El texto presenta un análisis sobre los cambios en las formas de lo político en escuelas secundarias argentinas. Los autores emplean los conceptos de cultura política, posiciones docentes y actores plurales para rastrear expresiones y articulaciones en la esfera pública que combinan elementos de tradiciones políticas con otros apropiados y creados por las nuevas generaciones, en interacción con el mundo adulto y las transformaciones sociopolíticas del país. Se retoman datos de investigaciones cualitativas de 2004, 2006, 2009 y 2011 en diálogo con publicaciones recientes, para cuestionar lugares comunes acerca de lo político en la escuela, tales como las supuestas entradas y salidas automáticas de los jóvenes en la política, e identificar dinámicas subyacentes a formas políticas inéditas que muchas veces escapan a la mirada de los investigadores.This text presents an analysis of the changes political traditions in Argentine secondary schools during the last eleven years. Estado del arte en robótica cooperativa aplicada al rescate de víctimas

The present article, in the context of a documentary research carried out and interpreted to be taken as a baseline in research for the ROMA Autonomous Mobile Robotics Group of the Francisco José de Caldas District University, describes the state of art of the applied RC to the rescue of victims. The revision is established chronologically in the last fifteen years; in Latin America; and focused mainly in Colombia. They are used as sources: The Google Schoolar database, and articles from the electronic engineering journals indexed for the year 2017 in COLCIENCIAS. As a product thrown, a particular model of communication technology used in CR is presented in the Colombian context.El presente artículo, en el contexto de una investigación documental realizada e interpretada para que fuera tomada como línea de base en investigaciones para el grupo de Robótica Móvil Autónoma ROMA de la Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas, describe el estado de arte de la RC aplicada al rescate de víctimas. Se establece cronológicamente la revisión en los últimos quince años; en Latinoamérica; y enfocada principalmente en Colombia. La usabilidad y omnicanalidad en la intención de compra del consumidor online

Los cambios en el comportamiento de consumo impulsan el crecimiento del comercio electrónico y a su vez la intención de compra vía online. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo evaluar la relación de la usabilidad y omnicanalidad con la intención de compra del consumidor online en el sector retail en Colombia, para lo cual se encuestaron a 369 consumidores colombianos, mayores de 18 años, evaluando las características de la usabilidad como satisfacción, eficiencia, memorización, facilidad de aprendizaje y error; y de omnicanalidad la integración de los productos, promoción, calidad y sentimientos de servicio a través del canal online. De acuerdo con los resultados obtenidos a través de la estadística de regresión, la usabilidad y la omnicanalidad como variables independientes influyen positivamente en la intención de compra como variable dependiente. A través del coeficiente de Pearson en la matriz de correlaciones después de los análisis de fiabilidad y validez, para analizar la relación lineal entre las variables y sus constructos, resulta concluyente la correlación entre la usabilidad y sus componentes en la intención de compra, así como la certeza de que la omnicanalidad es una variable que influencie altamente la intención de compra.1. The objective of this research is to evaluate the relationship between usability and omnichannel with the purchase intention of the online consumer in the retail sector in Colombia, for which 369 Colombian consumers, over 18 years of age, were surveyed, evaluating the characteristics of usability as satisfaction, efficiency, memorization, ease of learning and error; and omnichannel integration of products, promotion, quality and feelings of service through the online channel. According the results obtained through of regression statistics, usability and omnichannel as independent variables positively influence the purchase intention as a dependent variable. Through the Pearson coefficient in the correlation matrix after the reliability and validity analyses, to analyze the linear relationship between the variables and their constructs, the correlation between usability and its components in the purchase intention is conclusive, as well as the certainty that omnichannel is a variable that highly influences the purchase intention.Maestrí

La nueva reglamentación fiscal de las entidades sin ánimo de lucro y su aplicabilidad a las BIC

