An Approach to Recommend Pages to User after Path Completion
With the huge amount of data available on the web, the effective and timely search is most important aspects. Because of tremendous USAge of web the size of the log files are becoming huge day by day. Web Mining which is an application of data mining can be used to improve web performance by generating patterns in the log files. Web Pre-fetching based on recommendation can be used to improve web performance. This paper proposes an architecture that recommends pages to the user based on studying the browsing activity of the user and other user of same USAge profile and completing it in every aspects and then recommending the pages which can be pre-fetched to improve web performance. This paper proposes about the path completion which shows users interest and then recommending pages to the user which will result in effective recommendation

Effect of fillers and fire retardant compounds on hydroxy terminated polybutadiene based insulators
A series of polyurethane compositions have been formulated using hydroxy-terminated polybutadiene as polymeric binder and carbon black as a major filler. Various binder-to-filler ratios of the formulations were evaluated to get calendered sheets. The formulations have been characterised for pot-life and rollability and the calendered sheets for mechanical and thermal properties, bUm rate, glass transition temperature, shore hardness and density . The different fillers tried were varieties of carbon black as a major filler; metal oxides, silicates and organic compounds; and fire retardants, such as zinc borate, sodium metaborate, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and antimony trioxide. The structure and morphology of the fillers have been correlated with the properties. The optimised composition has been evaluated in an end-burning motor, as an insulator for case-bonded application, using a typical composite propellant. The results of interface bonding between the propellant and the insulator have also been presented
DEVELOPMENT AND VALIDATION OF UV SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC METHOD FOR ESTIMATION OF DARUNAVIR ETHANOLATE IN BULK AND TABLET DOSAGE FORM
Two simple, precise and economical UV methods have been developed for the estimation of Darunavir ethanolate (DRV) in bulk and pharmaceutical dosage form. Method A is Absorbance maxima method, which is based on measurement of absorption at maximum wavelength, 266 nm. Method B is area under curve (AUC), in the wavelength range of 255-275 nm. Linearity for detector response was observed in the concentration range of 3-18 ΓΒΌg/ml for the both methods. The developed method was validated with respect to linearity, accuracy (recovery), precision and specificity. The accuracy of the methods was assessed by recovery studies and was found to be 100.07% and 99.58% for Method A and Method B respectively. The results were validated statistically as per ICH Q2 R1 guidelines and were found to be satisfactory. The proposed methods were successfully applied for the determination of DRV in tablet dosage form
Knowledge and practices regarding oral rehydration therapy among mothers in rural area of Vasind,
ABSTRACT The oral rehydration therapy is the keystone of National Diarrhoeal Disease Control Programme. The packets of oral rehydration salts (ORS) are available at the Primary health centres as well as in chemist shops. There are depot holders of ORS packets in the community too. Most of the times the health care workers do not emphasise the role, benefi ts and method of preparation of ORS. As a result of this mothers do not know the right method of preparation of ORS and do not understand the need to give ORS to the child. To study awareness about ORS, depot holders of ORS and importance of ORS To study knowledge about preparation of ORS solution. Mothers whose children were in the age group of 0-5 years were interviewed. One hundred forty fi ve (89%) of mothers were aware about ORS. Only 39.31% of mothers knew that ORS replenishes the water lost during diarrhoea. 31.72% mothers felt that ORS stops loose motions .In spite of having correct knowledge of preparation many of them followed wrong practice of preparation. Demonstration of correct preparation of ORS solution should be inbuilt in the health education package of the Oral Rehydration Therapy for Diarrhoeal diseases. Health care providers must emphasise about the role of ORS in prevention of dehydration so that mothers give ORS to the child. Keywords: ORS, Diarrhoea, role of ORS. According to the Community Needs assessment survey carried out in March 2004, the total number of mothers of children less than 5 yrs of age were 1055. 15% of these mothers were interviewed (N=163). The mothers were interviewed by the investigator using a pretested semi structured interview schedule. INCLUSION CRITERIA Mother whose child less than 5 years of age had suffered from an episode of diarrhoea (passage of loose, liquid or watery stools > 3 times in a day) at least once in past 3 months. Operational defi nition of correct knowledge of ORS preparation In this study the term correct knowledge of preparation of ORS implies the preparation of ORS using the right amount of water and ORS powder. RESULTS 145 (89%) of mothers were aware about ORS. Out of these 102(70%) were aware of ORS packets to be prepared in 1 litre of water, 23 (16%) were aware about small sachets to be prepared in 200 ml of water and 20 (14%) were aware of both
DEVELOPMENT AND VALIDATION OF UV SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC METHODS FOR ESTIMATION OF ATAZANAVIR SULPHATE IN BULK AND TABLET DOSAGE FORM
Two simple, accurate, precise and cost effective UV-Spectrophotometric methods have been developed for estimation of Atazanavir sulphate (ATV), an anti-HIV drug, in bulk and pharmaceutical dosage form. Method A is Absorbance maxima method, which is based on measurement of absorption at maximum wavelength, 247nm. Method B is Area under Curve (AUC), in wavelength range of 240-254nm. The linear responses were observed in the range of 5- 40 ΓΒΌg/ml for both the methods, with the regression coefficient of 0.9996 and 0.9997 respectively. The accuracy of the methods was assessed by recovery studies and was found to be 100.56% and 100.86% respectively. The developed methods were validated for different parameters like linearity, accuracy (recovery), precision and specificity, as per the ICH Q2 R1 (International Conference for Harmonization) guidelines and were found to be satisfactory. These methods can be used for the determination of Atazanavir sulphate in bulk and formulation without interference of the excipients
pH of soil of Majalgaon command area (Jayakwadi project stage-III), India
Present paper deals with the study of pH of soil of Majalgoan command area, India. pH varied from 7.55 to 8.98 in different soil types and showed increased trend with depth in most of the profiles
Polyurethane Based Inhibition for High Flame Temperature Nitramine Based Composite Modified Double Base propellant
The findings for polypropylene glycol (PPG) and hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene (HTPB)-based inhibition systems are reported. These findings established that the inhibition system comprising HTPB-IPDI-IDP binder and Sb/sub 2/O/sub 3/-C black filler is most suitable for advanced nitramine-based composite modified double-base propellants in terms of mechanical properties and processibility. The promising composition was characterised for glass-transition behaviour and propellant-inhibition bond strength. Propellant grains inhibited with selected formulations were subjected to static evaluation at extreme temperatures and limited aging studies to obtain data of practical value
