Shared custody and its influence on a child's success in primary school

This diploma thesis deals with the problem of shared custody of children at primary school in relation to their school success. The issue is viewed from the perspective of primary school teachers and from the perspective of a school psychologist. The theoretical part deals with a child at primary school and also with child, who has special educational needs. It also deals with family, parental responsibility, discusses divorce, shared custody, school success and failure. The empirical part, through empirical research, aims to answer the question: "How does shared custody affect the school success of a child at primary school?"It examines the manifestations of children in shared custody, it looks for specific causes of problems of these children or specific factors ensuring smooth course of shared custody. It collects recommendations from teachers and school psychologist on how to work with and help these children. It also provides recommendations on who to work with and how - including cooperation with parents. It shows the level of teachers' awareness of this issue and their personal views on the issue. The research is carried out through a questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews with teachers at primary school and through an interview with a school psychologist. The results of the empirical...Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice střídavé péče dětí v primární škole ve vztahu k jejich školní úspěšnosti. Na problematiku je nahlíženo pohledem pedagogů primární školy a pohledem školní psycholožky. Teoretická část se zabývá dítětem v primární škole, dítětem se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami. Dále se věnuje rodině, rodičovské odpovědnosti. Pojednává také o rozvodu, střídavé péči jako takové a školní úspěšnosti a neúspěšnosti. Empirická část si prostřednictvím empirického šetření klade za hlavní cíl přinést odpověď na otázku: "Jaký má střídavá péče vliv na školní úspěšnost dítěte v primární škole?" Zkoumá projevy dětí ve střídavé péči, hledá konkrétní příčiny problémů těchto dětí či konkrétní faktory zajišťující bezproblémový průběh střídavé péče. Shromažďuje doporučení učitelů a školní psycholožky, jak s těmito dětmi pracovat a jak jim pomoci. Přináší také doporučení s kým spolupracovat a jakým způsobem - včetně spolupráce s rodiči. Zobrazuje míru povědomí učitelů o této problematice a jejich osobní názory na tento problém. Výzkum je realizován prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření a hloubkových rozhovorů s učiteli na prvním stupni základní školy a prostřednictvím rozhovoru se školní psycholožkou. Obsahem bakalářské práce je vypracování stavební části projektové dokumentace ve stupni dokumentace pro vydání stavebního povolení a řešení 2 variant střechy v budově bytového domu (varianta 1 a 2) včetně posouzení tepelně technických vlastností u obou variant střechy a finanční porovnání variantního řešení střechy v ulici Májová v centru obce Těrlicko. Varianta 1 je plochá střecha jednoplášťová nepochozí a varianta 2 je dvouplášťová plochá střecha z pultových vazníků. Bytový dům má dva samostatné vchody, je podsklepený s třemi nadzemními podlažími. Pro vybranou variantu je dále uveden technologický postup střechy. Multimodal Features for Detection of Driver Stress and Fatigue: Review

Driver fatigue and stress significantly contribute to higher number of car accidents worldwide. Although, different detection approaches have been already commercialized and used by car producers (and third party companies), research activities in this field are still needed in order to increase the reliability of these alert systems. Also, in the context of automated driving, the driver mental state assessment will be an important part of cars in future. This paper presents state-of-the-art review of different approaches for driver fatigue and stress detection and evaluation. We describe in details various signals (biological, car and video) and derived features used for these tasks and we discuss their relevance and advantages. In order to make this review complete, we also describe different datasets, acquisition systems and experiment scenarios

Selection of the Optimal Product of Motor Insurance under the Conditions of the Czech Republic