Este trabajo de grado desarrolla tres puntos fundamentales: 1. La normativa que actualmente deben observar las ESAL, particularmente los requisitos que deben acreditar para considerarse como tal y para pertenecer al régimen tributario especial. 2. La Ley 1819 de 2016 y los beneficios tributarios a los que las ESAL pueden acceder actualmente siempre y cuando obtengan su calificación como contribuyentes del régimen tributario especial, haciendo mención en este punto a la cláusula general anti abuso que se implementó con el fin de evitar que entidades diferentes se acojan indebidamente a estos beneficios. 3. Las Sociedades de Beneficio e Interés Colectivo (en adelante “BIC”). En este aparte evidenciamos como esta figura es una gran oportunidad para impulsar la consecución de fines meritorios propios de las ESAL sin dejar de lado el interés económico que pretenden los accionistas de una sociedad comercial, y, a modo propositivo, planteamos los beneficios tributarios que, a nuestro juicio, se podrían adaptar del régimen tributario especial destinado, hoy en día, exclusivamente para las ESAL. Es necesario aclarar que este trabajo de grado se realizó de conformidad con la Ley 1819 de 2016 vigente en su totalidad en la fecha en que fue presentado. The current regulation of the non-profit making bodies “ESAL” and the requirements that shall be met in order to belong to the special tax regime in Colombia. 2. The Law 1819, 2016th, and the tax benefits granted to the non-profit making bodies that belongs to the special tax regime in Colombia. In this apart, we mention the Anti-Abuse General Clause implemented in our legislation to avoid that other companies that are not non-profit making bodies take advantage of the tax benefits from the special tax regime. 3. The Benefit and Collective Interest Companies “BIC”. In this apart we show that this type of Companies are a huge opportunity to promote the worthy goals of the “ESAL” in a company with profit motive. We propose the possibility to implement the benefits of the “ESAL” from the special tax regime to the “BIC”. Intensidad, frecuencia y duración de la actividad física durante la pandemia en Ecuador

The aim of this research is to define the intensity, frequency, and duration of physical activity that respondents engage in to determine possible effects on overall health in the medium and long term. For this purpose, a quantitative approach research, non-experimental and cross-sectional design is carried out. With a mixed sample (probabilistic and non-probabilistic), composed of n=303participants, over 18 years old, selected by convenience. The instrument used is the “International Physical Activity Questionnaire” (IPAC), a short version consisting of 7 questions, preceded by 3 questions on the socio-demographic composition of the participants. Among the main results, 74.9 per cent of the respondents were teachers and16.8 per cent were administrative; 35 per cent had not engaged in intense or moderate physical activity; and 83.9 per cent had sat for 4 to more than 10 hours a day (24.1 per cent between 4 and 6 hours; 22.8 percent between 7 and 8 hours; 19.5 per cent between 9 and 10 hours; and 17.5 per cent for more than 10 hours). In conclusion, a probable relationship could be established between confinement and decreased physical activity; and between confinement and the number of hours that respondents have been seated. In addition, some medium- and long-term effects on the overall health of the participants (and all those who fit the characteristics of the study) could be assumed from physical inactivity and prolonged sitting time.La presente investigación se propone definir la intensidad, la frecuencia y la duración de la actividad física que practican los encuestados para determinar posibles repercusiones sobre la salud integral, a mediano y largo plazo.  Con esta finalidad se realiza una investigación de enfoque cuantitativo y diseño no experimental, transeccional. Con una muestra mixta (probabilística y no probabilística), integrada por n=303 participantes, mayores de 18 años, seleccionada por conveniencia. El instrumento aplicado es el “Cuestionario Internacional de Actividad Física” (International Physical Activity Questionnaire = IPAQ), versión corta, compuesto por 7 preguntas, precedidas por 3 preguntas sobre la composición sociodemográfica de los participantes. Entre los principales resultados se destaca que el 74,9% de los encuestados son docentes y el 16,8% administrativos; que el 35% no ha practicado actividad física intensa o moderada; y que el 83,9% ha permanecido sentado de 4 a más de 10 horas diarias (24,1%, entre 4 y 6 horas; 22,8%, entre 7 y 8 horas; 19,5%, entre 9 y 10 horas; y 17,5% más de 10 horas). Como conclusión se podría establecer una probable relación entre confinamiento y disminución de la actividad física; y entre confinamiento y el número de horas que han permanecido sentados los encuestados. Además, se podrían presumir algunas repercusiones, a mediano y largo, sobre la salud integral de los participantes (y de todos los que se ajusten a las características del estudio), derivadas de la inactividad física y de la prolongada cantidad de tiempo que permanecen sentados

