Learning organization is a group of people who expands their capability perpetually to create their desired outcome. The learning is able to construct their new thinking model, establish an accord of collective aspiration unreservedly, and build a learning process group repeatedly. The aim of this study was to analysize the relationship between learning organization and self improvement of nurses in RSI Jakarta Cempaka Putih . The design was aobsevasional analitic with crossectional approach. Using Sampling wassystematicrandom samplingwith anumber of228 people. Retrievalof data using aquestionnaireinstrument. The instruments ware learning organization and self improvement questionare. The finding indicated that 56,6% of the nurses perception of learning organization were good, and 62,7% of their improvement were excellence. It was concluded that there was a significance correlation between learning organization and self improvement. The learning organization perception of them had strong relationship with learning dynamic, empowering human resources, managing knowledge. According to the workforce powerful, the manager is supposed to set up a group of learning, organize learning dynamic through training and increase nurses role in order to gets their self achievement

The credibility of a leader of the religious symbolic greatly influenced by the publicity given by the media. This study discusses the credibility of KH. Fuad Amin (religious symbolic figures) are involved in corruption cases among students at the University of Madura Dr. Soetomo. Discussion of the issue studied by the theories that exist in the communication disciplines. The underlying theory is a theory of leadership, theories about the mass media, the theory of leadership credibility. The method used in this research is the method of "explanatory survey" that is research taking sample from a population and using a questionnaire as a data collection tool that subject. The sample used in this study is the total population that uses the entire population of Madura active student studying at the University Dr. Soetomo. From the calculation of statistical tests performed show that there is a significantly lower influence of the weak or between reporting cases of corruption KH. Fuad Amin with the symbolic leaders of religious credibility. This is evidenced by the statistical test by using correlation analysis, where the r value of 0.276

Sports in modern civilization is that physical activity has many benefits for human life, such as health, education, recreation and achievements. Sports Injuries may affect all parts of the body, especially the areas that have the function of motion or become the foundation for the move, which is characterized by symptoms of pain, swelling, bruising, abrasions, chipped and broken bones. The cause of injury in sports activities caused by internal factors such as how to exercise less precise, lack of stretching against certain muscles as the prime mover, the strength of which is so low, heating and cooling are not exactly likely to lead to complaints of pain that will be felt 24 to 28 hours after exercise. The lightest sports injuries or complaints of pain tired and lethargic prolonged. The most severe form of motor function loss due to a muscle injury or fracture. If the condition is not handled properly, can certainly interfere with the activity of life and health in general. In the rehabilitation for sports injuries has provided a service in the form of therapy that can help the sportsman time suffered injuries from the sport activitie

Developing an object detection and gripping mechanism algorithm using machine learning

Localizing and recognition of objects are critical problems for indoor manipulation tasks. This paper describes an algorithm based on computer vision and machine learning that does object detection and gripping tasks. Detection of objects is carried out using a combination of a camera and depth sensor using a Kinect v1 depth sensor. Moreover, machine learning algorithms (YOLO) are used for computer vision. The project presents a method that allows the Kinect sensor to detect objects' 3D location. At the same time, it is attached to any robotic arm base, allowing for a more versatile and compact solution to be used in stationary places using industrial robot arms or mobile robots. The results show an error of locating an object to be 5 mm. and more than 70% confidence in detecting objects correctly. There are many possibilities in which this project can be used, such as in industrial fields, to sort, load, and unload different kinds of objects based on their type, size, and shape. In agriculture fields, to collect or sort different kinds of fruits, in kitchens and cafes where sorting objects like cups, bottles, and cans can occur. Also, this project can be added to mobile robots to do indoor human services or collect trash from different places

Collective decision making in dynamic environments

Abstract: Collective decision making is the ability of individuals to jointly make a decision without any centralized leadership, but only relying on local interactions. A special case is represented by the best-of-n problem, whereby the swarm has to select the best option among a set of n discrete alternatives. In this paper, we perform a thorough study of the best-of-n problem in dynamic environments, in the presence of two options (n=2). Site qualities can be directly measured by agents, and we introduce abrupt changes to these qualities. We introduce two adaptation mechanisms to deal with dynamic site qualities: stubborn agents and spontaneous opinion switching. Using both computer simulations and ordinary differential equation models, we show that: (i) The mere presence of the stubborn agents is enough to achieve adaptability, but increasing its number has detrimental effects on the performance; (ii) the system adaptation increases with increasing swarm size, while it does not depend on agents’ density, unless this is below a critical threshold; (iii) the spontaneous switching mechanism can also be used to achieve adaptability to dynamic environments, and its key parameter, the probability of switching, can be used to regulate the trade-off between accuracy and speed of adaptation
