Zoonyms are words which give names to animals. The importance of the study of zoonyms is due to their role in the linguistic view of the world and the cultural-linguistic approach to traditional problems of linguistics. The article deals with the usage of the zoonym «cat» for the purpose of animal and human description. The main purpose of research is the description of methodology of work with ‘zoonyms’ aimed at identification of metaphorical understanding of the image of the cat when it is used for human description.Актуальность выбранной темы обусловлена обращением к проблематике языковой картины мира, т. е. лингвокультурологической направленностью анализа традиционного языкового материала. The article examines the main problems related to the organization of rational and regular students’ nutrition (the Ural State University of Economics College as example). As a result of this study it was found that a significant part of students fed only twice a day because of the lack of time, poor food quality in the students’ caf? and other reasons. International trade disputes in modern regulatory paradigm

У статті досліджено новітні тенденції, що спостерігаються у сфері суперечливих відносин між країнами у міжнародній торгівлі, які зумовлюють зміни у парадигмі міжнародних торговельних суперечок. Виявлено, що останнім часом будь-який стан суперечливих відносин між країнами характеризується як «торговельна війна». Проаналізовано зміст понять «суперечка», «конфлікт», «війна» згідно нормативних міжнародних документів і визначено можливість застосування цих термінів залежно від ряду критеріїв. Досліджено еволюцію об’єктів міжнародних торговельних суперечок, починаючи з часів Стародавньої Греції до сьогоднішнього дня, на цій основі виявлено нові тенденції у застосуванні інструментів торгових політик, що спричиняють суперечки між країнами. Розглянуто окремі приклади міжнародних торговельних суперечок і причини їх виникнення. Проведено кількісний аналіз міжнародних торговельних суперечок взагалі і у відносинах між країнами-лідерами за чисельністю торговельних суперечок, у яких вони брали участь.This article studies the latest trends observed in the area of contradictory relations between countries with regard to international trade, which cause changes in the paradigm of international trade disputes. It has been found out that any state of inconsistent relations between the countries is recently characterized as a «trade war». It has been analyzed the notions of «dispute», «conflict», «war» according to international regulatory documents and determined the applicability of these terms depending on a number of criteria. It has been studied the evolution of the objects of international trade disputes since the time of ancient Greece until today, and new trends based on this have been revealed with regard to use of trade policy instruments that cause disputes between countries. Several specific examples of international trade disputes and causes of their occurrence have been considered. A quantitative analysis of international trade disputes in general and in relations between the leading countries in terms of a number of the trade disputes in which they were involved has been performed