Optical fibre spectroscopy sensor for the quantitative determination of industrial textile dyes

In this paper, an extrinsic optical fibre sensor (OFS) for the quantitative determination of dyes used in the textile industry is presented. The system proposed is based on absorption spectroscopy and multivariate calibration methods to infer the concentration of different textile dyes. The performance of the sensor has been successfully assessed using calibrated dyes, with a very good correlation between the multivariate calibration models and the predicted values. The sensor system here demonstrated could be used to predict the colour of dye mixtures during the dyebath and, therefore, reduce the manufacturing costs

DNA Hydroxymethylation in the Regulation of Gene Expression in Human Solid Cancer

Chromatin in cancer undergoes chemical and structural changes that alter gene expression patterns. One of the chemical modifications that impacts gene regulation is 5-hydroxymethylcytosine (5hmC), also called DNA hydroxymethylation. 5hmC is a stable mark that is commonly associated with transcriptional activation. In cancer, the global loss of 5hmC is a hallmark. In addition, the deregulation of 5hmC in specific regions of the genome, such as enhancers, promoters, and body of the gene, alters the expression of genes in cancer. These alterations have been detected by the improvement in the mapping of 5hmC at genomic scale, which has allowed us to evaluate the sites where 5hmC alterations occur and the genes that are affected. In this chapter, the recent knowledge about the status of 5hmC in genome specific sites of human solid cancers, the relationship with enzymes ten-eleven translocation (TET) and isocitrate dehydrogenase (IDH) involved in the dynamic regulation of 5hmC levels, and the impact of the 5hmC aberrant changes on the genic expression in these malignances is reviewed

Atlas virtual de patología aviar

The objective of this work was to design and elaborate an atlas of avian pathology. Students, teachers, and graduates from the Faculty of veterinary medicine and zootecnics of the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, Bucaramanga branch. Contributed collected information for the creation of the atlas during the years 2009-2010. Computer experts were in charge of the structure of the atlas that was based upon study of the surroundings. There were three stages: first an analysis stage, during which the consulted components: texts, graphs, and videos were used to clarify each of the elements of the multimedia atlas. In the design stage we defined the moduli and processes, and incorporated pedagogical variables. In the construction stage, we integrated all the components: text, videos and animations and we made preliminary tests of the system. Results: The atlas was conformed in the following way: Viral diseases (18 topics), bacterial diseases (10 topics), mycosis and mycotoxicosis (4 topics), protozoal diseases (4 topics), internal and external parasites (2 topics), mixed and metabolic disorders (18 topics), and vaccines (3 topics). We were able to conclude that the atlas of avian pathology, as a multimedia tool, facilitates the application of new technologies to higher education. This tool breaks the paradigm and the conceptions of traditional education and allows an easy, didactic approach to the teaching and learning process.El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo diseñar y elaborar un atlas de patología aviar. Estudiantes, docentes y egresados de la Facultad de Medicina Veterinaria y Zootecnia de la Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, sede Bucaramanga, contribuyeron con la información recolectada para crear el atlas de patología aviar durante los años 2009-2010. La estructura del atlas estuvo a cargo de profesionales en sistemas y fue conformada por un estudio del entorno. Hubo dos etapas: una de análisis, en la que los componentes texto, gráficos y videos consultados sirvieron para precisar claramente cada uno de los elementos del atlas multimedial; en la etapa de diseño se definieron los módulos y procesos y se incorporaron las variables didácticas; en la etapa de construcción se realizó la integración de todos los componentes de texto, videos y animaciones, y se efectuaron pruebas preliminares al sistema. Resultados: el atlas se conformó así: enfermedades virales (18 T, o temas), enfermedades bacteriales (10 T), micosis y micotoxicosis (4 T), enfermedades protozoarias (4 T), parásitos internos y externos (2 T), desórdenes metabólicos y mixtos (18 T) y vacunas (3 T). Se pudo concluir que el atlas de patología aviar como herramienta multimedial facilita la aplicación de las nuevas tecnologías a la educación superior, se rompió con paradigmas o formas de concebir la educación tradicional y se accede más fácilmente, de manera didáctica, al proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje
