Diagnostics of cycloidal gear speed reducers in vertical multirotor system
This paper deals with failure diagnostic problems of vertical axis rotating machine driven by ten cycloidal gear reducers with high coupling ration. The cycloidal gear drive is not back drivable device and in case of only one cycloidal drive failure from ten simultaneously running it may cause serious failure of expensive driven involute gear tooth. The main task of ten cycloidal gear reducers research - identifi-cation of vibration sources and determined parameters in at-tempt to evaluate technical condition of each cycloidal drive, especially technical condition of crankshafts eccentric antifriction bearings. Profesinio bakalauro baigiamasis projektas (toliau tekste – baigiamasis projektas) – tai tiriamasis projektas, kuriame studentas savarankiškai susieja finansų profesinės veiklos žinias ir geba jas praktiškai taikyti nustatydamas ir spręsdamas konkrečias šios srities problemas organizacijos lygmeniu.

Experience of social workers in assurance of quality service for older adults in care institutions (Lithuanian context)
The aim of the article is to outline the characteristics of the work experience (feelings, efforts and interactions) of the social workers employed in social care institutions for older people in the attempt to provide quality services in practice and the perspectives of this practice. Qualitative research data collection method was used. The answers to the research question were collected by a semi-structured interview. Data analysis carried out by the inductive theme analysis method revealed that the participants of the survey feel the load of responsibility, ambiguity of a complex function and challenges of quality services in relation to the implementation of the service standards; disappointment and hesitations related to the organization of work and professional status. The strengths of the social workers lie in their commitment to the interaction with the service receivers, involvement in the service quality valuation processes in the institution, and in identifying the challenges
Superdiffusion in Si Crystal Lattice Irradiated by Soft X-Rays
We considered the reasons of superdiffusivity and measured profiles of boron and phosphorus in crystalline silicon at room temperature. The superdiffusivity or ultrafast diffusion of metastable vacancies at room temperature in Si crystal irradiated by soft X-rays was obtained experimentally. In this work, we presented experimentally obtained diffusion coefficients of singly and doubly negatively charged long-lived excited vacancies. These high concentration charged metastable vacancies (about ) at room temperature can very fast diffuse changing electrical conductivity and the Hall mobility of carriers. We measured the superdiffusivity of negatively charged vacancies, generated by the Auger effect in the regions of the sample, which were not affected by X-rays. In this paper, we presented the obtained superdiffusion profiles of boron and phosphorus in crystalline silicon measured with secondary-ion mass spectrometer
