Impact Of Optical Demultiplexers Based On Fiber Bragg Gratings On DWDM transmission system

This study is to measure the impact of the insertion of demultiplexers based on Bragg grating filter on DWDM transmission system. An optical link has been developed using a simulator system.The impact of demultiplexers on 10 Gbit/s DWDM system is investigated for NRZ-OOK coding formats. Performances of demultiplexers with different crosstalk, filter bandwidth and insertion losses are analyzed to get the best system performance for 10 Gbit/s DWDM transmission system with high spectral efficiency. The simulations were conducted for different fiber's lengths to assess the impact of demultiplexer on the link performance in terms of Bit Error Rate (BER)

تؤكد الأطر النظرية على أن المظاهر المصاحبة لفترة المراهقة هي مظاهر كونية، وأن المراهق يمر طيلة هذه المرحلة بأزمات منها: أزمة في علاقته مع الكبار، في تحقيق هويته و إثبات ذاته، فبالرغم من أن التغيرات الفيزيولوجية التي يعيشها أي مراهق هي تغيرات ملموسة، إلا أن المراهقين يختلفون من حيث المعانات السيكولوجية والاجتماعية باختلاف الحضارات والثقافات التي يحيون فيها، و من هذا المنطلق جاءت دراستنا .The theoretical frameworks confirm that the teenagers live a lot of crises in this sensitive part of them live, which is it: in relationship with adults, construction of them identities, and proving themselves, control them desires, and other crises about ambition. In spite of, teenagers live a different physical change, which we can noted, but in the other side they live also psychological and social change, according to them environment and culture where they live. So, from this, our actual study will focus on teenagers in the " Sahrawi's" community

Évaluation des niveaux d’exposition et des effets sur la santé des travailleurs exposés aux poussières de bois dans la région de Sidi-Bel-Abbès en Algérie

ObjectifL’objectif de notre enquête est d’évaluer les risques et les niveaux d’exposition aux poussières de bois inhalables chez les travailleurs du bois. Méthode Une enquête descriptive de type transversal a été menée sur une période de sept mois allant de novembre 2007 à mai 2008, auprès des 100 menuiseries recensées au niveau de la wilaya de Sidi-Bel-Abbès. Seulement 87 entreprises ont répondu positivement à notre enquête, dont l’effectif total est de 620 menuisiers. La population étudiée est constituée de 400 artisans menuisiers, exclusivement de sexe masculin répondant au critère majeur d’inclusion à savoir ayant plus de 70 % de leurs temps annuels de travail en atelier. Les menuisiers en pose seule ainsi que les apprentis ont été exclus de notre étude. Un questionnaire médical pour chaque salarié et un questionnaire technique au niveau de chaque entreprise ont été remplis par le même médecin du travail chargé de l’enquête, cela nous a permis une meilleure connaissance des pratiques de ces salariés et d’établir un score d’exposition. La saisie et l’analyse des données ont été faites avec SPSS.11.5. Résultats Un risque collectif moyen a été évalué par le calcul des scores par entreprise. Les entreprises ont été classées en trois catégories de risque : fort–moyen–faible. L’âge moyen était de 39,11 ± 1,19 ans, l’ancienneté moyenne au poste est de 17,75 ± 0,98 ans. Les fumeurs représentaient 33,3 % de notre population dont 38,34 % supérieurs à 10 PA et avec 55 % des menuisiers qui travaillaient le bois dur. Les aspirations sur machines fixes existaient seulement dans 28 % versus 3 % sur machines portatives et uniquement 27 % des travailleurs utilisaient des moyens de protection individuels. L’obstruction nasale restait le signe le plus rapporté à 59 %. Conclusion Les scores laissent prévoir un empoussièrement excessif. Les signes irritatifs et allergiques sur le tractus des voies aériennes supérieures ont été observés. Axant nos priorités sur la prévention et la sensibilisation des menuisiers

Organizational justice and its relationship to the empowerment of workers in the Directorate of Electricity and Gas Distribution for the state of Laghouat - an exploratory study

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة طبيعة العلاقة بين العدالة التنظيمية وتمكين العاملين بمديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز لولاية الاغواط، وبلغت عينة الدراسة الاستطلاعية 30 مبحوثا من العاملين بالمنظمة محل الدراسة وزعت عشوائيا، كما اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وبهدف جمع البيانات تم استخدام اداة الدراسة الاستبيان المتمثلة في مقياس ليكيرت الخماسي، وبالاعتماد على اساليب التحليل الاحصائي الوصفي والمقاييس الاحصائية كالانحرافات المعيارية، معاملات الاختبار t-teste، المتوسطات الحسابية ومعاملات الارتباط بيرسون، توصلت الدراسة الى عدة نتائج اهمها انه توجد علاقة طردية موجبة قوية بين العدالة التنظيمية وتمكين العاملين بمديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بولاية الاغواط، وانه كلما كانت ممارسات العدالة التنظيمية بابعادها الثلاثة (عدالة توزيعية، عدالة اجرائية وعدالة تعاملية) زادت فعالية تمكين العاملين من خلال ابعاده الثلاث (فرق العمل،عملية تفويض السلطة والتدريب).This study aimed to find out the nature of the relationship between organizational justice and the empowerment of workers in the Directorate of Electricity and Gas Distribution of the state of Laghouat, and the sample of the exploratory study reached 30 respondents from the employees of the organization under study distributed randomly, and the study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and in order to collect data, the questionnaire study tool was used represented in the five-pointed Likert scale, and based on the methods of descriptive statistical analysis and statistical measures such as standard deviations, test coefficients t-teste, arithmetic averages and correlation coefficients Pearson, the study found several results, the most important of which is that there is a strong positive positive relationship between organizational justice and the empowerment of workers in the Directorate of Electricity and Gas Distribution in the state of Laghouat, and that the more organizational justice practices in their three dimensions (distributive justice, procedural justice and transactional justice), the more effective the empowerment of workers through its three dimensions (work teams, delegation of authority and training)
