KECENDERUNGAN SURVIVAL AND SAFETY SKILLS PESERTA DIDIK SEKOLAH MENENGAH PERTAMA
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan kecenderungan survival and safety skills peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Situraja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Alat pengukuran data yang digunakan adalah kuiseoner berbentuk skala yang dikembangkan berdasarkan indikator survival and safety skills peserta didik Sekolah Menengah Pertama dari Comprehensive School Counseling Program Guide 2009. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Situraja Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016. Seluruh peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Situraja diambil untuk menjadi sampel penelitian. Jumlah subjek penelitian adalah 156 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat survival and safety skills yang dimiliki oleh peserta didik berada pada kategori cukup. Artinya, peserta didik memiliki kemampuan untuk melangsungkan dan menyelamatkan diri, namun masih perlu dikembangkan. Program bimbingan dan konseling yang dirancang sesuai dengan hasil pengolahan data yang telah dilakukan. Program ini dirancang untuk membantu peserta didik dalam mengoptimalkan survival and safety skills. Rekomendasi penelitian ditujukan kepada guru bimbingan dan konseling, pihak sekolah, dan peneliti selanjutnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh rekomendasi kepada semua pihak sekolah agar ikut terlibat dan bekerja sama dalam program layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang telah dirancang.;---This research aims to decribe tendency of survival and safety skills of grade VII students in SMP Negeri 3 Situraja. Quantitative research design descriptive in nature was used in this research. While to reveal the data, the instrument in the research was questionnaire in form of scale that was developed based on indicators of junior high school student’s survival and safety skills from Comprehensive School Counseling Program Guide 2009. The population of the research was all seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Situraja in Academic Year 2015/2016. The subject of this research was all seventh grade students involving that 156 students. The result showed that the level of the student’s survival and safety skils was in the adequate category. Meaning the students enough acquired survival and safety skills, however their skills need to be improved. The Program of Guidance and Coinseling was developed based on the processed data. This research was designed to helping the students for develop their survival and safety skills. Research recommendation is aimed to Guidance and Counseling teacher, stakeholder, and the next research. Based on the results of research conducted, obtained a recommendation to the school parties to involved and cooperate in a program of guidance and counseling to services that have been designed
Umgang mit dem Prostatakarzinom bei über 75-jährigen Männern: Aktiv oder passiv?
Zusammenfassung: Die steigende Lebenserwartung und die zunehmende Zahl älterer Menschen in der Bevölkerung westlicher Industrienationen rücken das Prostatakarzinom (PCa) im höheren Lebensalter zunehmend in den Fokus des Interesses. Einigkeit besteht darin, dass >75-jährige Männer von einem PSA-Screening nicht profitieren. Ein höheres Alter allein sollte jedoch weder die Diagnostik noch die Behandlung eines Tumorleidens generell ausschließen. Zu berücksichtigen ist aber gerade beim Prostatakarzinom das Risiko von Überdiagnostik und Übertherapie. Die Mehrzahl der älteren Männer leidet an einer Vielzahl von Begleiterkrankungen, welche die Lebenserwartung einschränken, und das konkurrierende Mortalitätsrisiko übersteigt das der Tumorerkrankung um ein Vielfaches. Der behandelnde Urologe und der betroffene Patient sollten deshalb mögliche Auswirkungen einer Diagnosestellung und Therapie auf die Lebensqualität berücksichtigen. Alter, bestehende Komorbiditäten und die individuelle kognitive und körperliche Leistungsfähigkeit stellen neben spezifischen Tumorparametern gute Kriterien für eine individualisierte Behandlungssteuerung dar. Bei gesunden, aktiven >75-jährigen Männern mit "High-risk-PCa-Kriterien" und Patienten mit einer PSA-Verdoppelungszeit < 12Monate sollte eine Therapie in Erwägung gezogen werden. Alle anderen Patienten in diesem Alter profitieren vermutlich nicht von einer Behandlung des PC

Atomically Resolved Surface Structure of SrTiO3(001) Thin Films Grown in Step-Flow Mode by Pulsed Laser Deposition
The surface structure of SrTiO3(001) thin films homoepitaxially grown by PLD
in step-flow mode was characterized using low temperature STM. It was found
that one-dimensional (1D) TiOx-based nanostructures were formed on the thin
film surface and their density increased with increasing thin film thickness.
Most of the 1D nanostructures disappeared after a post-deposition annealing,
indicating that this structure is metastable due to the nonequilibrium growth
mode. The resulting surface after annealing exhibited similar features to that
of a thinner film, having a domain structure with (2x1) and (1x2)
reconstructions, but with fewer oxygen-vacancy-type defects. These results
imply that the step-flow growth is likely to produce TiOx-rich surface and Ti
deficiencies in the film. By the post-deposition annealing, the rich TiOx would
diffuse from the surface into the film to compensate defects associated with Ti
vacancies and oxygen vacancies, resulting in the stable surface structure with
fewer oxygen vacancies. Thus, STM measurements can provide us with a
microscopic picture of surface stoichiometry of thin films originating in the
dynamics of the growth process, and can present a new approach for designing

