    Gestão Ambiental é um dos campos de estudo da administração que tem se destacado na atualidade, tendo em vista a crescente preocupação das empresas e sociedade com o uso dos recursos ambientais nas atividades econômicas. Portanto, considerando a relevância do tema, a proposta é discutir teoricamente sobre de que forma a educação ambiental e os aspectos da gestão de pessoas no que se refere a treinamento e desenvolvimento são aplicados, assim entender de que forma a comunidade acadêmica percebe a aplicação da política ambiental voltada para a educação ambiental tendo como campo de estudo o Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Piauí (IFPI – Campus Piripiri). Por isso, o presente trabalho justificou-se pela busca de evidenciar as ações e a política ambiental desenvolvida e aplicada pelo Instituto Federal do Piauí (IFPI – Campus Piripiri) no que se refere a educação ambiental.     Plasticity of Mesenchymal Stem Cells from Mouse Bone Marrow in the Presence of Conditioned Medium of the Facial Nerve and Fibroblast Growth Factor-2

    A number of evidences show the influence of the growth of injured nerve fibers in peripheral nervous system as well as potential implant stem cells (SCs). The SCs implementation in the clinical field is promising and the understanding of proliferation and differentiation is essential. This study aimed to evaluate the plasticity of mesenchymal SCs from bone marrow of mice in the presence of culture medium conditioned with facial nerve explants and fibroblast growth factor-2 (FGF-2). The growth and morphology were assessed for over 72 hours. Quantitative phenotypic analysis was taken from the immunocytochemistry for glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP), protein OX-42 (OX-42), protein associated with microtubule MAP-2 (MAP-2), protein β-tubulin III (β-tubulin III), neuronal nuclear protein (NeuN), and neurofilament 200 (NF-200). Cells cultured with conditioned medium alone or combined with FGF-2 showed morphological features apparently similar at certain times to neurons and glia and a significant proliferative activity in groups 2 and 4. Cells cultivated only with conditioned medium acquired a glial phenotype. Cells cultured with FGF-2 and conditioned medium expressed GFAP, OX-42, MAP-2, β-tubulin III, NeuN, and NF-200.     A Theoretical and Experimental Study for Enzymatic Biodiesel Production from Babassu Oil (<i>Orbignya</i> sp.) Using Eversa Lipase

    A theoretical and experimental study was carried out on the biocatalytic production of babassu biodiesel through enzymatic hydroesterification. The complete hydrolysis of babassu oil was carried out using a 1:1 mass solution at 40 °C for 4 h using 0.4% of lipase from Thermomyces lanuginosus (TLL). Then, with the use of Eversa® Transform 2.0 lipase in the esterification step, a statistical design was used, varying the temperature (25–55 °C), the molar ratio between free fatty acids (FFAs) and methanol (1:1 to 1:9), the percentage of biocatalyst (0.1% to 0.9%), and the reaction time (1–5 h) using the Taguchi method. The ideal reaction levels obtained after the statistical treatment were 5 h of reaction at 40 °C at a molar ratio of 1:5 (FFAs/methanol) using 0.9% of the biocatalyst. These optimal conditions were validated by chromatographic analysis; following the EN 14103 standard, the sample showed an ester concentration of 95.76%. A theoretical study was carried out to evaluate the stability of Eversa with FFAs. It was observed in the molecular docking results that the ligands interacted directly with the catalytic site. Through molecular dynamics studies, it was verified that there were no significant conformational changes in the studied complexes.     SENTIMENTO ATRIBUÍDO PELO ALUNO DE ENFERMAGEM NO FINAL DA GRADUAÇÃO

    Objectives: To understand the feelings of the students of the final year of the nursing program during the Supervised Internship in Primary and Secondary Care, identifying their expectations, based on theoretical and practical knowledge. Method: Qualitative research, applied through a semi-structured survey, and a sample of 22 students enrolled in the supervised internship course in a private university situated in the south of Minas Gerais. The data obtained during the collection of data were analyzed and categorized according to content analysis Minayo. Results: It was found that undergraduates are mostly young, female, have PROUNI or FIES scholarship. From the speeches emerged as learning different feelings, insecurity, anxiety, satisfaction, dissatisfaction and frustration.. Conclusion: The work can contribute to the appreciation of the feelings experienced by students during the stages from the teacher. It is suggested that this reinforces the feelings of trust, commitment to the profession and reflection about the course and especially in relation to the patient. Descriptors: Nursing Students; Clinic Internship; Feelings.Objetivos: compreender os sentimentos dos graduandos do último ano do curso de enfermagem durante o período de Estágio Supervisionado em Atenção Primária e Secundária, identificando suas expectativas, embasado em conhecimentos teóricos e práticos. Método: Pesquisa qualitativa, realizada através de aplicação de questionário semiestruturado, a partir de amostra composta por 22 alunos, matriculados na disciplina Estágio Supervisionado de Universidade Privada do Sul de Minas Gerais. Os dados obtidos durante a coleta de dados foram analisados e categorizados segundo análise de conteúdo segundo Minayo. Resultados: Constatou-se que os graduandos são em sua maioria jovens, do sexo feminino, possuem bolsa PROUNI ou FIES. Das falas emergiram diferentes sentimentos como aprendizagem, insegurança, ansiedade, satisfação, insatisfação e frustração. Conclusão: O trabalho pode contribuir na valorização dos sentimentos vivenciados pelos alunos durante os estágios por parte do professor. Sugere-se que esse reforce os sentimentos de confiança, de comprometimento com a profissão e reflexão com relação ao curso e especialmente, em relação ao paciente. Descritores: Estudantes de Enfermagem; Estágio Clínico; Emoções.
