The U.S. Shift to the Asia-Pacific and its Influence upon Strategic Environment and International Structure

From 2011 to 2012, the Obama Administration put significant focus on the centrality of the Asia-Pacific region in its foreign and security policy. In order for the new policy to progress as expected, there are a number of issues that still need to be resolved. Influence on the international strategic environment is also an important concern.