Ferroelectricity in artificial bicolor oxide superlattices
We report on the growth and properties of high quality bicolor oxide
superlattices, composed of two perovskites out of BaTiO3, CaTiO3, and SrTiO3.
The artificially grown superlattices are structurally unique and have a
macroscopically homogeneous phase, which is not feasible to recreate in bulk
form. By artificial structuring, it is found that the polarization of such
superlattices can be highly increased as compared to pseudo-binary ceramics
with the same overall composition. Such strong enhancement in superlattice is
attributed to newly-developed ionic motions of A-site cations at the
hetero-interfaces due to the interfacial coupling of electrostatic and elastic
interactions, which cannot be found in single phase materials.Comment: 15 pages, 4 figure
Tailoring a two-dimensional electron gas at the LaAlO3/SrTiO3 (001) interface by epitaxial strain
Recently a metallic state was discovered at the interface between insulating
oxides, most notably LaAlO3 and SrTiO3. Properties of this two-dimensional
electron gas (2DEG) have attracted significant interest due to its potential
applications in nanoelectronics. Control over this carrier density and mobility
of the 2DEG is essential for applications of these novel systems, and may be
achieved by epitaxial strain. However, despite the rich nature of strain
effects on oxide materials properties, such as ferroelectricity, magnetism, and
superconductivity, the relationship between the strain and electrical
properties of the 2DEG at the LaAlO3/SrTiO3 heterointerface remains largely
unexplored. Here, we use different lattice constant single crystal substrates
to produce LaAlO3/SrTiO3 interfaces with controlled levels of biaxial epitaxial
strain. We have found that tensile strained SrTiO3 destroys the conducting
2DEG, while compressively strained SrTiO3 retains the 2DEG, but with a carrier
concentration reduced in comparison to the unstrained LaAlO3/SrTiO3 interface.
We have also found that the critical LaAlO3 overlayer thickness for 2DEG
formation increases with SrTiO3 compressive strain. Our first-principles
calculations suggest that a strain-induced electric polarization in the SrTiO3
layer is responsible for this behavior. It is directed away from the interface
and hence creates a negative polarization charge opposing that of the polar
LaAlO3 layer. This both increases the critical thickness of the LaAlO3 layer,
and reduces carrier concentration above the critical thickness, in agreement
with our experimental results. Our findings suggest that epitaxial strain can
be used to tailor 2DEGs properties of the LaAlO3/SrTiO3 heterointerface
Nilai Religiusitas yang Terkandung Pada Syair Bula Malino
ABSTRAK
Tujuan Penlitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui nilai Religiusitas yang terdapat pada syair Bula Malino yang ditulis oleh Sultan Muhammad Idris. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode kualitatif deskriptif untuk menjabarkan hasil penelitian melalui kata-kata. Sumber dari penelitian ini berupa video yang berisikan terjemahan dari syair Bula Malino ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dalam syair Bula Malino mengandung nilai Religiusitas salah satunya terdapat nasihat-nasihat terkait kematian, selain itu mengingatkan terkait ibadah, menjauhi sesuatu yang dilarang dan berperilaku sopan dan santun terhadap semuanya.
 
Integration of first-principles methods and crystallographic database searches for new ferroelectrics: Strategies and explorations
In this concept paper, the development of strategies for the integration of
first-principles methods with crystallographic database mining for the
discovery and design of novel ferroelectric materials is discussed, drawing on
the results and experience derived from exploratory investigations on three
different systems: (1) the double perovskite Sr(SbMn)O as a
candidate semiconducting ferroelectric; (2) polar derivatives of schafarzikite
SbO; and (3) ferroelectric semiconductors with formula
P(S,Se). A variety of avenues for further research and
investigation are suggested, including automated structure type classification,
low-symmetry improper ferroelectrics, and high-throughput first-principles
searches for additional representatives of structural families with desirable

Si-compatible candidates for high-K dielectrics with the Pbnm perovskite structure
We analyze both experimentally (where possible) and theoretically from
first-principles the dielectric tensor components and crystal structure of five
classes of Pbnm perovskites. All of these materials are believed to be stable
on silicon and are therefore promising candidates for high-K dielectrics. We
also analyze the structure of these materials with various simple models,
decompose the lattice contribution to the dielectric tensor into force constant
matrix eigenmode contributions, explore a peculiar correlation between
structural and dielectric anisotropies in these compounds and give phonon
frequencies and infrared activities of those modes that are infrared-active. We
find that CaZrO_3, SrZrO_3, LaHoO_3, and LaYO_3 are among the most promising

E-SPT application or referred to as electronic SPT is an application made by the Directorate General of Taxes, Ministry of Finance to be used by taxpayers for convenience in submitting SPT. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the implementation of the Annual Tax Reporting Policy for Individual Employee Taxpayers Using E-SPT in an Effort to Improve Taxpayer Compliance at South Cikarang Small Tax Office. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. Research data collection is by Observation, Interview and Documentation. The location in this study is the South Cikarang Primary Tax Service Office. The results of this study are the implementation of the Annual Tax Reporting Policy of Individual Employee Taxpayers Using E-SPT in an Effort to Increase Taxpayer Compliance at the South Cikarang Small Tax Office in 2019-2020 has not been going well as evidenced by the low ratio of taxpayer compliance in reporting The SPT is 61% in 2019 and 88% in 2020. In addition, one of the indicators in the implementation dimension is not fulfilled, namely the number of taxpayers who do not understand their tax obligations. In this study, it is known that there are several obstacles that affect the process of implementing the E-SPT, namely the lack of knowledge of taxpayers, lack of socialization of the E-SPT, errors in filling out the form and instability of the E-SPT application server, ignorance of the processes and procedures in the use of this E-SP
