    Mass-dimensional charakteristics of wind-driven powerplants with horizontal axis of rotation of wind wheel

    В роботі проведено аналіз базових конструкцій вітроенергетичних установок з горизонтальною віссю обертання вітроколеса. Проведено порівняння маси, об'єму та енергоефективності цих установок. З'я-совано що найбільшу масу має вітроустановка, виконана за безредукторної схемою і вона ж забезпечує отримання найбільшого к.к.д. Схеми з редуктором і генератором на осі вітроколеса дозволяють майже в два рази зменшити масу вітроустановки в порівнянні з безредукторної схемою при близькому, хоча дещо меншому значенні к.к.д. Найменшу масу мають генератори вітроустановки у разі розміщення їх на лопатях вітроколеса, проте к.к.д. установки помітно менше в порівнянні з безредукторної і редукторного схемами. Схема з безконтактним струмознімачем дозволить підвищити надійність роботи вітроустановки і рівень вихідної напруги при зниженні маси її елементів порівняно редукторних схем. Комбінована схема вітроустановки дає можливість значно знизити її масу в порівнянні з редукторні схемами і отримати два незалежних джерела електроенергії..В работе проведен анализ базовых конструкций ветроэнергетических установок с горизонтальной осью вращения ветроколеса. Проведено сравнение массы, объема и энергоэффективности этих установок. Выяснено что наибольшую массу имеет ветроустановка, выполненная по безредукторной схеме и она же обеспечивает получение наибольшего к.п.д. Схемы с редуктором и генератором на оси ветроколеса позволяют почти в два раза уменьшить массу ветроустановки по сравнению с безредукторной схемой при близком, хотя несколько меньшем значении к.п.д. Наименьшую массу имеют генераторы ветроустановки в случае размещения их на лопастях ветроколеса, однако к.п.д. установки заметно меньше по сравнению с безредукторной и редукторными схемами. Схема с бесконтактным токосъемником позволит повысить надежность работы ветроустановки и уровень выходного напряжения при снижении массы её элементов сравнительно редукторных схем. Комбинированная схема ветроустановки дает возможность значительно снизить её массу по сравнению с редукторными схемами и получить два независимых источника электроэнергии

    Zinc oxide-nickel cermet selective coatings obtained by sequential electrodeposition

    The investigation of pulse electrodepositing modes influence on crystal structure, morphology and optical properties of ZnO has revealed the conditions in which quasi-one-dimensional (1D) ZnO nanorod arrays are formed as separate nanorods. Due to a sufficiently high resistance of zinc oxide, the electrodeposition of nickel on the fluorine doped tin oxide (FTO)/ZnO surfaces carried out in space between the ZnO nanorods. An incomplete filling of the gaps between nanorods by the nickel nanoparticles through subsequent Ni electrodeposition ensured the creation of ZnO–Ni graded cermets. The cermets, in which electrochemical filling of the spaces between ZnO nanorods by Ni, was performed in the pulse mode. It provided higher absorption of visible and near IR light. It was shown that the manufactured ZnO–Ni graded cermets have high light absorption combined with comparatively low thermal losses, so these cermets are promising cheap and affordable selective coatings for solar heat collectors

    Acute otitis externa in children: causes, diagnosis, treatment, clinical report

    Acute otitis externa is a common disease in the pediatric population, characterized by diffuse inflammation of the external auditory canal. Typical symptoms of acute otitis externa include otology, itching, congestion, and a feeling of fullness in the sore ear. In the case of active inflammation, the process can go to the tympanic membrane, and acute otitis media will join the external one. Primary therapy for diffuse uncomplicated acute otitis externa should include a local antimicrobial drug, without systemic antibiotic therapy. Topical therapy with antibacterial drugs in combination with anesthetics is the most rational. A clinical case of a 12-year-old patient with acute diffuse otitis externa and otitis media with effusion; acute nasopharyngitis; and adenoiditis, which was established based on anamnesis and clinical data is presented. Complex therapy was prescribed, which included local antibiotic therapy with a complex topical drug for the treatment of imperforated otitis externa and imperforated otitis media. At reexamination 5 days later, the patient demonstrated positive dynamics, pain in the left ear was eliminated. In cases of uncomplicated diffuse otitis externa, as well as in cases of its combination with otitis media with effusion, topical antibiotic therapy is a major priority. It should be borne in mind that the topical medication is more effective with the cleansing of the external auditory canal from inflammatory secretion. If it is used correctly, it would provide positive dynamics without systemic antibiotic prescription. It preserves the microbiome and mobilizes the body’s defenses. The application of complex topical antibiotic drugs can be widely recommended in pediatric practice

