Havoc awake & Notification System via Android app
Since history started, human activities becomes responsible for many natural disasters. Countries or areas which are near to oceans or situated nearer to oceans are most delicate to natural disasters, due to change in climate and geographic position. Still some developing countries are unable to construct efficient disaster preparedness systems to handle natural disasters. Providing warnings and guidelines can save lives of peoples of such disaster prone areas. System is implemented on Android phones as Android phones become extensively famous. Proposed system administer warnings and evacuation process delivery to tourist and blind peoples who can face troubles in searching shelter in new or unknown area. Our system delivers track of closer safe place using Google map. Google map is proven very competent as compared to OpenStreetMap (OSM) and other mapping techniques. Google map delivers faster updates of maps and other interfaces. The experimental result proves the effectiveness of our system.

Chemical synthesis and study of structural and optoelectronic properties of CdS thin films: Effect of SILAR growth cycles
CdS thin films were deposited on glass substrates by using successive ionic layer adsorption and reaction (SILAR) method at room temperature. The effect of SILAR growth cycles on structural, morphological, optical and electrical properties of the films has been studied. The thickness of the deposited film is measured by employing weight difference method. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) and field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) studies showed that all the films exhibit polycrystalline nature and are covered well with glass substrates. The values of average crystallite size were found to be 53 nm, 58 nm, 63 nm and 71 nm corresponding to the thin films deposited with 30, 40, 50 and 60 SILAR growth cycles respectively. From the UV–VIS spectra of the deposited thin films, it was seen that both the absorption properties and energy bandgap of the films changes with increasing number of SILAR growth cycles. A decrease of electrical resistivity has been observed with increasing SILAR growth cycles.
Modeling of Substrate Noise Effects in Dynamic CMOS Circuits
The decrease in the feature size has led to the integration of both digital and analog circuits on the same silicon die which has led to many crosstalk issues. The crosstalk due to the substrate interactions also plagiarizes complete digital systems. This paper lays emphasis on this fact and because of the vulnerability of dynamic CMOS circuits to noise; a brief study of the effects of substrate variations on the performance of the dynamic CMOS circuits is carried out in this paper. The effects of substrate noise at very high frequencies (above 10 GHz) are also depicted in this paper. In order to accurately estimate the effects of substrate noise a substrate model is proposed and verified for functionality in the last section of this paper
Editorial
This special edition is devoted to Pedagogies for Higher Education, which has become an important research area in this decade. Higher education faces many challenges like engaging reluctant students, implementing active learning pedagogies effectively for diverse and large classes etc. This issue tried to incorporate various solutions and case studies to cater above mentioned challenges in higher education
A Cryptographic Solution to the Predefind Bound of Ciphertext Classes in KAC
In Cloud Computingsecure data sharing is an important functionality. Cloud computing is the storing of data online which is accessible from multiple and connected resources. It is the fastest growing field in computer world which serves various services to users. Using Cloud Storage, users can remotely store their data and enjoy the on-demand high quality applications and services. This paper attempts to show how data is shared among cloud users securely, efficiently, and flexibly. On cloud anyone can share data as much they want to i.e. only selected content can be shared. With cryptography users can share the data to others in safe way. So that user encrypts data and upload it on cloud server. The proposed algorithm uses a new cryptosystem that is called as Key Aggregate Cryptosystem (KAC)[1] which generates a single key for multiple files. In particular, it uses a public key encryption which releases aggregate key for set of secret keys. With this aggregate key others can decrypt ciphertext set and remaining encrypted files outside the set are remains confidential
The antianxiety activity of aqueous extract of Withania coagulans fruits in swiss albino mice by elevated plus maze
Background: Several anti-anxiety drugs used today have the numerous side effects. The Withania coagulans a rare species, is not studied much for its actions on anxiety except in late seventies where it was explored for neuropsychopharmacology. Thus, it was thought commendable to explore the anti-anxiety activities of aqueous extract of Withania coagulans fruits in swiss albino mice using elevated plus maze test. Methods: Elevated plus maze (EPM) test was used for evaluating the anti-anxiety action of Withania coagulans fruits’ aqueous extract. If the extract had anti-anxiety action, then it was expected that the time spent in the open space would increase and that in the closed space would decrease. This increase in time in the open space, if found statistically significant, was considered for antianxiety action. Results: There was statistically highly significant (p value <0.001) association observed between the aqueous extract of Withania coagulans fruits with antianxiety action in the swiss albino mice by elevated plus maze test. Conclusions: The aqueous extract of Withania coagulans fruits did prove the antianxiety effect in the swiss albino mice by elevated plus maze test
The spontaneous motor activity of aqueous extract of Withania coagulans fruits in Swiss albino mice by actophotometer
Background: People spend about one third of their time in sleep every day. The various sedative and hypnotic medications used today have numerous side effects. In the late seventies a very little work was done on the Withania coagulans - a vulnerable species that is found scattered in the world. Therefore, it was essential to discover the CNS depressant activities of aqueous extract of Withania coagulans fruits in swiss albino mice by using actophotometer. Methods: The spontaneous locomotor activity was evaluated by using the actophotometer. The CNS depressant drugs decrease the locomotor activity in mice as they impair the motor coordination so that mice stay at one place for the longer time. Therefore, there is less disruption of the beams of light. This spontaneous locomotor activity time is statistically correlated among the control, standard and the test drugs. Results: There was statistically highly significant (p value <0.001) association observed between aqueous extract of Withania coagulans fruits with spontaneous locomotor activity in swiss albino mice on the actophotometer. Conclusions: The aqueous extract of Withania coagulans fruits demonstrated the CNS depressant activity in swiss albino mice by actophotometer
