manage reports is also critical. These include establishing a legal process for investigating and following up on reports, protecting whistleblowers, and imposing legal consequences for ethical and legal violations.Introduction Organizational whistle-blowing is a process used to report ethical and legal violations within an organization or work environment. The main goal of this action is to promote transparency and ethical behavior within the organization. People who blow the whistle are known as "whistleblowers". Organizational whistle-blowing plays a very vital role in government organizations. Here, public property and government authority are managed, so transparency and maintaining ethics are vital. On the other hand, ethical and legal violations in government organizations may occur in the form of corruption, abuse of power, and violations of laws. Therefore, organizational whistleblowing in this area can play a very important role in identifying and dealing with these violations.Case study The case study of the current research is to present the framework of whistle-blowing in Iran's government organizations from the perspective of academic experts and active whistle-blowers as experts in this field.Materials and Methods This research is qualitative, developmental, interpretive and inductive, which was implemented with the foundation's data approach. The statistical population of the research consists of twelve university experts and participants who were whistleblowers themselves and were selected by a judgmental method. Social-economic, individual-moral and organizational-legal consequences were identified as the consequences of whistle-blowing in Iran's government organizations.  ConclusionWhistle-blowing in the Islamic Republic of Iran is an emerging phenomenon and is still in its initial stages both in the field of research and in the field of implementation. Many countries have formulated their own whistle-blowing laws and approved them in their parliaments, and our country should also legalize this phenomenon faster in order to support whistle-blowing. The presented model can be a basis for planning organizations to re-use the experiences, knowledge, expertise and skills of retirees in professional and non-professional jobs. Adopting organizational whistleblowing and creating a legal mechanism to manage reports is also critical. These include establishing a legal process for investigating and following up on reports, protecting whistleblowers, and imposing legal consequences for ethical and legal violations. The following strategies can be used to increase whistle-blowing in Iran's government organizations: Awareness: For the success of the whistle-blowing program, make sure that all employees are familiar with this program. And you can use events, awareness sessions, and educational texts to raise awareness; Witness Protection: Ensure that witnesses or reporters are protected. Whistleblower protection laws are important so that people can more confidently report issues; Reporting system: A safe and reliable system for reporting issues, such as a safety deposit box or an online system, is important. This system must ensure confidentiality and trustworthiness
