    CV. Bintang Utama Semarang as a company engaged in the service car repair still found some employees lower performance levels as there is still a low quality work, the number of car repair has not yet reached the target, the independence of the employees is still low, and a high level of customer complaints. It is alleged there are work experience due to the employee and employee discipline assessed was still low.This research aims to find out how the influence exerted by work experience and discipline work against employee performance CV. Bintang Utama Semarang. The type of research used is the type of explanation (eksplanatory research). With the number of samples as much as 58 respondents use the sampling approach saturation. Data collection using the questionnaire with likert scale measurements. Methods of data analysis used is test validity and reliability, the correlation coefficient (R), regression test, the coefficient of determination (R2), the significance of the t-test and F-test.The results of this study showed that the variables work discipline and work experience has significant effects, powerful and positive towards the performance of employees. Two variables was tested in stages or together showed results that work experience variables (0.724) and discipline work (0.783) simultaneously have a relationship that is strong against variable employee performance. The magnitude of the contribution that is owned by the variable work discipline is greater than the magnitude 2of donations owned variable work experience, the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) for the variables work experience of 52.5% and 61,4% of work disciplin

    Hight of consumer puschashing desicion is a hope that is always wanted by every industry so the product which is marketed can be sold out that operasional activity from the industry keep on state smoothly. The brand awareness, brand asosiation, and product quality is one of factors that can affect the high-low level of purchasing desicion at the purchasing of Minute Maid Pulpy. As the hight of brand awareness at Minute Maid Pulpy from consumer, the strength of brand asosiation from consumer towards Minute Maid Pulpy, and the hight of product quality awarding from Minute Maid Pulpy for consumer, so it will rise the purchasing decision level of Minute Maid Pulpy\u27s consumer.The research type used explanatory, amount of sample is 100 respondents who is taken on 3 urban villages at Banyumanik. Data collection used questionnaire with likert measurement scale. Data analysis method used validity and reability test, correlation coefficient (R), simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, coefficicient of determination (R2), F test, and t test. The result of this research concluded that brand awareness, brand asosiation, and brand quality have a strong effect that positive and significant to purchasing decision, whether partially nor simultaneosly. Brand awareness, brand association and product quality bring a strong effect to purchasing decision that is proved with the amount of its correlation coefficient (R) is 0.784

    Companies engaged in the field of services is the company that every operational activities within the company depends on the human resources of the company. The management of human resources service companies are vital by reason of it can affect the performance of the company as a whole. AN Tour & Travel is one of the service company in the field of tour operator. However, due to a less good leadership and compensation that can not meet the needs of employees, employees motivation level of AN Tour & Travel are decline. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of leadership and compensation towards employee motivation of Public Department travel agencies AN Tour & Travel employees. This research type is explanatory research. The population in this study i.e., all employees of the Public Department of 44 employees. Sampling using the saturated samples which means the number of samples are every members of the population. The measurement scale using the scale Likert. Methods of analysis used is correlation test, determination of linear regression, simple, multiple linear regression, t-test and F-test with SPSS program version 23. Based on the results of the research it is known that partially, leadership and compensation has positive effect towards the employees motivation which is indicated with the value t calculate more than t table. Significantly, variable leadership and compensation has positive effect towards employee motivation indicated by the value of F test greater than F table. Advice that can be given, namely an increase in the ability of the leadership in providing instruction and leadership capabilities in providing the working motivation for employees. In addition the diversity of types of compensation and the amount of the compensation provided to employees needs to be supplemented in order to meet all the needs of the employees

    Motivation and discipline to work for the achievement of a factor supporting high performance in order to achieve optimal company profit. If the motivation and discipline work still god, then a company employee performance can be achieved, which is high and vice versa. Formulation of the problem in this research is still there is wastage of time of work, on the other hand the compensation given is already high enough and work rules are obvious. This research aimed to determine the extent of the influence of motivation and discipline work against employee performance parts production. The type of research that is used is explanatory research. The data base collection by using a questionnaire which was distributed to 34 respondents from the Port Employee of Scouting Division Chief at the PT. IPC Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Branch Tanjung Priok). Data analyzed qualitatively without numbers and quantitative analysis using the validity test, reliability test, simple linier regression, T-test, double linier regression, F-test, with the help of the program SPSS. The conclusion is working motivation performance of work and discipline employees have been good. The result analysis proving that partial method how major motivation to work performance by employees 53.9%, the work of discipline 53.9%. The simultaneously how major motivation to work and discipline work performance by employees 61.3%. The suggestions can be submitted is in terms of the motivation of working to foster awareness of the importance of interpersonal relationships that employees not only in terms of the level of employment, the influential achievements ever increasing bonuses received. Then in terms of need for acceleration of work discipline work procedures or standard working time so that it can increase the intensity of the coordination work and not give an opportunity to excess employees to do other activities during work hours