Import 29/09/2010Obsahem bakalářské práce je porovnání produktů pojištění vozidel poskytovaných vybranými pojišťovnami na českém pojistném trhu a výběr optimálního produktu pro potenciálního klienta. Porovnávanými produkty jsou pojištění odpovědnosti z provozu vozidla a havarijního pojištění. První část práce je věnována charakteristice pojištění vozidel, tedy konkrétním produktům tohoto pojištění. Zároveň je zde pojednáno o dopravních nehodách, jejichž možný vznik je jedním z hlavních důvodů sjednávání pojištění vozidel. Druhá část charakterizuje tři vybrané pojišťovny, jejichž produkty budou mezi sebou porovnávány dle zvolených kritérií. Charakteristika zvoleného subjektu, podle jehož požadavků budou vybrány jednotlivé varianty, a metodika, pomocí níž bude výběru docíleno, jsou náplní třetí části. V jejím závěru jsou tyto produkty vybraných pojišťoven vzájemně porovnávány a je vybrána nejvhodnější varianta pro konkrétního klienta.The content of bachelor thesis is the comparing of the car insurance products provided by selected insurance companies in the Czech insurance market and the choice of an optimal product for a potential client. The comparing products are liability insurance and accident insurance. The first part of bachelor thesis is devoted to characterization of car insurance, then the concrete products of this insurance. Simultaneously there is beingtreated of traffic accidents, whose possible existence is one of the main reasons for arranging car insurance. The second part describes three selected insurance companies, whose products will be compared with each other according to selected criteria. The characterization of the selected subject, according to whose requirements individual variants will be selected and the methodology, by which the selection will be achieved, are the content of the third part. Výchozím textem je publikace "Rock-, Pop- und Technomusik und ihre Wirkungen: Eine wissenschaftliche und biblische Untersuchung", kterou napsal německý autor Adolf Graul. Bakalářskou práci tvoří dvě základní části: samotný překlad a odborný komentář, který obsahuje překladatelskou analýzu podle metody Christiane Nord, metodu překladu, překladatelské problémy a překladatelské posuny, které vznikají při překladatelském procesu. CAD systems for the product engineering

Námětem této bakalářské práce je zorientování se v nabídce CAD systémů a zaměření se na jejich možnosti využití tvorby dokumentů v technické přípravě výroby v rámci dnešního způsobu výroby. Rešeršní část práce je zaměřena na popis jednotlivých částí technické přípravy výroby, charakteristiku a rozdělní CAD systémů. Dále jsou zde popsány PLM systémy a v neposlední řadě teoretické části je uveden souhrn rozdílných vlastností CAD systémů, které jsou popsány v bakalářské práci. První fáze experimentální části je zaměřena na tvorbu technické přípravy výroby v současných oděvních podmínkách, kde byla popsána komunikace mezi zadavatelskou a výrobní firmou při outsourcingovém způsobu výroby. Na závěr jsou vytvořeny dokumenty pro technickou přípravu výroby na softwarech, které poskytuje katedra oděvnictví TUL. Softwary byly popsány a dále uvedeny jejich výhody a nevýhody. Porovnávané softwary jsou OptiTex, PDS Tailor XQ a Modaris.The main aim of this bachelor thesis is basic orientation in CAD systems and adressing its possibilities and usage in technical preparation for product engineering. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on description of individual parts in technical preparation, characteristics and distribution of each CAD system. There are also defined PLM systems and at last, there is listed overall summary of different features for each CAD system. Experimental part of the thesis is based on creation of technical preparation for product engineering in current textile industry. Communication between contractor and manufacturer during outsourcing way of production is also analyzed. In the end, the documents for technical preparation of product engineering are made. These documents are given because of the software which is provided by the Department of Clothing TUL. The different softwares were described and its adavantages and disadvanateges were stated. New Concepts and Models of Care in Residential Facilities for Elderly

Diploma thesis on the topic of New concepts and models of care for seniors in social service residential facilities is divided into theoretical and practical part. The initial three chapters are focused on problems of old age and ageing, needs of retired clients of social service residential facilities and concepts of long-term care for the elderly people in the Czech Republic. The fourth chapter forms a basic for this work. It describes selected approaches and models of the care that were applied mainly in western European countries and are being adopted by some of residential facilities in our country. The practical part of the thesis consists in quantitative research among social workers and staff of registered residential facilities. The aim of the questionnaire survey was to determine knowledge level of the individual concepts and models of care among employees and to find out to which extent the selected facilities apply new concepts and models in their everyday life. Because these new concepts and models emphasize an individual approach and constant improvement their application is considered a viral part of care for clients of old age.