    IDENTIFICATION OF GEOCHEMICAL MARKERS OF VOLCANISM BY THE CLUSTER ANALYSIS FOR THE BOTTOM SEDIMENTS OF THE THERMAL LAKE FUMAROLNОЕ ACCORDING TO SR-XRF

    We carried out layer-by-layer scanning (with a step of 1 mm) of the bottom sediments of the thermal lake Fumarolnое with SR-XRF (X-ray fluorescence analysis using synchrotron radiation). The lake is located in the caldera of the Uzon volcano (Kamchatka). The section of the bottom sediments of lake IV Fumarolnое covering the time interval from 260 AD to 2012 is diverse in chemical and mineral composition. Two pyroclastic horizons are observed. The chemical composition of the bottom sediments showed the presence of different layers in which such chemical elements as: Ca, Sr, As, Sb, Mo. Cluster analysis performed for chemical elements revealed the boundaries of layers with different geochemical characteristics. The boundaries of these layers coincide with the horizons identified by mineralogical analysis. At the same time, statistical methods of geochemical data processing allowed unambiguously identifying pyroclastic horizons by elemental composition. We show that the data of SR-XRF analysis in conjunction with cluster analysis can be used to separate the gravity core into layers. The data are in good agreement with the separation data into layers using mineralogical methods

    The study of crises is one of the most important areas of economic science. Sanctions against Russia in 2022 have led to significant functional and structural shifts in the national economy. Effective anti-crisis management in crisis conditions becomes one of the main directions of its overcoming in Russian economy. The issues of improving the mechanism of crisis management at the present historical stage are actualised. The purpose is study of anti-crisis management methods for the development of an effective anti-crisis mechanism. Objectives is to study the existing methods of anti-crisis management in the light of international experience. The authors used methods of analysis, synthesis and comparison, and abstract-logical method in the research. The analytical method of information processing, synthesis and deduction of theoretical aspects of the concept of crisis and crisis management was carried out. A study of methods of crisis management, considering international experience, systematization and analysis of existing principles of state crisis management of the economy was carried out. The content and role of modern methods of crisis management deserves special attention. In the context of the sanctions announced against Russia, it is necessary to develop more advanced approaches to crisis management.     Past distribution of Tilia-feeding Phyllonorycter micromoth (Lepidoptera: Gracillariidae) in the Russian Far East based on survey of historical herbarium

    Distribution data of Tilia-feeding Phyllonorycter in the Russian Far East have been retrieved from a century-old Tilia herbarium stored in Vladivostok. Overall, 280 typical mines of Phyllonorycter, some with larvae and pupae, were found on 61 out of 799 herbarized specimens of Tilia spp. collected in Khabarovskii krai and Primorskii krai. For the first time, the presence of Tilia-feeding Phyllonorycter has been documented in Amurskaya oblast and Jewish Autonomous oblast. High densities of the leafminer have been recorded on Tilia amurensis sampled in Khabarovskii krai and Primorskii krai between 1937 and 2005 suggesting a population dynamics with recurrent outbreaks. Our results confirm the importance of historical herbarium collections in studying trophic interactions and invasion ecology of folivore organisms

    В статті проводиться дослідження колекторської діяльності в Україні, приведенні аргументи «за» та «проти» розвитку даного виду фінансової діяльності, переваги та недоліки на сьогодні. Зроблено порівняння відповідно до розвитку колекторських агентств в Україні, Європі та США. Досліджено ринок колекторських послуг, визначено попит та пропозицію даного виду послуг. Метою дослідження є розгляд проблемних аспектів колекторської, банківської та законодавчої діяльності. Дослідження доводить, що розвиток колекторського бізнесу в Україні є актуальним і перспективним. Тому для подальшого успішного розвитку та становлення необхідно створити належну нормативно-правову базу, яка б на належному рівні регулювала діяльність колекторських служб; створити програму підготовки фахівців для роботи в даній сфері; запозичити європейський досвід роботи з проблемною заборгованістю та, як наслідок – колекторну етику; налагодити взаємозв’язки між кредиторами та колекторами тощо. Подальшого вивчення потребує антиколеторний бізнес та його взаємодія з колекторними службами.The paper conducted analyzing collector activity in Ukraine, bringing the arguments «for» and «cons» of this type of financial activity, the advantages and disadvantages for today. Analyzed the level of progress for collector agencies in Ukraine, Europe and the USA. Investigated the market of collector services, defined demand and supply of this type of service. The analyze is the consideration of the problematic aspects of collector, banking and legal activities. Research shows that the collector business development in Ukraine is important and promising. Therefore, for the further successful development and formation to create a proper legal framework that would properly regulate the activities of collector services, a program of training for work in this area; borrow European experience of arrears and, as a consequence - Collector ethics; establish the relationship between creditors and collectors and so on. Further study needs antycolector business and its interaction with collector services.В статье проводится исследование коллекторской деятельности в Украине, приведенные аргументы «за» и «против» развития данного вида финансовой деятельности, преимущества и недостатки на сегодня. Сделано сравнение в соответствии с развитием коллекторских агентств в Украине, Европе и США. Исследован рынок коллекторских услуг, определен спрос и предложение данного вида услуг. Целью исследования является рассмотрение проблемных аспектов коллекторской, банковской и законодательной деятельности. Исследование доказывает, что развитие коллекторского бизнеса в Украине является актуальным и перспективным. Поэтому для дальнейшего успешного развития и становления необходимо создать надлежащую нормативно-правовую базу, которая бы на должном уровне регулировала деятельность коллекторских служб; создать программу подготовки специалистов для работы в данной сфере; позаимствовать европейский опыт работы с проблемной задолженностью и, как следствие – коллекторскую этику; наладить взаимосвязи между кредиторами и коллекторами.     Solution-processed flexible broadband ZnO photodetector modified by Ag nanoparticles

    In this work, we present flexible broadband photodetectors (PDs) fabricated by a deposition of nanostructured zinc oxide (ZnO) films on polyimide (PI) substrates by using cheap and scalable aqueous method Successive Ionic Layer Adsorption and Reaction (SILAR). In order to increase the long-wavelength absorption of the nanostructured ZnO layer, we created its intrinsic defects, including oxygen vacancies by post-treatment at 300 °C in vacuum and thus the light-sensitive material ZnO/PI was obtained. Then we applied silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs) from a silver sol onto a nanostructured ZnO film, which were visualized using SEM in the form of spheres up to 100 nm in size that increased the photocurrent and figures of merit of thus obtained light-sensitive material ZnO_Ag/PI due to localized surface plasmon resonance and double Schottky barriers at the Ag-ZnO interface. To fabricate photodetectors based on a photoconductive effect, these ZnO/PI and ZnO_Ag/PI materials were equipped with ohmic aluminum contacts. The spectral responsivity (Rλ up to 275 A/W to UV light) of solution-processed flexible broadband photodetector based on ZnO_Ag/PI material at different wavelengths of light and light power densities is better than Rλ of the ZnO/PI photodetector, and at least an order of magnitude higher than Rλ of photodetectors based on nanostructured zinc oxide described in recent articles. The external quantum efficiency (EQE) of both PDs in this study in UV–Vis-NIR spectra is very high in the range from 1∙102 to 9∙104 % and is better or of the same order of magnitude as the EQE data of modern flexible broadband high-sensitivity PDs based on nanostructured heterostructures containing ZnO. The specific detectivity in UV–Vis-NIR spectra is large for ZnO/PI (from 3.5∙1010 to 1∙1012 Jones) and especially for ZnO_Ag/PI (from 1.6∙1011 to 8.6∙1013 Jones), which indicates the ability of the PDs based on light-sensitive materials ZnO/PI and ZnO_Ag/PI to recognize a very weak light signal