    Telkom Semarang is a branch from Indonesia State Owned Enterprise, Telkom Indonesia, which provides the telecomunnication service at their best. Telkom Semarang supports any means to enhance the job performance, especially by the employee performance. To manage the employee\u27s performance, Telkom Semarang use a special assesment system named Competency Based Human Resouce Management (CBHRM) which evaluates job performance within two assesments, competency and achievement based. From 2012-2015, most of the employees have worked above the standard, however, the number of employees who reached this achievement were decline year by year. In addition, there was a contrast between the incline of the employees competencies and the decline of the achievements.The objectives of this research is to examine the influence of motivation, corporate culture and work stress with employee\u27s performance of Telkom Semarang. The type of this research is an explanative research. The sampling method used was incidental sampling (non-probability sampling). The total sampling of this research was 74 employees of Telkom Semarang. Measurement scales used was modified Likert (1-6). Quantitative analysis used were validity test, realibility test, crosstab, the coefficient of corelation, linear and multiple regression, the coefficient of determination, and significant test (t and F test) using SPSS 15.0.Based on the analysis, it was found that in partial, the variable of motivation contributes 17,6% of the employees performance, while corporate culture contribution is 55,7% and work stress contribution is 67,4%. Simultaneously the variable of motivation, corporate culture and work sress contribute 69,7% of the employees performance.Based on the results, the researcher suggest that the company should improve the rewarding for the employees outside from their works, giving a comprehensive leadership training as well as the job training for the employees of Telkom Semarang

    This research is motivated by the level of competition in the business field in Indonesia that isgetting strict in this globalization era. One product that has been competed by the manufacturer inthis era is the daily newspapers. Suara Merdeka daily newspaper has the largest market share in thecity, where 45% of the whole production is marketed in the city of Semarang. But sales figures SuaraMerdeka daily newspapers has decreased in the period 2012 to 2014. Increasing competition and theemergence of new competitors is one of the causes of the decline in salesThis research aims is detect the influence of price, product quality, distribution channel forSuara Merdeka daily newspapers customer loyalty. This type of research is explanatory research,with data collection through questionnaires, the study of literature and interviews. The samplingtechnique used purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study amounted to 87 respondentswho are customers daily newspaper Suara Merdeka in the District of South Semarang. This studyused the analytical techniques of qualitative and quantitative analysis. Quantitative analysis using thevalidity, reliability, cross tabulation, correlation coefficient, simple and multiple regression analysis,the coefficient of determination, significance test (t test and F).The results of this research approved that price (X1), product quality (X2) and distributionchannel (X3) simultaneously can influenced customer loyalty(Y). Of the three variables were analyzedsimultaneously, variable coefficient distribution channels greatest influence on customer loyalty adaily newspaper Suara Merdeka, that is equal to 0.338, while the variable quality of the productamounted to 0.276 and the variable price of 0,040. While the coefficient of determination (R2) ofvariable pricing, quality of products and distribution channels to customer loyalty is 53.6%. Thismeans that 53.6% variable customer loyalty can be explained by three variables, while the remaining46.4% is explained by other variables.Based on the results of the study, the researchers suggested that companies pay moreattention certainty in the delivery of the newspapers every day, on time delivery of the newspapersevery day and notice information when there is a delay in delivery of the newspaper so that it canincrease customer loyalty Suara Merdeka daily newspaper

    Product Attributes and Advertisement are the factors that influence Purchasing Decisions. An attribute of the product is advantage offered the product motorcycle Yamaha Jupiter Series characteristic Attribute Products that are superior and are characteristic of these products than the product of another. Attribute this product then informed to consumers largely through advertising. By the presence of an attribute the product which is good and activities of advertising done continuous it is hoped to create high level of the decision of the purchase. Creation of Product Attributes and a good Advertisement will have an impact on sales, because consumers assume better buy Yamaha Jupiter Series on dealer Yamaha Agung Motor Semarang because it has more value than any other. This research would like to solve many problems, that is how much the Product Attributes influencing to the Purchasing decision, how much the advertisement influence to the purchasing Decisions, and how much the Product Attributes and Advertisement influencing to the consumer Purchasing Decisions. This research is an explanatory research. The data collected by questionnaire to 94 respondens of Yamaha Agung Motor Semarang dealer's customers. The data analized used validity test, reliability test, simple linier regretion, multiple linier regretion, determination coefficient, t-test and F test. From the result by SPSS analisis can be include that : there is a positive and significant influences between the Product Attributes to the Purchasing Decisions, There is a positive and significant influences between the Advertisement to the Purchasing Decisions. There is a positive and significant influences between the Product Attribute and Advertisement to the Purchasing Decision. Product Attributes (X1) and Advertisement (X2) contributed for 67,9% for the Purchasing Decisions and 32,1% influenced by the others factors. Company need to improve Product Attributes and Advertisement to face competition that continues to increase
