With the continuous advancement of material civilization, the life values of college students appeared alienation. More and more students did not know how to face pressure and seek help; someone was to end their lives to solve the problem. Obliviously, life education was the urgent and necessary need in China. Therefore, the author explored the feasibility of life education from the angle of social work practice (such as the “group work”). Analysis of Additives in Milk Powders with SPE-HPLC or 2D-HPLC Method

Dairy products are beneficial to human health, especially for formula-fed newborns. According to the regulation of FDA and China national food safety standard, food additives such as benzoic acid, sorbic acid, natamycin, lysozyme, saccharin sodium, and aspartame are not permitted to be added to milk powder. So, the establishment of accurate and convenient methods for the analysis of these food additives in milk powder is critical to people’s health. For the reason of the complex matrix of infant milk powders, we compared six sample pretreatment methods (liquid-liquid extraction, organic precipitation, heavy precipitation, and three different solid-phase extraction (SPE) methods (C18, HLB, MAX)) from recovery, easy operation, time cost, and organic solvent usage aspects. Finally, Poly-Sery HLB cartridge was confirmed as the most appropriate material for its high recovery and time cost merits. We are also introducing two-dimensional liquid chromatography (2DLC) method for the simultaneous determination of five major proteins and seven food additives in milk powders. Optimization of switching mode, choice of columns, mobile phase, and flow speed was discussed. We also compared limit of detection (LOD), recovery, and sample treatment with the results of high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results show that 2DLC is simpler, faster, and more accurate than the HPLC method

Algebraic description of anharmonic stretching vibrations

A U(2) algebraic model is presented to describe stretching vibrations of XYn_n (n=2, 3, and 4) systems, where anharmonic interactions between the bond modes are considered. This model in a limit corresponds to an anharmonically coupled local mode model. As an example, the model for a molecule XY4_4 is applied to recently observed spectra of methane in both gas and liquid phases, and the results obtained are in good agreement with the experiments

ASSESSING THE IMPACT OF INNOVATION GENERATION ON ADAPTABILITY IN ELECTRONIC SUPPLY CHAINS

    Get PDF
This paper aims to examine how information technology infrastructure flexibility interacts with innovation generation influencing the adaptability in electronic supply chains. A novel research model comprises three constructs and three research hypotheses, with innovation generation as mediating constructs. The empirical study is conducted on electronic supply chains, with data collected from Taiwan’s manufacturing firms. The findings of the study provide useful insights into how electronic supply chain members should reinforce their open innovation via enhancing the innovation generation and in turn enhance the adaptability for the electronic supply chain as a whole

Genesis, controlling factors and geological significance of low resistivity in Late Paleozoic transitional coal measures in Eastern North China

Low-resistance layers are common in Late Paleozoic transitional coal measures in eastern North China. To clarify their genesis types, controlling factors and geological significance can fully reveal the geological information contained therein, which is of positive significance for the evaluation and exploration deployment of oil and gas resources in the relevant layers. Taking the low-resistance layers in the Taiyuan and Shanxi Formation in eastern North China as research object, their genesis types, controlling factors and geological significance were investigated based on the comprehensive use of cores, thin sections, SEM, carbon and oxygen isotopes and logging data. The results show that low-resistance layers in the Late Paleozoic transitional coal measures in eastern North China are mainly developed in the Tai 1 Member and the Shan 2 Member, and the genesis types include thin interbedding of sandstone and mudstone, high bound water volume and the development of conductive minerals, sedimentation and diagenesis control the formation of the low-resistance layers. The low resistivity of the Tai 1 Member can be attributed to thin interbedding of sandstone and mudstone and high bound water volume, tidal stratification and abundant micro-pore caused by tidal action promote the formation of low resistance in Tai 1 member under the barrier coast background. The low resistivity of the Shan 2 Member can be attributed to the dense development of siderite, stably reducing environment in water column and diagenetic evolution of sedimentary organic matter jointly control the formation of low resistance in the Shan 2 Member under the delta background. The low resistivity and high capillary bound water volume of the Tai 1 Member indicates tidal flat deposition, suggesting that the sedimentary evolution of the Taiyuan Formation is a process of regression, which is in response to the rapid expansion of Gondwana glacier and rapid global sea level fall in the early stage of early Permian. The low resistivity and high photoelectric absorption cross-section index of the Shan 2 Member indicates deltaic front deposition, suggesting that the Shanxi Formation consists of one phase of delta deposition

DeepChannel: Salience Estimation by Contrastive Learning for Extractive Document Summarization

We propose DeepChannel, a robust, data-efficient, and interpretable neural model for extractive document summarization. Given any document-summary pair, we estimate a salience score, which is modeled using an attention-based deep neural network, to represent the salience degree of the summary for yielding the document. We devise a contrastive training strategy to learn the salience estimation network, and then use the learned salience score as a guide and iteratively extract the most salient sentences from the document as our generated summary. In experiments, our model not only achieves state-of-the-art ROUGE scores on CNN/Daily Mail dataset, but also shows strong robustness in the out-of-domain test on DUC2007 test set. Moreover, our model reaches a ROUGE-1 F-1 score of 39.41 on CNN/Daily Mail test set with merely 1/1001 / 100 training set, demonstrating a tremendous data efficiency.Comment: AAAI-1
