Contrast Enhancement of UV Absorption and Improved Biochip Imaging
International audienceBiochip using UV absorption for selective DNA or proteins imaging may take advantage of sensitivity enhancement thanks to either multilayer structures or grating structures. We discuss the interest of coupled angular and spectral illumination
Light-ion beam for microelectronic applications
In this paper we describe the structure and the composition of (Al,Ga)N/GaN Bragg reflectors obtained from Rutherford backscattering spectroscopy. Bragg reflectors constitute a part of blue ( = 450 nm) resonant cavity light emitting diodes. To improve the measurement accuracy, three tilt angles have been used (10\degres, 25\degres and 50\degres). In a second part of the paper, ion beam induced charges study has been carried out, with a 2 MeV He micro-beam, on metal–semiconductor–metal UV photodetectors. Results have been taken into account for the design of the photodetector electrodes
Chromosomal mapping of the pel and cel genes in Erwinia chrysanthemi strain B374
Using the RP4:mini-Mu in vivo cloning technique, van Gijsegem et al. (1985) isolated several pel and cel genes of Erwinia chrysanthemi (Ech) B374 strain. We have localized these genes on the Ech chromosome by co-transfer mapping of Mud11734 insertion mutants and refined the map by co-transposition analysis. This analysis has enabled us to identify another cel gene.SCOPUS: ar.jFLWNAinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishe
