ТЕОРЕТИЧЕСКИЕ ВОПРОСЫ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯ ИНВЕСТИЦИОННОГО РИСКА, ОСНОВНЫЕ ПРИЗНАКИ И КЛАССИФИКАЦИЯ

The article examines framework methodology of investment risk. The subject of the study are the basic theoretical positions directly related to the economic category of "investment risk". The purpose of this writing is the improvement of the methodology of the study of investment risk in the investment activity. This objective is to define the tasks, which consist in the formulation of the concept of "investment risk", the development of investment risk classification to provide investors with effective protection against such risks. The implementation  of the tasks will create conditions for the growth of investments in Russia. Currently, effective investment strategy for such an increase, is among the priority directions of development of the Russian economy.The article deals with logically interrelated study of basic economic categories, influencing directly on the investment risk. Author provided classification of investments in accordance with the level of risk. Examine the matter of the financial-economic category of the concept of "investment risk" and the classification of investment risks. Specified main features of the investment risk, which allowed to reveal specifics, which consists in the redistribution of capital in various types of assets in order to maximize profits or to obtain significant social effect.В статье исследуются основы методологии инвестиционного риска. Предметом изучения являются базовые теоретические положения, непосредственно связанные с экономической категорией «инвестиционный риск». Целью написания статьи служит совершенствование методологии исследования инвестиционного риска в процессе инвестиционной деятельности. Данная цель определила  задачи, которые состоят в формулировании  понятия «инвестиционный риск», разработке классификации инвестиционного риска для обеспечения инвесторов  эффективной защитой от таких рисков. Реализация поставленных  задач создаст условия для роста инвестиций в Россию. В настоящее время эффективная инвестиционная стратегия, направленная на такой рост, относится к числу приоритетных направлений развития экономики РФ.В статье наряду с логически взаимосвязанным исследованием основных экономических категорий, влияющих непосредственно на инвестиционный риск, была проведена автором классификация инвестиций в соответствии с уровнем риска. Изучена финансовоэкономическая категория понятия «инвестиционный риск» и дана классификация инвестиционных рисков. Определены основные признаки инвестиционного риска, что позволило раскрыть его специфику, которая заключается в перераспеделении капитала в различные виды активов с целью максимизации прибыли или получения значимого социального результата. Изученные в работе теоретические вопросы инвестиционной деятельности базируются на предложенной автором классификации инвестиционных рисков и сформулированных основных базовых понятиях этой сферы деятельности

THE NATIONS OF AFGHANISTAN AND CENTRAL ASIA: COMMONWEALTH OF HISTORICAL DESTINY

This paper is devoted to the analysis of the main stages of the emergence and development of contacts, as well as of the active interaction of the nations of Afghanistan and Central Asia (CA), from antiquity to the present. Due to its geographical position, complicated internal political situation and ethno-confessional mosaic, Afghanistan and the Central Asian states for a long time have been in the area of close attention of both global and regional powers. The relevance of the selected topic is due to the call to strengthen the CIS southern borders and create a culture of mutual neighborly co-operation, which is one of the priority tasks not only of the states of Central Asia, but also of Russia and China As the most important factor that can largely determine the future, the commonwealth of the historical destinies of Afghanistan and Central Asia is pointed out, with respect to the fact that representatives of ethnoses residing on both sides of the Panj and Amu Darya rivers has been interconnected for many centuries-and most of them are related. It is emphasized, that in the ancient period and the Middle Ages Afghanistan ties with Central Asia (including Kazakhstan and East Turkestan) had comprehensive and systematic character; thus, material culture, beliefs and customs-all formed, albeit peculiar, but in many respects similar or even identical complexes. A comparison of the archaeological, anthropological and historical-ethnographic materials of these regions suggests that already in the early antiquity they were pooled by the same model of the economy and general ethno-linguistic, cultural and historical traditions. Economic and cultural recovery, both of Afghanistan and Central Asia, from antiquity and the Middle Ages, until the XV century (the era of the Great Geographical Discoveries) were promoted by the routes of the Great Silk Road. It is concluded that through research and analysis of contacts and experience of interaction of various nations inhabiting the center of the Eurasian continent one can look at the deep roots of historical processes and find solutions to various contemporary problems taking into account the historical past
